    Szent Ephrem's rehearsal room and community space at the same time. The band members themselves worked on the restoration. Now it's a pleasant, friendly place with great programs.

    Great barista, great coffee, quiche and pie beyond imagination, beer drinkers love the craft beers. An excellent place for cultural events or family gatherings. I've experienced both. It worked great.
