Don't
bother
ordering
for
delivery,
I've
wasted
hours
trying
to
get
things
delivered.
I
went
into
the
store
and
arranged
for
delivery
2
weeks
ago
and
the
6
items
I
have
paid
for
still
haven't
arrived.
I
arranged
for
a
morning
delivery
then
on
that
day
I
was
told
they
would
deliver
between
8am-8pm.
They
never
showed
or
even
called
to
say
delivery
wouldn't
take
place.
At
this
point
I'm
convinced
that
the
delivery
drivers
are
phoning
me
at
times
(3
and
a
half
hours
before
the
scheduled
delivery
time)
when
they
know
I
won't
answer
so
they
don't
have
to
deliver.
We
have
now
had
four
failed
deliveries.
We
were
at
home
able
to
accept
the
delivery
during
each
of
the
four
slots
we
booked.
Found
out
on
Friday
that
one
of
the
items
hasn't
even
been
in
stock
all
this
time!
Customer
Services
promised
a
call
back
yesterday,
nothing
happened.
Now
when
I
call
customer
services
I
get
a
message
saying
the
number
is
no
longer
in
use.
I'll
be
making
a
formal
complaint
but
the
whole
process
has
been
so
much
more
hassle
than
it's
been
worth.
