If you haven't been to this place... Just go!!! It's such a wonderful place to be... With or without your family. The morning vibes... Splendid arrangement.. Local produce... Local culture at display... Traditional handcrafted artifacts.... So lively and lovely. Cherry on the cake is the refreshment area. Go encourage the farmers!!! Being Indian... I felt so nice... I am sure you all will be.

It's a good market to just visit cause it's quite expensive as the vegetables and everything there are organic. So yea, it'll naturally be expensive. The atmosphere there is really cool and lovely. It's good to visit with your family. Nature lovers must go!

Very nice farmers market. Open Saturdays in the morning. Lots of fresh vegetables from local farms, at very reasonable rates. Well organized with proper stalls and all. It's inside a ministry of agriculture facility, so parking and bathrooms etc are also there. Parking space is not much, so you may likely have to park outside. Note that not many fruits are available, as I believe fruits are mostly imported and not locally grown.

Lovely place to visit in this wonderful weather especially in the morning after a good breakfast. Was the first day of this year. Also was full of people. The vegetables are fresh and clean, but not that variety. Must visit 😍.

What an adventure. Local produce, local people, local food and just an amazing and authentic Bahraini feel. If there is a way to get a sense of what it is to be local in Bahrain this is a great way to get it. Ended up picking up a lot of stuff for my sandwiches and tea (honey)at the market. Best to get here early when it opens which is at 8 AM. Beat the crowds, get convenient parking and enjoy the atmosphere.

It is good to spend a day with the family in this place. There is food area, but difficult to get a table. There is also children area. You can get cheap fresh local vegetables. The only thing I don't like is; it is very busy place, difficult to find your way because it is open only one day a week, Saturday.

I love this place. Everything is so fresh and good it could last for a month in the fridge without going bad. You can find all kinds of local produce including vegetables, eggs, honey, pot plants, traditional and nontraditional foods and drinks. However, the place is usually so crowded it's hard to find a close parking space, but maybe if you go really early in the morning it could be less crowded.

Great place to get fresh local fruits and vegetables and have breakfast with family. The only downside is people throw trashes on the tables and so many fly’s. Municipalities must do something about the fly’s and must fine the people who leave their trashes behind.

I used to go every year. It's nice picnic sort of feeling on Saturday mornings. It's all locally produced fruits and vegetables from Bahraini farmers. You will find some local food as well...Don't miss it. Will go again.

One of the best farmers markets in Bahrain. There are various types of local vegetables, a food zone, and local art products at reasonable prices. The place only opens during the winter every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is a very crowded place, and it is difficult to find a parking space around the market. You can pay using cash or BenefitPay. There are many activities for kids, and adults can enjoy their food on dedicated benches and huts. You should visit this place at least once in your life.

Such a beautiful place full of tree and greenery. Bt so much traffic ( Parking Problem) and rush, you will find fresh vegetables from the farmers of Bahrain that too in low cost and some activities to do like pottery class, cafés and food is also available there bt you can’t find table easily because it’s so crowded on Saturday, it’s better if you take your mat or chair there and sit on garden ( Go early) if you wanted to spend tym there, they have separate place for picnic, the shops have so such to sell like flowers, bags, pots, vegetables, coffees, snacks etc you can easily spend 2-3 hours in roaming only. Take big bag with you if you want to do grocery shopping

Brightly coloured vegetables and fresh smells of all things green and edible is what I love about this farmers' market. Every stall was a feast for the senses. There are vegetables, fruit, herbs, honey, home-made spices, pickles and granola, plants for your home and garden, plenty of crafts and handiwork to buy. Everything is made and grown locally. There is also a food garden with quaint wooden stalls selling all the favourite foods of Bahrain. My favourite was the pomegranate chicken liver and, of course, the karak. I will definitely visit this place on my next Bahrain trip.

A small local farmer's market in a park with produce stands, a restaurant area and handmade crafts. A very enjoyable visit with tasty treats, lattes and mini falafel. Worth a visit!

Nice place to shop for local fruit and vegetables. There's a food section where you can have your breakfast. Plants as well as arts and crafts available. Mobile ATM machine at the main gate. This season (2020) shuttles are provided to get you from and to Duraz beach and park AKA "Abu Subh" in case you don't want to bother yourself with finding a parking spot in Budaiya.

The Farmers market is organized annually at the Budaiya Botanical Gardens from December to April and is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Farmer’s market is organized by the Agriculture and Marine Resources directorate at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, which is the governmental entity responsible for and entrusted with food security and safety in the Kingdom.

Amazing market... amazing fruits and vegetables, amazind stands!!! Vendors are very very very friendly. (My husband left without the change, the vendor looked for us to give it back!!!) Street food is so a must to try. So good to eat there or take away. You have to go and experience it !!! But early in the morning, otherwise parking your car will be a nightmare.
