    I have been with Zack for 6 months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is very knowledgeable and his workouts are super efficient. I’ve not only lost weight and body fat but my muscles are getting lean and toned and I’m overall feeling better. If you are looking for a personal trainer who knows what they are doing and you don’t want to spend hours each day in the gym, I highly recommend reaching out to Zach!

    I’ve been working with Zach for 3 months now, and even though I’m at the early stages of my fitness journey, the results are already evident, and I couldn’t be more excited to see my transformation continue.     This review is overdue, I started coming to see Zach back in 2019 for some shoulder issues that had been plaguing me since 2018 and also the for the more typical reasons you decide to utilize a trainer. It was a very frustrating first 6 months coming to grips with just how neglected not only my shoulders were but also the realization that the rest of my body was no longer 30 years old. I was ready to quit more than once, but Zach was patient with me yet at the same time tough and realistic. You don’t get a hall pass with him, be prepared to do what you say you signed on to do. Its now August 2021 and I’m physically in a much better place than I was two years ago and most of the credit goes to the time I’ve invested with Zach. Lionheart is not your typical big box gym with a vague uninterested “trainer” it’s much more personalized to understand and accommodate your actual needs. My experience has been a positive one.

    I have been working out with Zach since March 2022 and couldn't be happier. I suffer from anxiety and couldn't walk into a gym on my own. I needed that push and direction on using the machines correctly. My friend in California found Zach close to my work and sent me his info. We started our 4 am workouts (I love how flexible he is with your schedule) Zach makes sure that you are working out with the right form and using the correct muscles. He helped me build the perfect foundation for my body and as the weeks passed and my tears dried the weights increased. He pushed me to believe in my capabilities. I will be 50 next year and in better shape than I ever have been.. I can now walk into the gym and feel confident. Thank you, Zach, for all that you are and have given me.

    I started working with Zach in August of 2021 and this year's time I have not only seen huge physical changes but my overall way of thinking has changed for the better. I had a trainer years ago but because of how bad that experience was, I never thought that I would ever be able to get a trainer again. I cannot recommend enough how great Zach is at really dedicating himself to you as a client. He truly does care about your goals and is there every step of the way. I feel so much better, mentally and physically. I've lost a total of 30lbs of fat and have put on 15lbs of muscle in this year and a half of training. I can never envision myself going back to the old me and Zach helps to achieve a whole lifestyle change. He is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with and I look forward to what this next year holds!

    Zach is an amazing trainer! I actually enjoy working out and look forward to them. He is always very encouraging, has a very positive attitude. He is very flexible about scheduling and tries to make himself available as per your schedule. I have been training for about 6 months now and down 3% body fat and looking forward to going next 3% down! You won't go wrong with Zach.

    I've been training with Zack for 6 months and he has completely delivered on my goals and exceeded my expectations of gaining significant strengh, losing weight and lowering my body fat by 6%. If you're looking for a trainer that is dedicated to results, reliable and very knowledgeable at a reasonable price look no further. I never knew all my goals would be achiveable in just 30 minute workouts. #Zactly!

    When I walked into the private gym I was a little apprehensive and unsure about beginning a serious work out program. After meeting with Zach I felt like I had a direction, a starting point for my fitness/health. Thus far I have been working out under Zach's supervision for about 6 months now. I can't think of anyone else I would trust to help me meet my workout/fitness goals. Zach is a focused and professional trainer, he maintains a positive, energetic and a great fitness ethic that makes me want to workout, where in the past I did not. Zach has a great fitness/health knowledge base to share. I'm overweight and have been struggling to lose the weight and gain muscle strength. Now I feel the difference in how my body feels after working out with a professional trainer vs. on my own. For health reasons I am going to begin a whole new fitness journey. I'm going to have a surgery that will help me with weight loss. With Zach as my personal trainer I know I will receive a customized workout that can change to meet my fitness needs, thanks Zach!

