I rarely write reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were there on Saturday night for my daughter. Everyone from front to back staff was unfriendly. The PA barely spoke to my daughter or I and was short and cold. What really upset me was the person taking the X-rays. I asked if I could come along and she said no way. Well, I told her I would like to come and she said again no. I went to the door anyway. There she slammed the door in my face. I have never heard of not being able to accompany a minor. Usually, you can stand behind the glass etc .. ironically there are signs indicating to be mindful about how to act and treat personnel. Maybe they need to change the sign .. how to treat a patient. Especially children. Attached is a pic of the witch working the x-ray machine.

I came in for a possible ear infection, checked in ahead of time on their website & assumed since I am scheduled the wait time shouldn't be over 30min max. Wrong! I waited for 2 hrs to be seen! Not only was the wait long, the staff lacked politeness & being attentive to the patients. Whats worse is they have a giant sign that takes up half the waiting area space which states " There will be no bad behaviors tolerated" yet their own staff lack simple & kind bed side manners, starting with the front desk. I have been to this location twice in different times of the day & the night shift seems to be the worst. I would not recommend this urgent care at all. Very disappointed & left the facility not wanting to ever come back.

The office staff was very kind and helpful with the check in and check out process. The Dr. I saw, was Dr. Keys. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable and compassionate with all of my medical needs. They answered all of my questions. Made me feel at ease. Over all I had excellent care. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.

Walked in and was told there was 4 people ahead of us with appointments, and we were still called back in less than an hour. The MA was great, very personable and fun. The provider was great, knowledgeable and she explained things very well to my daughter. Will definitely come here again

My first visit for this company and location, was a great experience. Took my 5 year old in for a cough and runny nose they got us in quick before our scheduled visit , (that was very easy and convenient online scheduling). Tested her and wasn’t long before they came back into the room with results. The staff was very friendly and professional. Will be a repeat customer in any future events if needed.

The Check in was pretty easy and convenient on my cell phone and the wait wasn’t really that long for a walk-in visit. The Staff was helpful and overall it was a good visit. I was able to get the care I was looking for and the Doctor did seem like he was in a little bit of a rush when he came in the room but he did address my concerns and it was pretty busy. I’m very thankful this urgent care is 24 hrs.

Like all medical places, there will be a wait. I was hesitant to take my kid in because I feel like there’s nothing like having providers that specialize with kids for treating kids. Front desk was efficient, medical assistant was awesome and the provider we saw was amazing. Morgan I believe she said her name is. Top tier provider. There’s nothing I hate more than going in to a clinic and having someone take 2 seconds on my kid and saying “oh it’s a virus” without having ruled out other things. Here, the provider ordered a few tests done, they ruled out the usual suspects and explained their findings. I’d instantly make this provider my kids PCP if I could. She was just such an amazing provider and put this momma at ease after having a scary morning.

Very friendly staff! Pretty quick if you make an appt first, that's very easy to do as well. I would recommend this urgent care for everyone! Thank you Miss Morgan A! I appreciate your knowledge and your very kind way of explaining everything to me. I truly felt I was heard and treated very well.

I'm from out of town, had to go in around 1 in the morning, staff was kind and attentive, the check in process is on your phone but very easy to navigate. No issues with my insurance and costs were reasonable. Got a prescription sent to a 24 hour pharmacy and it was ready by time I got there.

My husband had a DOT physical done but due to a new law had to get a letter from his primary about a medication he was taking it could not be completed. We waited 4 hours when we had an appointment & when we got the letter from the primary were informed that we would have to pay an additional $70 & be seen again even though we were told all we had to do was bring in the letter. Why would getting a letter from his primary be cause for an additional charge & need for something he already had done. The cost it supposed to be $95 which was paid at the initial visit. The explanation we were given was that we were misinformed & the front staff was not the one to make that call. Didn't realize it was on a case by case basis. Thought stuff like that would be protocol.

This has been by far the best experience with an urgent care I’VE ever had. Everyone was friendly, patient & kind. I was in and out and with a fussy and sick baby this was just very much appreciated. Stacey at the front desk was my absolute favorite he was so helpful, the nurse was so sweet, & the Dr on call that we got was super patient everything was just so easy. I have found my new favorite urgent care and it’s hard to find a good one. FYI- you have to wear a mask & only the patient and or 1 parent per (child patient) I was totally okay with this! ALL if not most DR offices have the same rules.

Dr Jason attended to my dog bites better than I could of imagined any treatment being. He was kind, funny, attentive, informative, informational, careful, & respectful. Also, he wasn't rushed & made me feel like I mattered.

