DONT STAY AT A HOTEL IN BUDAPEST... UNLESS YOU STAY HERE. Honestly was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my travels around the world. Front desk staff was amazing upon my arrival. Check in was quick, a restaurant close by was recommended and we went up to my suite. As soon as I walked in I was surprised by the welcome letter in an envelope with my name on it, ample room, complimentary bottle of wine, and a whole kitchen. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was leaving to fly the next night and concierge allowed my to keep my luggage with them for the whole day while I explored the city. Truly a very unique and exceptional experience.

The rooms and services are impeccable. This will be the largest suite you will ever stay in unless you are used to staying at presidential suites. Location isn't the best, but otherwise it's one of the best value hotels I've ever stay at.

They emailed to ask us for our estimated arrival time to make the check in a good experience for us. The man that checked us in was amazing! So helpful and friendly, excellent service and they also got a bottle of sparking wine for my mother’s birthday without us telling them. Beautiful big suites! Located a short distance from the inner city but no problem walking around. A bit hard for taxi drivers to find the address.

VERY nice apartment. Definitely luxury. 3 bedroom all very big and large comfortable sofa bed in lounge. Two very spacious bathrooms with towel and toiletries. Brilliant water pressure. Kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast delivered to room every morning. Location is a little far (10 min) from chain bridge and not much in the local area but major issue if you can walk or take taxis.

A superbly renovated old building in the center of Budapest. We had a two bedroom apartment on the first floor, spacious, very well decorated, and isolated from the noise of the avenue. The price are on the high side but quality is worth it. Nearby there are also some nice restaurants.

Amazing value! The size of the apartment was larger than the photos made out, and complimentary wine was provided making the hotel very welcoming and impressive. The hotel was also clean and neat, but some small issues with the cleaners occurred, such as replacing towels and coffee/tea. However, the hotel vowed to sort this issue and considering that the hotel has only been running for less than a year, I am confident this issue will be resolved promptly. Therefore, I rate this hotel 5 stars.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Very friendly and accommodating staff and beautiful property at an excellent price. We just stumbled upon this hotel while searching for a place to stay and we were pleasantly surprised when our room was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath apartment with full amenities. I will be coming back. Exceptional!

Absolutely amazing apartment in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful. Everything was immaculate. Very very spacious rooms with a fully equiped large kitchen. Huge living room and beautiful large balcony overlooking Budapest. Highly recommend staying here, I'll definitely be back again.

My wife and I loved this place. The suite we stayed in was wonderful, the prices were fantastic, and the people there were great. It was a little tricky to find, but was worth it. It's located a bit off the beaten path, but it was our first trip to Hungary and we had no particular itinerary. It worked out that it was perfectly located. The river is a short walk away, as is many other sights.

Andrea the receptionist was awesome. She helped me and my buddy from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. She was very professional and very efficient at her job. The room my friend and I stay in was very spacious and housekeeping kept it clean during the duration of our stay. Andrea also recommended many places to go and explore. If you're planning to stay in Budapest for vacation I recommend staying at Utto Luxury Suites. A bit pricey, but completely worth it.
