The treatment did not take place as described on the website, the beautician simply skipped the 15-minute massage (massive treatment). I did not experience any kind of personalized attitude, the control room is mediocre, it does not reflect what the website suggests. Disappointing, I regretted my time there.

I also didn't think it was fair that the 15-minute massage belonging to the big treatment was omitted, as it is, but it was included in the price in the same way. In such cases, at least the changes due to the virus situation should be indicated on the website, and the prices adjusted accordingly, because it is deceptive in this form. My eyebrow correction also resulted in three hairs being plucked out with tweezers. It felt like a chore, in an unpleasant atmosphere.

I have been going for laser hair removal for almost a year now, but there has never been a time when I did not leave satisfied. Adrienn is a great professional, she explained everything correctly and answered my questions politely and readily. What I liked best was that they honestly told me that I would need a little more than average number of treatments due to my hormonal problems, they didn't cut corners like other salons....the end result is wonderful! :) I recommend the salon to everyone!

Horrible client service. They don’t speak properly English and don’t have any document in English to know better about the services. They fix an appointment for me in the morning I took 1 job day off to attend and when I arrived they told me that they forgot to place it correctly that I should comeback other day. Unacceptable!

If it is an anti-aging treatment, then only Mesofill-R needle mesotherapy. It is painless, and the effect is already visible the first time. Over 40 in a mandatory treatment regimen to keep my skin perfect. I do 1 course every year. I love this place and the lovely beauticians. ❤
