One of the best fresh pasta places in Budapest! And it’s also very cheap. You can also order half portions which is nice if you’re not a big eater.

This place does not take reservations so prepare accordingly! We were only second in line but food still takes quite some time to make since it’s fresh. Totally worth the wait! My sister had the sausage and peppers and I had the pesto with walnuts and it was hands down some of the best pasta both of us have ever had. We were so glad to find this passageway and this place in particular. We almost went back a second night but too many other food options to repeat a place!

We nearly missed this place but managed to go just before our flight. The food here is outstanding, truly some of the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. You get to choose your own fresh pasta from the display and then your own choice of sauce. You cant go wrong with any selection since the pasta is so tasty. The restaurant itself is very cosy, and has such a nice homely feel whilst being somewhat romantic.

The portions are quite big and the prices range from 2500 HUF to 3500. My girlfriend loved her tomato basil pasta (she loves every pasta tho), however I didn't really find carbonara that tasteful, there were too big pieces of bacon and I would prefer more sauce - they were kinda dry. Overall it's a nice place to visit if you like pasta.

The staff is Italian, do I assume they make the authentic Italian things. They offer mainly pasta: first you select the sauce, then the kind of pasta. They can help you which one fits with the sauce. There are some kind of desserts as well. I have never seen babà before in Hungary - but I also have to tell that it's quite expensive. In Naples it's for the half price. You might be better to take away, because they have limited number of tables. Great place!

This was our favourite meal in Budapest! You’re able to choose your own pasta and sauce which was so cool. We took the recommendations of our server and they didn’t disappoint. You place your order at the counter by choosing your pasta and sauce combination. You seat yourself and the pasta is brought to your table. There are no vegetables or sides offered. Bottled drinks and wine was available. Food was prepared quickly. The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly.
