Tea was brought in a dirty cup with traces of someone else's lipstick and traces of tea inside. After asking, they changed it. The burgers we ordered had small bones. The service charge is included in the bill, although I would not pay for such service. The waiters are incredibly polite and knows english very well which is a rarity in Budapest. Prices a bit on the high side for Budapest but nothing awful. Beware of the 12% non-optional tip that gets added on top of the reciept. There are also decent museum exhibitions throughout the restaurant and upper floors where gigs are often held. At the very entrance you will also find a nice gift shop with very high quality merchandise. 10/10.

We went on a Saturday early evening and it was quite quiet when we went in. Staff are very friendly and polite, speak great English. You enter via the shop and at the desk you can ask about the restaurant or if you just want to visit the bar. Someone will then take you downstairs. Once there, the toilets are another floor down and are kept clean. The lighting is quite dim so its not a bright setting. There's lots of memoribilia, photos, paintings, and items relating to musicians around the place and on the walls, which staff said you're free to take photos of. We ordered two burgers, if you're vegetarian just bear in mind there isn't much choice. The food is nice, the burger was nicer than the fries. It's a bit pricier than your standard burger restaurant, but it is nice to visit even just to see the famous pictures on the wall. Upstairs in the shop you can buy some Hard Rock Café items, such as hats, t shirts, and drinking glasses.

Unfortunately the BBQ ribs were dry and the shrimps were kinda small. We had the exact same food a couple weeks earlier in Cyprus and it was a lot better. The welcoming staff was a bit distracted and didn't really want us to help find an empty table. At least our waiter (Feri) was super kind and attentive.

The Hard Rock Cafe is a lovely but dying brand and it seems that Management does not do much to revive this iconic establishment. Food is now pretty average and the decoration is pretty dated. Service is ok and atmosphere not too impressive anymore. The place requires major overhaul otherwise I dont see it remaining afloat for too long. Price around 30-35 Euro per person.

Both portions were great in size and were absolutely delicious. The ribs just fell off the bone and were to die for. I'm told that they fajitas were 'on point' so that's that! We also got a dessert to share. The chocolate brownie with ice cream and topped with with whipped cream. Was sensational. Also got my hands on a cocktail glass to keep. This a fantastic restaurant and well worth a trip. You certainly will enjoy it!

The staff is helpful, friendly and very relaxed, even if the place is loaded with guests. The food is excellent , the baby back ribs are world class ;) The portions are huge and you never have to wait long for your order. One of the best choices in Vaci street , especially for young people;)

It wasn't Hard Rock. It was hard to rock. Today it was not a typical Hard Rock , No music outside, no vibes either. One of the staff member was somewhat lukewarm with their response(the others were nice). My main problem was the patty was burnt!

Hard Rock without Local Legendary( So I should order just Legendary burger. Everything else was nice and personal is super friendly, as usual. But restroom could be cleaner and with soap in dispansers.

If you want to chill a bit in the morning or get an afternoon drink in a cool ambient this is the place to go. Stuff is the best. Really polite, ready to help and explain anything you ask. There is a "museum" as well with a bunch of stuff from famous stars. Epic place. You should visit for sure!

The Hard Rock is the Hard Rock🤘same as it is every country so if you like the Hard Rock where you like it here. The most shocking thing is that the prices for alcohol are actually very reasonable and less than other tourist places close by. We were taken to sit downstairs, where the bar is also located and we walked through beautiful rock stars records, guitars, and clothing from the all cool musicians and groups. We ordered burgers and for my taste it was so yummy. Prices are high, maybe that is expected for the place of this kind. Service was nice and fast.

HOWEVER - if you have a stroller or you are handicapped with a wheel chair - know this : in order to get into the restaurant you must climb the stairs, they have no elevator in the main entrance, thus force you to walk on a side entrance where all the vendors and workers go, enter some cargo lift, walk narrow corridors and come from the back... doesn't feel good to start like that.

Many years ago I used to always visit the Hard Rock Cafes I would pass in various big cities around the world. For many years I have not been to one so when in Budapest recently I got curious to see what it was like but man did I get disappointed... bad quality food, slooow and indifferent service outdated only the music props were still cool. I guess I can wait many years before going to a Hard Rock Cafe again, if this is the standard nowadays...

Just been here and had an incredible meal! The service was a 10/10. We were served by Dominik who was very attentive, polite and thoughtful. He bought me some Tabasco without asking when I said I liked my food spicy! Would definitely visit again!

They lost theyr food qualitie. We was trying today 2 burgers from Messi. He should better play football and not try to creat burgers. Worsest burgers in last 5 years , I think. Super dry. Delicious burgers, especially legendary steak burger. Popular place for a dinner, a lot of visitors. We waited around 10 minutes in line in the evening. During our dinner rock band played and it was quite atmospheric. Well, the same atmosphere goes for every Hard Rock Cafe and that's what I like here the most. We had a great first night In Budapest, thank you Bence our host, our service was spot on. Had a really nice burger and now have a nice hard rock T-shirt as a souvenir from Budapest.

My sandwich was delicious and the whole dinner was amazing, but I want to thank Geri for his special service. Right at the corner of the fashion street. They have this raspberry flavored beer as local apart from the local lager (Dreher). My server was still under training but did a great job. HR needs to work on unique Magnets for these places.

Very nice dinner with a very special surprise for our birthday boy Sky 😬 Been to a lot of Hard Rock Cafes and it just never disappoints. The only shocking thing is the prize but it is well worth your time. The ribs are especially awesome - only the sweet potato fries were not as good as usually being a little cold and limp.

You can always be sure you’ll eat the same quality food at every country. Messi chicken burger was a bit odd, not very balanced with sauces and fresh salads. Cookies and Cream shake was 10/10. The Staff was amazing, very kind, very fast and very smiley and positive.

I love the Hard Rock Cafe so much. The food is always great and the service very nice as well. They always try to get you a table as soon as possible, even without a reservation. Our waitress today, Dory, was very nice and amazing as well :) always worth a visit!
