On a 2 month European Road Trip riding a 2014 Triumph GT Sprint I did try emailing in Hungarian, but that didn't seem to work but... Staying in Budapest at The Opera Garden Hotel which is superb. Their receptionist arranged a timed appointment the Triumph Dealer when we arrived, which was 5mins away. I duly arrived at the appointment and brakes, oil, tyres, chain tension checked while we waited. Rear brake pad changed as worn out. The welcome at the dealer was excellent, English spoken, whole job done under an hour and a half. Coffee provided and cost was £73.62 which given the situation was excellent. Very happy , roll on the next 200 miles in Croatia and Italy etc. P's Budapest is excellent and so is the Triumph Dealer here

Excellent service, cool bikes! Bought a Speed Twin and a Tiger Sport 1050. Quality products, I can only recommend if one is looking for unique style and quality. Not cheap, but definitely worth every penny.

You can see lots of Triumph motorbike here (my favourit is the Rocket 3 R), the staff is cool, great place. Although the parking is not for free there, worth to visit!

Arrived with a busted alternator and after a few days I was back on road and the trip was saved! Thanks guys! 👊🏻

Thank you for your welcome and service. My wife and I came from France. She lost a pannier on the freeway. We bought the pair back and they took the time to check that they fit. They also checked the chain tension and oil levels on our bikes free of charge.

I have few year old motorbike. I wanted to order a few parts as they are the one and only Triumph dealership in the country you can order these parts from. Initially, I thought that I will be able to order them over the phone. The only problem is that they have a 'we don't give a damn' attitude. Several calls, messages and they have disappeared at the end. As I am aware Triumph Budapest has changed its owner recently. As I see nothing has changed. They have the exact same arrogant, smug behaviour as it used to be at the other place. Well done, one star.