I suffered a bad fall and a week later my leg was swollen from hip to foot. I had never been to Urgent Care but was in so much pain I decided to try it out. I called them first and explained my symptoms and asked if that is something I can be seen for at their facility. They said I could and made an appointment for me. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay $190.00 dollars before I could be seen. I paid them and was taken to an examination room and told to have a seat on a chair. Later a nurse arrived, asked me to stand up and lower my clothes so she could see my leg. She then told me they were not equipped to assist me and recommended I go to an emergency room. When I left the exam room, I was charged another $110.00 for a total of $300.00 dollars. I am very unhappy with my experience. They need to do better.

I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times and I come back because of the great service I receive. All the staff are nice. When I do make a visit they can figure out what’s wrong each time. I’m always thankful they are able to help me feel better. Highly recommend urgent care.

Great place, very quickly helpful. If you make an appointment it goes much faster! I’ve been a few times, as has my partner, and they were able to help both of us. Highly recommend

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am forced to leave one star. I drove all the way across the valley to get to the only open NextCare only to be very surprised that nobody updated the hours for the business online and it let me check myself in for a 1:30 am appointment.

Very convenient but long wait time. I would come back to this location if I had the time to wait. The front staff never smiled but efficient. The facility had a strong clean Clorox smell which made up for old run down walls. The nurse practitioner was kind and great at her job. She gets a 5 star, the facility as a whole 4 stars.

I arrived before 9:00pm. This place was crowded and the wait time was 2 hrs. I don’t blame this Urgent Care because all the Urgent Cares in my area of Glendale close at 8pm. This is not acceptable. The care and Staff were good and I am very appreciative. The wait time was not. Urgent Care Centers need to think about later hours in their Care centers - at least a few and not all of them closing at 8pm. Thank you.

i have been here and had good experiences so i recommended this place to my mom but they treated her like s***. the doctor was super dismissive about her issues and wouldn’t bother to let her explain. he also made unnecessary and unprofessional comments about her. after basically getting no help was charged $100 for what?? she would have been better off not going here…

I went on a Sunday night when I cut my finger and suspected I needed sutures. Even though 9 people were logged in ahead of me, my wait was short and I was seen by an NP right away. Luckily my finger was able to be glued and I got a tetanus shot and was out in an hour. I was so pleased. I work in healthcare so I have seen all sides of it. I was impressed with all the staff, the patient flow, the timeliness, and the overall professionalism of the clinic. I am glad I went there and not to the ER.

I have had a wonderful experience with this place. They always take care of my kids and myself. They are sufficient and friendly with us. Thank you everyone for a wonderful experience in NexCare. You all are amazing to us. We appreciate you all. You all are doing a wonderful job from the front desk to the nurses and doctors.

Oh my gosh! I had such a good experience with this urgent care!! I made an appointment online beforehand, and they saw me right on time. My physician was Paige Thomas FPN. She was very kind, professional, informative, and very helpful. I was in and out of the urgent care in under 30 minutes with all my questions answered and on the road to recovery. The front office staff was also very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you NextCare Urgent Care!

Comfortable waiting area. Wait time was adequate. The desk help was not extremely friendly but not rude either. The assistant who took my vitals was good.The standout was the personable nurse practitioner. She explained things well and put me at ease.

Very Professional Personable very knowledgeable ..I couldn't believe on how simple and fast it was to be seen the Docter made sure we could get the prescription immediately from a 24 hr pharmacy. The Care provided was amazing. Even when we picked up the prescription no wait time everything was ready to be picked up. Just Amazing experience all the way around. Thank you.

This office was great. Took my 4 year old in because she said she was having a hard time breathing and this was the only urgent care that made her a priority. Went to 2 others with 3 hour waits before and we were in and out in less than an hour with 2 different people taking the time to check her out and answer all of my anxious mom questions. They were all so nice and great with my child!

Very professional with the front desk, quick in attending our walk in visit. Waited about 20 minutes to get called in even with 5 people ahead of me. Nice clean reception area. Room was clean as well. Doctor was friendly and already knew what my boy needed for his eye infection. Very pleased with this place and would recommend it.

I came in during the very early hours of the morning (3am-5am) for severe back and abdominal pain, and not only did I get some relief but also very efficient quality care. the PA I saw was so professional, kind and engaged with me. he did absolutely everything he could for me and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. everyone from check in, to vitals to physician was so very pleasant and helpful. if you need urgent care, go to this NextCare.

I was seen promptly and after I left a sample, the one doctor came in and asked all sorts of questions to make sure I was being treated safely with the needed medicine. The staff was helpful and nice, and the doctor was intuitive and competent. I’m glad they’re open 24 hours a day. I just wish I could have found the site a bit easier. It’s tucked away next to the Armed Forces office, by Village Inn, and not easy to find using google maps.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had special requests and all of them were met without any problems or delays. I was seen by a very knowledgeable Doctor and I was given options on how I wanted to proceed with my care. I felt like a person not a number. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care and will use them again the next time I'm in need of such a place. Thank you NextCare!
