I
have
been
working
out
with
Zach
of
Lionhart
Fitness
for
4
months
and
couldn't
be
happier
with
the
experience.
Having
never
worked
out
before,
I
was
one
of
those
that
walked
into
a
gym,
feeling
intimidated
and
had
no
clue
what
to
do.
When
I
found
Zach
on
social
media
what
I
saw
immediately
from
his
posts
is
that
he
is
all
about
working
out
with
the
right
form,
isolating
the
correct
muscles,
working
out
the
kinks
we've
created
in
our
bodies
all
with
the
correct
weight
for
your
level
of
fitness.
He
helped
me
build
a
foundation
and
each
week
takes
me
further,
patiently
working
with
me,
pushing
me
at
the
exact
moments.
Having
had
knee
surgery
a
few
years
back,
he
has
addressed
my
concerns
with
working
out
on
it
and
has
helped
me
gain
strength
and
confidence.
I
can
do
knee
exercises
I
was
told
I
couldn't
do.
He
has
taught
me
proper
form,
how
to
be
efficient
with
my
workouts,
and
have
learned
when
and
how
to
add
more
weight
to
the
exercises.
Although
still
a
newbie,
it's
a
great
feeling
to
be
able
to
walk
into
the
gym
and
feel
comfortable
and
confident
with
the
workout
I
am
about
to
do.
I
look
forward
to
working
more
with
Zach
and
learning
even
more.
