Too long list but I will try to be as comprehensive as possible and hope the management will act on this feedback to ensure they're providing the service they promise. Firstly, the photos do not reflect the reality. Walls are dirty, flooring is very dirty, stains everywhere. Furniture was broken, handles were missing, doors were missing, a window had no handle to lock it in winter???!!! Mismatching bedding, duvet covers were like 50 shades of white/yellow(stained). We took off a pillow cover to find a disgusting yellow/orange stained pillow. The advert says and photos suggest that we will be given slippers, nice clean towels, a comfortable room, clean toilet/bathroom yet none of these were supplied. Bathroom was in a state, limescale and soap deposits all over the taps, the drain cover in the shower tray was missing exposing hair in there, the shower was barely functioning (water nozzles were clogged), everything was bodged with excessive amount of silicone sealant. We had to request a room transfer as the first room we were given did not meet with basic human standards... The radiator cover was broken and the window had no curtains (0 private life), walls were disgustingly stained, and heating was almost non existent (it was warmer on the corridors). In our 3 days stay we had to ask for a toilet roll as we were given only one, no rooms cleaning service was provided, we did not get clean towels. To sum up all the promises and hopes they gave us for our money was money scamming, we paid but did not get anything in return.

The rooms are quite cheap and hotel location is good. There are small cockroaches in bathroom and one morning when I open bathroom door it falls on my sholder. The bed sheet is too old and full of other people DNA. Buy ear puds before sleep because it is noisy since the aircondition is very loud and windows are not built to block the noise. You can hear next room conversation very easily. At the end, life is too short to spend the night in this hotel.

Extremely messy. Inventory old, destroyed. The walls are dirty. Bed linen not ironed. The air conditioner is dirty. There is no air in the room. The windows cannot be opened.

It says air-conditioned but in the "real world" it is only ventilator..... non cleaned! fridge out of work with a special smell of non cleaned water. not again in this awful place!

Tragic! Room was dirty, sheets not clean, window was broken, conditioner working loudly af so imposible to sleep. Too hot in the room. No ventilation. Tv half static. Shower head broken and not a lot of hot water. More like "hotel nightmare". Also got bitten by the bed bugs...

This is the first time I do NOT recommend a hotel. No working email or phone to solve problems.

I'm very disappointed that this hotel cuts corners when it comes to hygiene, by not putting shower gels or toilet paper in the room like in the pictures, while little children walk around bare foot on a floor that people from the street also walk on with dirty shoes from a pavement that never gets cleaned. You smile in my face whilst your mind is telling you a different story, is how you gain enjoyment from your job? I feel very sorry for you for having a mindset, that has been tarnished by negativity. I was thinking about staying here again as the other guests seemed friendly, but as you have an ulterior motive to try and mack someone that makes your months wage in a day, I will be taking myself to a more reputable establishment where I can relax without something in the back on my mind etc.... I will contacting my bank manager to dispute your price, in order to obtain a % of the payment back, and then you can explain why to your boss. Good Luck with that. I've been to places and seen things that you don't know exists and will never experience, so if this brings you a little bit of pleasure, then I'm happy to have helped you.

Worse hotel I've ever been. Dirty, strange, creepy, with the window that's not possible to close. I don't know how it's still open.

This hotel is super nice. You can not expect in this low price with a presidential suite but literally its not bad. I was there ordered 1 room with 2 beds and the room was designed in a double floor with a spiral staircase. And what's more, the reception stuff was so nice, he even recommend us which restaurant is best around there and also which interest place we should definitely go for a visit. FYI, with this price, it's really worth it.

Room is not clean, bed is broken, no basic toiletries like hand soap, shampoo and body soap. Way waaaay too overpriced for what it provides. Only good thing about this place is its location 😏

Overall pretty good. Though the check out process sucks. Tried to check out but couldn’t leave and now I’m still stuck in here.

unimaginable how places that could be pleasant become dirty and poorly maintained, I do not recommend this hotel, unless it is your last option.

For the price we payed the room wasn t that great, and the fact that there are bugs everywhere is a big nono. The AC doesn t work.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!! Please avoid this hotel, regardless of all the horrible reviews saying this hotel is filthy, disgusting, dirty with bad hygiene, poor smell, and bedbugs; they are also an irresponsible and cunning scammer. I made a double booking accidentally, and ask them to cancel my reservation even before I arrived, the request is left unanswered. I contacted them again, and still no responses again. They just wanted to take my money, and don’t care the service and its guests at all. It’s absurd that they are still be able to operate their businesses without being shut it down by lawsuits or disputes.

Something unbelievable, I have no words, I really don't recommend it, everywhere is dirt, a mess, dirty walls, dirty bed linen, dirty torn towels, there are 2 cupboards in the room in a desolate condition without handles, of course the TV didn't work, you won't find common hygiene items such as soap, small shampoo there , really bad, I could go on like this, but I'm not in the mood to deal with it anymore. Budapest is beautiful, but I really do not recommend the hotel :((

Okay beds, but the shower was bad and the toilet came loose and there was water all over the bathroom.

nothing to complain about. staff was really friendly and room was to standard. nothing special but it was cheap so you cannot complain.

Nice location if you are like nightlife and party, it's cheap, nice people and all around okay. Only thing would be the facilities in the bathroom was kinda broken but useable. For the price it's perfectly ok.

Pros: The check in staff were super nice. Views from the room. Price. WiFi Cons: overall everything being really dirty. Pillow case was itself dirty. Floors dirty. The bathroom floods after showers. Uncomfortable bed. AC didn’t work very well.

Very enjoyable. Staff members are very nice, always happy to help. Rooms are nice and clean. The Wifi is very good. Affordable price Sometimes the reception wasn't available and some delays in cleaning my room. But overall highly recommended
