The hotel staff were all very friendly and hospitable. The location of the the hotel was right next to the train/metro station. Tram and bus stations were also nearby, so getting to the inner city on the other side was no problem. (10 min) Unfortunately the bridge is being renewed so walking to the city took longer than usual. There were many sights nearby. (Buda castle, fisherman's bastion, buda tower, castle garden and many more) The breakfast was okay. I would've wished more options maybe or a variety on different days. The room service food was okay. All in all I was very satisfied with the hotel and the service.

I stayed for a week and had a really good time because the hotel is easily accessible to major train stations tram stop metro terminal and bus stops. There are Michelin star restaurants nearby and the food at the restaurant of the hotel at groud floor is also very good, I ate a meal there everyday. The staff is very friendly and you will always be greeted with a smile. I would recommend to stay at this hotel because they offer the best value for the price.

Very good location, 2 steps from the subway and tram stop, In a few minutes you are in the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. We were handed an envelope with useful information and maps of the city. Very clean rooms. Elegant design in minimalist style ,the theme being the bridges in Budapest. Welcome drinks have been delicious, the bar is special. An instrumentalist plays ambient music . Great atmosphere! Try the chardonay! And the limonade is the best in town ! Too bad we didn't have enough time to try the restaurant ,which was very promising and with good prices ( maybe next time !) ,we must do the cruise on the Danube, which is superbe, better than the Parisian one . The hotel also has external parking and an underground one with super spacious parking spaces, both for a fee. In the room, personalized welcome note written by hand and delicious chocolate candies. Water , teabags, nesscafe , electric kettle in the room, minibar too.

It was my first ever stay at a hotel, I was escaping from the war in Ukraine. I heard that Hungary is a very pro-Russian country and I expected a cold reception, but was surprised in a good way. The service was the best, most helpful and caring, polite and friendly. All the small problems that I had were resolved quickly and in a professional manner. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Food was very tasty and never upset my stomach which is usually quite picky. Overall I am grateful for everything I had there.

I had to deal with Teodor at the reception, his customer service skills are appalling. He approached me with a very arrogant and threatening way raising his voice after I just asked for a simple information. People like him should not be working in a hotel and dealing with customers. For the service and for this experience I give 1 star, and that is well too much believe me.

Quite comfort room, excelent bed, staff's behaviour acceptable and there was a lack of variety in the breakfast and the most important, 3 days without vacuum in the room, with the same bed sheets. Things that are not acceptable for a 4⭐ hotel.

The hotel is hidden away. Transport needed to get to it. I love walking so it was fine for me. Greater well at reception all services explained. Room really well laid out and roomy inside. First night here will update as stay progresses.

Have stayed in this hotel several times, rooms very nice, service very professional, breakfast (self service buffet) very diverse and offers many choices, better I would say than some 4-5* hotels in Budapest. So very good bargain and certainly first choice in this star-pricerange if you want to be near to Center of Buda and near the train station (easy in/out). House full of bus tourists from all continents, an added attraction.

Five minute walk to Metro station and tram stop. Ten minute walk to Buda Castle through a pleasant park and neighborhood. Good restaurant and bar on site, and just 5 minute walk to wonderful Vagon restaurant with traditional Hungarian fare in restored train car. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

I couldn’t sleep well!! At the morning time especially… several times someone’s knocking and open my room’s door!! Which is not acceptable! A had a severe headache from that moment! I’ll not repeat this experience again! You can check camera room 831

What a very modern and very Art Decor hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was great and the blackout curtains were a great touch. Would definitely stay here again and it's only about 20 min walk down through the tunnel to the chain Bridge then over into town. Transport system is really good also

It was not possible to setup the desired temperature in the room. Simply was too hot. I had to keep the window open all the time. Railway station is in the neighborhood so with open window it was quite loud in the room. The second topic is breakfast, you have to take care of a bigger set of food available for guests. The third is Reception desk(s). it was not a good idea to create separate desks. it looks like temporary solution. many times there was only one person there which caused a queue of waiting guests.

Good cause hotel. Rooms are clean and ok. The bathroom is a bit small for my taste, and for bigger people. Food is great. Atmosphere in the lobby is supper. Guitar is a great plus.

