Beautiful place, at the part of the Little-Danube. Your kids will love this place: they will meet ducks and gooses at the beginning. After they crossed over the bridge there is a little playground, perfect for enjoying the sunny day. Later on you can continue on the path which will lead you on the side of the river into the nature filled with reed, tree, cute wooden bridges. You can see animals: dragonfly, bird etc. On the other end of this path there is an ice cream shop - just for the summer.

Definitely worth a visit when you are in the area, you can walk on a narrow path to the tip of the floating island. You will most certainly see swans, wild ducks, and people in canoes and rowing boats. There is a good size playground for children, and a small boat port too.

Quiet a nice place. Never visit after heavy rain, as it is muddy initially by its nature. Do not expect a long walk there. Not always easy to walk for small children, because bridges are pretty hard to climb for them, and walkway is bumpy. (Fully natural, which is a good thing, in my opinion, although.) Not to much meal options around.

Amazing place close to Budapest! A real breath of air...

You have a beautifull walk from Barruera up here through the forrest by waterfalls. Check the timetable because for the first time it was closed. One of the larger churches but still very small and you have a nice view fromt the bell tower where you can walk up. After visiting you can go to Boi on an other walkway.

Walking in the middle of water in such a beautiful landscape is relaxing. I enjoyed this path, where benches and bins have been put, together with indicative panels, but actually adventuring anywhere along rivers and canals is a pleasure. Here, mind the fact that there are many wooden bridges with steep steps.
