Eljöttem a rendelőből mielőtt bejutottam volna. Az időpontomhoz képest 30 percet vártam (10 perccel korábban érkeztem az adminisztráció miatt). 30 perc után megkérdeztem a recepción, hogy mi történt és körülbelül mikor kerülök sorra. Kiderült, hogy egy sürgős eset bekerült elém, ami még az én időpontomban is tartott, illetve egy előttem lévő másik beteg is több ideje volt már a rendelőben mint amennyire eredetileg kalkuláltak, így azt mondták az akkor 30 perces csúszásnál, hogy talán 20 perc múlva bejutok. Mivel nem véletlenül foglaltam le ezt az időpontot, nem tudtam volna min. 50 percet várni a munkaidőmben, így eljöttem. Amikor megérkeztem a rendelőbe és ki kellett töltenem a papírokat, már akkor is tudták, hogy csúszás lesz, de nem jelezték. Ha ezt megtették volna, nem vártam volna 30 percet, hogy erre rákérdezzek és kiderüljön. A legszomorúbb az egészben, hogy akkor hangzott el először, hogy elnézést kérnek a kellemetlenségért amikor már kifelé jöttem az ajtón. Szerintem ez egyértelműen a recepció kommunikációján csúszott el, mert ha látják, hogy ilyen csúszás van, már a bejelentkezéskor lehetne jelezni a páciensnek, hogy eldönthesse, tud-e ennyit várni, vagy inkább kér egy másik időpontot. Illetve az intézmény vezetésének is el kellene döntenie, hogy sürgős eseteket is elvállalnak-e (ami miatt borul az időpontra érkezők rendszere), vagy csak az időpontra érkezőket fogadják. És szeretném ha nem lenne félreérthető, nem a fájdalmakkal érkező beteg miatt vagyok csalódott, hanem amiatt ahogy ezt a rendelőben kezelték (vagyis hogy pont nem kezelték). Sajnos nem én voltam ma az egyetlen ilyen panaszokkal, mert előttem már többen megkérdezték a kapott időpontjukhoz képest jelentős csúszás miatt, hogy mikor kerülhetnek sorra...

On the phone, teladoc claims that they sent the confirmation email, I don't know who is lying, but this is a big difference, the teladoc clerk is normally nice and immediately helps to book a new appointment. I was at the ophthalmologist for a routine examination. The doctor doesn't even introduce herself, then remarks that she's going home, and true to that, quickly interrupts the examination. My questions cannot be answered by a single person. It was all totally amateurish. I was here through insurance, but I'm sure I won't be coming again. The clinic is also a bit outdated.

I've visited this facility a week ago, where I had an endocrinologist check-up. The doctor after the examination shouted out highly private and sensitive information about me at the reception area for all to hear. Later we had a teleconsultation scheduled when she called me later than the originally registered time and then hung up on me. I had to make another appointment for which they made me pay again, though we were merely finishing the consultation we started previously. Also, one of the invoice issues was incorrect and thus the insurance company is not willing to pay for the service. I do NOT recommend this facility.

I don't recommend it to anyone. It's all a drag. A lot of money for a 2-minute test, and they send it on to a state lab for testing.

After I booked the appointment, I looked at the reviews and got a little scared. But after getting over it, I have to say it wasn't as bad as I expected. The staff was absolutely fine, from the reception to the doctor. The place is clean and cultured. I was called in right away. I've had plenty of worse experiences than this. I came out of the endocrinology "specialist examination" crying. It's probably a system-level problem, but this is where the thread broke for me. I paid HUF 35,100 for a visit called a "specialist examination", where the doctor asked 5-10 questions and then recommended additional laboratory tests. I asked for a referral, but I didn't get one. Of course, a price offer right away, with a total amount close to HUF 100. The questions did not require any specialist knowledge (do I want sweets, am I tired, etc.)... I think these can be asked by phone/e-mail or with an online form. If they ask for a nominal amount for this, I will accept it, but this was not a HUF 35,100 service. I would have been happy if I could go to the lab and other tests first, I would have paid the above amount with thanks for the evaluation. So I just feel ripped off and cheated.

A Corvin plázában felkeresett orvosom 45 percet késett, majd amikor 2 hónap múlva újra be akartam jelentkezni hozzá, a recepciósok flegmán közölték velem, hogy az illető már nem dolgozik az Egészségközpontban. Fel sem ajánlottak megoldást, annyi sem jutott eszükbe, hogy jelezzék, hogy van másik központjukban hasonló szakorvos, egy elnézést sem kaptam, hogy orvos híján gyógyszer nélkül maradtam. A központon keresztül kerültem a Mammutban található rendelőbe, de bár ne mentem volna oda. Kb. 5 percet szánt rám az orvos, akinek semmi sem volt megfelelő a papírjaimon (több orvos is foglalkozik velem, de eddig egyikük sem kötött bele a leleteimbe), majd elküldött, hogy ha más problémám lesz akkor keressem meg újra, majd pedig kaptam pár “kezelési tippet”, ami egy női magazin szintjét érte el, nem pedig egy szakorvosét. Értem, hogy az adott betegség kezelése nem a szakterülete, de ezt normálisan is el lehet mondani.

Orvoshoz a hipochondereken kívül kevesen szeretnek járni… Ennél sokkal komolyabb az érv, hogy az állami, a tb-finanszírozott egészségügybe bejutni egyre hosszabb idő, néha lehetetlen vállalkozásnak tűnik. Heveny problémával hiába kerestem orvost, próbáltam időpontot egyeztetni. Itt két nap múlva fogadtak, rendkívül barátságos környezetben, nyugodt szakorvosokkal találkoztam. Figyeltek rám, s a megfelelő gyógymódot választották. Sajnos, nem mindenki engedheti meg magának ezt a “luxust”, holott ez a luxus járna minden állampolgárnak.

In the last 1 month, we have had several examinations of the Mammut II. - with my husband. Both the ladies at the reception and the doctors were very kind and helpful (and we are not simple cases). The doctor is attentive, kind and precise, and I didn't feel anything during the entire examination. Although the prices are quite high, we managed to get to the bottom of the cause of our problems in 2 days.
