Nice modern hotel in heart of Budapest , clean room, unreal pool on roof of hotel overlooking the city. Staff all very attentive and helpful. Good selection of breakfast options in the morning too, coffee machine in each room too.

This Hotel is absolutely great! The staffs are very nice and helpful!!! It makes you feel so comfortable to be here. The breakfast is amazing, with so many choices with good qualities! And it varies every day! What to mention is you can use the coffee machine the whole day where you also have wide range with tea. And they even leave some snacks there. So, just when you return from visiting the beautiful city, you can seat down and fix yourself a quick petite afternoon tea and enjoy it! We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hotel! We will definitely come again!

Pros: Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Close to the train station and all sights. The room is quiet and the bed comfy. Cons: Breakfast is tasty but lacks some variety. Minibar only contains alcohol, water would've been nice. I would be happy to stay there again.

Amazing hotel. Clean room, excellent crew, reception 24h. Very good breakfast. Very recommended. Very good location, next to a metro station and busses. The reception helped us in any question we had and ordered us a Danube cruise. The crew always smiles and wants to help. 10/10

We walked past this hotel and saw they had a rooftop pool so we visited one evening and were very impressed! We were given towels and had the pool to ourselves! It also has a rooftop bar outside where you can sit and drink and watch the sunset. The music they played was a mixture of 2000’s and got louder as the night progressed which we loved! The staff were all so lovely and informative when booking this experience and we would definitely come here again!

This is absolutely one of the best hotels we’ve been in a long time. It felt like coming home every time. The staff is super helpful and they do their best to make you comfortable. Breakfast here is amazing, the rooms are spacious and super clean, the pool is great and…..what can I say more: you should experience yourself

Absolutely loved my stay. My girlfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights and thought the hotel had everything we needed. The staff are all really cheerful and willing to help. The bedroom was amazing and was cleaned well each day. The pool was a perfect temperature and the view was amazing. Thank you cortile for our stay.

I have just returned from a very pleasant stay in the Cortile hotel with my wife. The stay was a gift to my wife for her 40th birthday. We had very nice check in experience with Gregory, we arrived a bit early but our room was ready. Gregory went above and beyond advising us about sight seeing in Budapest. We stayed in a junior suite which had a bottle of sparkling wine and birthday wishes for my wife from the hotel manager. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had plenty of variation and was very fresh, with fresh coffee available all day. The swimming pool and rooftop bar area was very clean with beautiful views of the city. The bar was very quiet and in my opinion a bit expensive. It lacked atmosphere and choice was quiet limited. I would of liked to sit down and enjoy a beer but this wasn’t available. The pool is small and no sauna, steam room or hot tubs. We stayed for four nights but our last two nights were over Good Friday/Easter weekend and the street at the front got very noisy with young people congregating directly outside the front of the hotel. They appeared to be leaving pubs/clubs. I would give this hotel 4/4.5 stars out of 5. I would recommend it apart from the few negatives that I highlighted.

My wife and I spent a week in Budapest staying in the Cortille. The hotel was perfect. All staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us especially Adam and the staff at breakfast. Rooftop pool was very welcoming as it was v hot during our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff, breakfast varied and breakfast team super efficient too. Sparkling wine at breakfast a lovely luxury touch. We booked a suite with a balcony and it was well worth the upgrade for the extra space and facilities. Pool and jacuzzi on top floor was a great feature, bar open 5-10pm daily great too. Do not hesitate to book here! The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and the hotel is very clean.

We just left the cortile are a gorgeous weekend in Budapest. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is delish and the pool is the perfect temperature. Our room was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would recommend a stay here to anyone coming to Budapest.

The entire team took such good care of us here. There are many gorgeous hotels in Budapest, but the Cortile has by far the best service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they made us feel welcome. We are eternally unsatisfied people, but we have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything was spotlessly clean, gorgeous, and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, fresh, and different everyday (if you don't like what they offer, they'll make you an omelet!), the pool and bar has a very chill vibe and gorgeous light, and the rooms were spacious and really had the wow factor. Bonus, we felt close to everything, within walking distance of so much. They even offered to keep our bags after checkout and keep taking advantage of the pool, which by the way you can use if you're not a guest for a small price. For information, we'll tell customers that the bed was quite soft (beware if you prefer a firm mattress), but many pillows on hand at reception. Point of improvement- often lacking towels at the pool, and no many places to hang wet swim suits in the room. Many thanks to the wonderful barman taking such pride is his cocktails, the breakfast crew paying close attention to detail, the discrete and efficient cleaning crew, and the warm welcome at reception. This is my 7th trip tp Budapest and I never stay in the same place twice.... Until now. You can be sure I'll be back.