    I've been training with Zach for just over 3 months and he's been fantastic. He focuses on all aspects of being a healthy person, not just workouts. He set me up with an easy to follow diet, cardio plan, and workouts. With the diet and cardio, he focuses on accountability. Each time we meet, he ask me questions about how I'm doing and keeps me honest, which works well for me. Zach's always pushing my workouts to the limit, while focusing on form over anything else. He's been successfully helping me work through injury all while getting consistent results. He's very high energy and focused on getting the best results possible for his clients. So far I'm down over 20 lbs and decreased body fat by over 7%. I'm very excited to see my continued progress over the next 3 months. I would highly recommend working with Zach!

    I started working with Zach in February 2020. I wanted to step up my game and get that extra push. I have been exercising most of my adult years and needed more insight on the proper techniques and exercises that will produce results. He's super flexible as I've had to navigate work and personal commitments around my PT appointments, sometimes with short notice. Meal plans are solid and I enjoy the hard work that has shown results. If you're looking for a personable, flexible, and motivating trainer, Zach is a great choice!

    I have been working out with Zach of Lionhart Fitness for 4 months and couldn't be happier with the experience. Having never worked out before, I was one of those that walked into a gym, feeling intimidated and had no clue what to do. When I found Zach on social media what I saw immediately from his posts is that he is all about working out with the right form, isolating the correct muscles, working out the kinks we've created in our bodies all with the correct weight for your level of fitness. He helped me build a foundation and each week takes me further, patiently working with me, pushing me at the exact moments. Having had knee surgery a few years back, he has addressed my concerns with working out on it and has helped me gain strength and confidence. I can do knee exercises I was told I couldn't do. He has taught me proper form, how to be efficient with my workouts, and have learned when and how to add more weight to the exercises. Although still a newbie, it's a great feeling to be able to walk into the gym and feel comfortable and confident with the workout I am about to do. I look forward to working more with Zach and learning even more.

    Working with Zach is stress-free. He works with my work schedule to make sure we meet every week. When I get to the gym, he is prepared and ready to start the workout to meet my goals. Zach communicates effectively with any concerns and is also receptive to any muscle group focus to match my needs. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone who wishes to have a personal trainer who knows what he is doing and helps you get to your personal goals.

    I came in the door here post-PT, having torn my rotator cuff the prior year. I wanted to build up strength to avoid another injury. I'd never seriously lifted weights before. At the start, we were getting zero activations anywhere due to the poor shape my muscles were in after a year of doing nothing with injury. Zach modified constantly and tireless came up with new workouts to work around my issues and get the activation required. I've been coming here five months now and have gone from lifting a bar alone to well over 100lbs in some of my exercises. Nothing happens overnight - you have to put the time and work in, but if you are ready to do that then Zach is the man to see.

    Zach is a great guy, easy to get along with and also very knowledgeable in what he does. As a trainer he pushes you to your limits and makes sure your form is right for each exercise. Each time go in there I have a great workout and a good time.

    I started with Zach at Lionhart Fitness in May of 21. Having my neck fused a couple years started an overall decline in strength and gaining unwanted weight. Zach does a great job of customizing the workout based on your capabilities. In 6 short months, my strength is has more than tripled, body fat continues to decrease and it's all because Zach is hyper focused on maximizing your workout to your benefit. I've had trainers in the past that just want to push you to till you're dead. Zach is different. He works with and pushes you, but in a good way. He is focused on building you up and making you stronger for the long term. All in all, you will glad you chose Zach, he is making a difference.

    Zach is a fantastic trainer! I actually enjoy working out! He is always very encouraging, has a very positive and upbeat personality and is extremely interested in his client’s fitness journey. Plus, he has a hilarious sense of humor. I couldn’t be more pleased. Zach is the best trainer I have ever had. And he makes it fun as I work to meet my goals and he challenges me to do and be better each time. Thanks, Zach!!!
