They may have the best GM of any Planet Fitness in the city. This location is just a couple years old, always clean, never really crowded like that and have a staff at the front that always engage you in personable way. Love that

This gym is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. Every time I leave this location I feel as though the hour I spent inside was time well spent. The hydro bed by itself is worth a visit if you are black card member.

The trainer is awesome!!! Been working with Emily for almost a year and I am definitely doing things I couldn't have done before. The staff is great love that they always say hey Mary before I check in and always happy to help. The gym is clean and great amount of equipment to work out on or with.

I liked that the gym wasn’t too packed, at least when I went but this gym is extremely hot. There are only two fans and they’re above the cardio machines. Also the women’s bathroom stalls had no toilet paper

Nice location, that is clean, welcoming and machines are well spaced. Even when busy, it doesn’t feel crowded.

I go every day of the week and there's always a clean and open piece of equipment and I enjoy my work out every day and the staff there are always on top of their jobs to keep everything going good

Very clean environment and friendly people. The app is useful and tells you the amount of people in there. The best time to go to have all the equipment to yourself is in the morning just some friendly advice.

The gym is clean, spacious, never overcrowded, and the staff are nice people. They have rowing machines with real water in them. I tore that stair climber the heck up! It's a gpod challenge, and the results are already showing in my thighs, calfs, and butt. I'm going to do it everyday for the next 30 days....build up to 1 hour and 30 mins on it.

Used to enjoy going to this gym when it was manly for adults... until they started running a free promotion for highschool students. Now there's 50 teens running around and hogging all the equipment.

I'm in my forties and love waking up early and working out it was hard at first but after 2 weeks get addicted and you start eating healthier and you just look and feel like you have natural energy and I wear less make-up now then I did in my twenties Planet Fitness is always clean and very friendly and very spaced out so when you're working out you're not on top of everyone and there is a variety of different things you can do they just need to start staying open 24 hours like they used to before the covid

Clean, I really like the crowd meter on the app. I have not had to wait for any equipment and it’s easy to social distance. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

Always access to equipment! Your not standing there waiting all day for your turn to use a machine. This facility is very clean, the staff is very respectful. Good atmosphere, and last but not least the price is Right!! Go enjoy your gym session the right way. 💪🏽

The employee here (Gary) is very unprofessional and lack knowledge on how to assist members with the massage chair! Every weekend this guy looks at you like you walked into his bedroom with a question or assistance while he’s at work! He refuses to assist or look up information regarding anything! SHAME ON PLANET FITNESS FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE THIS WAS A JUDGED ZONE!

It's nice. Clean. No one bothers you. Staff is friendly. I get a 45-60 min workout in and leave. Nothing to write home about. If you're not a "meat head" you'll like it 🤷🏾‍♀️

Hello readers. I have to say this is one of the cleanse fitness center in the Philadelphia areas. I want to thank the staff for keeping the place clean, thats one of the main reason why i became a member to this fitness center. LA Fitness has nothing on Planet Fitness as far as being clean.

Read the fine print!! The “Annual Fee” of $39 is NOT 2 months, it goes by just the months itself. For example, sign up 9/27 and then on 11/1 $39.00!! Cancelling my membership today!! My husband was coming with me as a black card member on occasion. Then since our schedules changed, he started his own membership. Paid $55 on the Initial opening.. a week ago, maybe 10 Days tops— today $39.00 comes out of my account and when I call and ask why, they say it’s for the yearly dues. Well I haven’t even been a member for 30 days and you’re charging the yearly dues. No wonder it’s $10 a month.. they make $94.00 in less than 2 weeks.. planet fitness.. a scam like all the other gyms.. get all the money they can before you cancel! That’s why so many people work out at home!

Pennypack planet fitness is very good staff is very friendly always helpful and the trainer is the best and they are always cleaning your bathroom sometimes because some of the clients are just lazy and they do not put the benches back or the equipment