Beautiful hotel, very close to the city center and with incredible service. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are worth the price alone. The staff is extremely professional and kind, the rooms are clean and tidy and the place is beautiful. The breakfast in the morning offers alot of stuff and will make everyone happy. Recommended ❤️

What a wonderful place! We just returned home after staying here for three days after a Viking cruise. Walking distance to St Stephen's Basilica, the Opera House, and tons of restaurants. The front desk staff is amazing with great recommendations....we had an early flight out and they arranged our transportation (that arrived on time, 4 am on the dot!) And even had a breakfast bag of goodies prepared for us to take with us since we left too early for any of the wonderful breakfast they serve daily.

What an oasis!!! This was our 3rd stay at the Cortile hotel, and we totally love it! This time, it was the start of one of our biggest adventures ever... a trip around the world, and what a perfect starting point to unwind and get ready... I totally love the entrance area... the green & design. Staff are so incredibly welcoming & special, e.g. Lola who is one of the kindest people I have ever met. We love to spend hours in the rooftop pool, simply enjoying life in the warm water with a brilliant view. Standing ovations to the entire team!!

What a fantastic experience staying here. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by the most friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was a trouble to them and they made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is immaculate and the decor is stunning. Our room and balcony were fantastic with everything you could ask for. The rooftop pool was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. The breakfasts were wow and we were really spoilt for choice! I’ve never seen such a choice at a breakfast buffet which even offered sparkling wine and chocolate tart! If you are considering this hotel, BOOK IT NOW!!

AMAZING! I could not recommend this hotel enough! We booked a 5 night stay as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very large rooms (even though we only booked a standard room) and was cleaned very well every day. Even is we put do not disturb on the door, they would still come later in the day to clean. The breakfast was delicious and did have some variation day to day. They even had certain items you could have cooked fresh. All the staff were a pleasure and couldn't do enough for us. The guy at reception even book a dinner reservation and an escape room upon request. These were both from recommendations/leaflets from the hotel themselves. The rooftop pool is also a very nice touch! Nice view and very enjoyable.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is so close to the metro and the room is spacious. Wide variety of breakfast selection and slightly different every morning. Special thanks to lovey Lola who helped us check in and introduced the city attractions. The breakfast time staff are also attentive and professional. Thanks for making our first trip to Budapest so memorable.

The location is great for the sights. Everything within walking distance. The rooms spacious, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is varied and sufficient. However, not everything is refilled so as a tip: be there early. The service is rather average for a 4 star hotel. Except for the breakfast staff. The pool area is nice but the music is too loud during the day. More like a full-day party area. The cleanliness is also rather average. Partly quite dusty. The reception staff mostly unmotivated. Except for the guys who were there at night.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. It's boutique-style, each room has a different theme, open concept with clear glass from the bathroom into the bedroom. (There's a curtain for privacy). The hotel greeted us with a nice gesture upon arrival since it was our anniversary trip. The service is incredibly friendly and willing to help at anytime. The rooms were very clean, loved their sheets and comfy mattress. I would definitely stay here again. Pool is amazing and top views of the city. Thanks so much for making our stay! Specially the cleaning ladies, we always loved coming back to our rooms! Super soft bathrobes, slippers, pool towels and hand-sanitizer included.

The junior suite is a dream come true. The balcony is huge and the room is so fun and at the same time elegant with the wardrobe corner and the walk-in shower. The bar and the breakfast are excellent. The rooftop pool was the ultimate highlight of our stay, it really elevated our Summer weekend get-away on a next level. We are frequent travelers, but stuff like the “pillow menu” really fascinated us: The whole hotel is so thought-through and so well conceptualized. A unique experience in Budapest.

we stayed here during 16-20/02/23 the hotel's location was very good, surrounded by great bars and resturants. we were greeted by a professional staff at reception, very positive, cheerful attitude. breakfast was very good with fresh meals, very good coffe and hot drinks and great working staff. rooms were excellent, spacious, very clean and well maintained. the rooftop pool is an amazing addition! we thank you for your service and hope to visit again

This hotel is excellent. Reception when you first enter is very stylish, the breakfast was great. Service and staff all very friendly. Our room was really good, beds and pillows were very comfy that i managed to get one. My compliments to Tom the manager who we met and was great to us, no you didnt take our coffee. We loved the pool and the views.

Lovely staff, breakfast, all great, also location. Two problems: 1) the rooms seem to get very hot and AC is not controllable. We arrived early April to a room with a great view of the basilica but the sun had heated the room to 28.5C. They kindly moved us to a room which was only 23C, but in summer if they're full then what would they do? 2) the toilet is very thinly partitioned from the rest of the room, so you'd better be sharing with someone from whom you have no secrets :-)

The Cortile was a delightful experience. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The higher level have a wonderful rooftop view. The experience begins at the reception unlike most hotel where you stand behind a counter and answer questions, at the Cortile I was offered a seat and a drink while registering. The pool was a brilliant place to have drinks with friends, and breakfast was varied and tasteful. I very much enjoyed my time at the Cortile and recommend it without fail.

Fab hotel rooms and in a good location. The only thing that let it down was the very poorly stocked bar. No normal beers - only flavoured ones, no mixers for spirits and the wine was not good. Not that we're big drinkers! Breakfast was good and all of the staff were very friendly.
