We have researched car rental companies prior to our trip to Antigua and decided to go with Drive-A-Matic rentals based on the reviews. We were happy we chose them! Very reliable rental company, friendly service and staff. A representative waited for us at the airport on the day of our flight (even though the flight was delayed by two hours), they met us and provided a transfer to the rental companies location, which was a short drive from the airport. The process was fast and smooth, the local driver's licence was issued with no delays. The car was clean, in perfect condition, and we felt comfortable driving it during our trip. The return process was very easy as well, somebody waited for us at the rental office and drove us to the airport after the car was returned. No issues, no delays - very happy with the process and Drive-A-Matic! We highly recommend choosing them if you need a rental car.

We had a seamless experience renting from these guys. This is not your average car hire experience; whilst being super friendly they are also professional and patient. You fill in the paperwork and inspect the cars like the good old days. The pickup from the airport was very easy and the car we got was decent for the job (especially compared to our friends, who got an old banger from Hertz).

Amazing experience! Picked us up from the airport and brought us to their car lot. We were on the road with our car (which they upgraded!) within 15 minutes. Never had an issue with the car and return was so smooth! Drove to the car lot and they told us to just leave your stuff in the car and they would drive us to the airport in it. I usually hate returning rentals cars as you never know what they may try and make you pay for after but here there was no issue! Would absolutely recommend renting with them!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Collected from the airport within minutes of arrival by a really friendly driver. We collected the immaculate and very new (less than 5k miles) car which was faultless for the 11 days we had it. On return, we were back at the airport (with another lovely driver) within minutes. The big global rental companies could learn a lot from the people at Drive-A-Matic. Faultless, and lovely with it !

Great Experience! They were ready for us upon arrival at the airport and drove us to the agency. The car was ready and was spotless. We were given a Kia Picanto and it was perfect for 2 adults, 2 large suitcases. It ran flawlessly all week. Return was easy and we were dropped off at the airport quickly. I definitely recommend!

They escorted us to the car rental office where we were promptly checked in and provided with a clean and well-maintained Suzuki Jimny. The car itself was perfect for exploring the island, with plenty of space for our luggage and comfortable seating. Very nice car rental company, five minutes away from the terminal. They were waiting for us at the door, at the airport, and brought us to their office to fill up the forms and pick up the car. Different size of vehicules, so you can find one that suits your needs. They brought us back to the airport on our way out. Very nice people!

Our experience with drive-a-matic was amazing. Reservation was made online with no problems at all. They were on time at the airport on our arrival and the shuttle to their office was 5min. They took less than 10min to get our car ready to go. The car was new, clean and ideal for the island. On the return date, Simone offered to take us back to our hotel what was extremely nice. We appreciated it. I highly recommend them if you need a car in Antigua.
