Two
years
ago,
i
was
new
in
Budapest
and
this
was
the
first
restaurant
I
visited
for
a
take
out
during
the
pandemic,
but
was
extremely
offended
by
the
waiter's
impolite
attitude
and
how
he
pressured
me
and
a
colleague
to
tip
him
(by
asking
aloud,
'are
you
gonna
tip
me
and
how
much')
despite
we
were
taking
away
the
food
and
this
guy
didn't
do
anything.
The
worst
part
of
that
experience,
he
only
did
this
cheeky
act
to
us
foreigners,
and
not
to
the
local
customers
behind
us.
Since
then,
I
have
never
walked
into
this
restaurant
until
recently,
because
for
a
colleague's
farewell
lunch,
and
she
likes
their
veggie
spring
roll.
Luckily,
this
time,
the
cheating
waiter
wasn't
there,
and
the
server
who
hosted
us
was
quite
nice,
friendly,
and
I
ended
up
tipping
him
extra
despite
the
service
charges.
I
have
no
issues
paying
extra
for
good
service,
so
long
as
the
customers
gains
what
they
pay
for,
but
it's
not
that
straight
forward
in
most
Budapest
restaurants.
The
food
was
ok
for
me,
but
nothing
much
to
go
Wow
about.
Yet,
it
seems
the
locals
like
this
restaurant.
I
have
high
standards
for
Asian
food
due
to
my
background,
cooking
hobbies,
and
being
a
foodie
too.
Hence,
i
can't
recommend
it
or
otherwise.
