The tours are only 30 minutes long but well worth doing as the Hungarian Parliament is a beautiful building, both inside and out. Hint: The entry charge for visitors from non-EU countries is much higher, but if you buy the tickets online nobody checks your passport or attempts to verify where you came from.

Boring... We saw 10 hallways and 2 rooms. Also we were given some headsets to hear the guide, but won't work. I think the outside view was better... And cheaper

They have a really cool guided tour but it's not very interactive as they give you an audio guide and the tour guide just points you where to go. Because of that I think it's weird that they separate the tours by languages. Also if you're an EEA citizen the ticket it's half price which nice, so please bring your ID card or a driver's license. Overall it's worth it.

Iconic building for Budapest, it's better admired in the dark. The tour is short and not relevant.

The visitors center is located on the north side of the Parliament building underground. You can access it from the street along the Danube through a door at the street level. You can access it from the east (from the plaza in front of Parliament) by a very large ramp down into the center. You'll find a café, gift shop, and paid restrooms here. The center will print your tickets for Parliament tour for free if you ask. This is also where that tour begins. You can visit the center without a ticket for free.

The visitor centre for the Hungarian parliament that includes the ticket counters, a big restaurant, washrooms, souvenir kiosks and digital display boards for the ongoing and booked guided tours for all offered languages. The ticket price felt a bit too high for me...but have heard that the guided tours are good. This visitor centre is full of tourists throughout the opening times but the ticket lines move fast. It is just beside the main parliament with access through stairs going underground... close to the Kosuth monument.

Not a really impressive tour. It's less than an hour and it only shows you three stops. But it still worth it to taste a bit of this marvelous building, and of course stand next to the crown, where you are not allowed to take photos. There is a lovely souvenir shop in the lobby where you can find a lot to buy.

This is a very well organized tour of the Parliament Building, referring strictly to the English language tour I booked a day before and there were many slots available, granted this is the age of Corona . The whole gang had six tourists so it made for a fun, quiet and leisurely experience The guide was a knowledgeable woman with a bit of an accent that you can get accustomed to quite fast and she was very pleasant answering questions and giving the visitors time to take all the selfies and pictures they wanted The tour was about half an hour long and for the money spent I would not call it a bargain, but can't complain either. This is the only way you are allowed in so not much choice there I liked the gift shop, expensive, didn't buy anything but they have a tonne of stuff

This beautiful building dates from 1885 and sits right was along the Danube embankment. Wonderful architecture with neo-gothic turrets and arches, it really is a must see landmark on any visit to Budapest. Be sure to visit at night too when the dramatic lights show the structure at its best.

PARLIAMENT VISITOR CENTRE The Parliament Visitor Centre is situated underground to the north of the Parliament building. It stands as a contemporary and harmonious addition, seamlessly integrated into the location. Here, you can procure tickets to access the Parliament Building and its Museum. Inside the museum, you'll wander through splendid halls and the Assembly hall of the National Assembly of Hungary, with the central highlight being the Holy Crown of Hungary, showcased beneath the expansive central dome. Tickets are designated for specific visitation slots and are exclusively provided for guided tours. Photography is generally permitted, except within the main hall featuring the Holy Crown.

Of course the building itself is 5 stars. Even the service at the information centre was really great. However, charging non-eu citizens three times the price is unjustified. This is a very expensive entry ticket for a non- interactive tour that does not even allow photos in its most impressive room where the crown is held. You only get to see very few rooms. Maybe if they took you to a lookout view or similar it would enhance the value of the tour. I’m glad I did the tour and saw a tiny section of one of the most impressive buildings in the world but also feel foreigners should protest by not buying tickets until a fair and equitable price is offered to all. My wife adamantly tells me the tour was not worth the high non-eu price for our family and better to allocate your money elsewhere.

Stopped by early afternoon, but the ticket for the day sold out. May need to book your tickets ahead of your visit if you wanted to see inside

It is a very very beautiful building, I hadn't the opportunity to trek past the front gates given the fact that I was lodged on a ferry boat careening through the Danube river, but holy cow was that a sight to see. I hope to go inside one day

I was lucky, I managed to buy the last ticket at the ticket office, for a 45-minute guided tour, most of the tours were already booked, so I think that if you plan to stay in Budapest only 2-3 days, definitely book your tickets in advance! A great guided tour of this symbolic building of this city!

On of the best landmarks, must see and visit.

It’s typically overbooked, but we were lucky and could enter without booking previously. The tour is about 45 minutes long with three main locations to show. You can’t make photos of the holy crown, but you are free to take pictures anywhere else. It is a beautiful building, among the most stunning parliaments in the world. The tour doesn’t show much, but it’s highly recommended.

Parliament tour is great - we had a live commentary in English which was interesting and entertaining, with a great guide. Tour lasted just over 45 minutes. We booked in advance online, and all tours were sold out as per the sign in the visitors centre, so advisable to book in advance.

One of the best tours I have ever attended. The guide was amazing, explanatory and really funny. The building is stunning in the inside as well as in the outside. One of the best experiences in Budapest. Just keep in mind that you will have to get your tickets printed in advance or visit the tickets office half an hour before the tour (They will print the tickets, free of charge).