The hotel was descent. Breakfast area was hectic with long queues at the coffee machine, which was not fully functional when eventually you got access at. Very limited choice of food and even lesser sweets.

I was refused to have a dinner in your restaurant because it seems there was going to be a group. But I was not told this in a kindly way. I never understood why I was not able to get my written bill when I was leaving your hotel. I was told that I would receive it by email. But until now I did not receive it. My reservaition was made mistakenly for 2 rooms. I never understood if it was corrected. because I had only 1 room # 730 for two nights. I wanted to check if this error was corrected if I had a chance to receive my bill.

Fantastic welcoming from the desk! They provide a real concierge service, especially Tomas Kallor who gave us superb recommendations during out stay. Nice location for visiting the Castle.

Nice and cozy place for a pleasant stay. The staff at this property are all great! Members of the reception are super kind and helpful, they make all guests feel welcome. Rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. We also had breakfast every day, which was rich and delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in Budapest!

It was a great hotel. The were nice, even gave us breakfast to go the last day. Breakfasts very lavish. On the Buda side but we were able to walk to Pest--a couple kilometers. Highly recommend.

I stayed in this hotel last week. This hotel is nearby the main attractions. Only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also train station is 3 minutes walk distance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I also tried the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Food was good and staff also friendly.

Hello, I'm Çağan, I stayed at the hotel about 2-3 months (17-18 June) ago. However, I would like to point out that there was a problem in the rooms. Because after leaving the hotel, they charged us for the juice, cola, etc. that we bought. It was written free, but unfortunately they charged us even though it wrote free. Also, regarding the pollution issue, when the rooms are empty for a long time, they need to be cleaned from time to time. In order not to experience such dissatisfaction, I say it not only for myself but also because I think about other customers. In fact, it was so dusty that I sneezed all night and couldn't sleep. My friends thought I was sick. That's why I took a star off from you. Also I would like to take another star off that as I said once when we wanted to ventilate the room, when we opened the window, there were spider webs. The room really needs to be cleaned from time to time. but we regretted when we opened it, we kept the air conditioner on for half an hour or even an hour, but it didn't give us a chill. The location was good, but it was a bit far from the center, we had to walk to the markets we knew for about 7-8 minutes in order not to shop from the markets we did not know. I have written this comment for you to increase your quality. Good luck to all of you. With love ❤Budapest. I would also like to mention that the view from the rooms was very beautiful.

Very good hotel, just outside the city center. The metro station M2 is 5 minutes by walk. Rooms are confortable and clean, you can find everything you need, even to prepare a coffee or a tea. Good for family and to stay for holiday and visit the city. You can also ask for a shuttle to go to the airport. Breakfast not included.

Beautiful hotel, room excellent, most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were great, but sadly the set evening meal for coach tours were very under par.

In general hotel is Ok ! Located next to Deli station so very easy commuting to the city centre or elsewhere.Breakfast is Ok and there are also few good restaurants around.Walking to the city centre is easy but takes a bit longer because Chain bridge is undergoing reconstruction so the one has to walk towards Elisabeth Bridge ….. there’s also a garage so parking isn’t a problem.

So. We checked in on Saturday 04/16/2022. The room itself is not bad, but there are no slippers, no bathrobes, shower gel and shampoo were given 1 each. although the room is for 2, there is no water, the room is so hot that it is not possible to sleep. The air conditioner doesn't work. After cleaning. There is no housekeeping at all. I was looking for cleaners to ask them for shower gel, clean towels. Since it is not clear how they cleaned us, all they did was make the bed and that was not even. On this cleaning in their opinion was over. Breakfast - croissants are hard, not fresh. The omelet doesn't look appetizing at all. Honestly, I'm just disappointed.

When I was young and homeless I ended up sleeping in this hotel.. not as a guest.. but wondered around and found a place to sleep in the business center might been on the 8th floor can't recall. I was woken up by the security guard, questioning me about what is my room number.. I told him I have no room I am just homeless, I wasn't dress badly I was not smelly, I was wearing a suit, It was a bad year for me that time, so he escorted me downstairs and called the police on me, they accused me of breaking into locker rooms and stealing items, I was in a temporary hold in a jail for 3 months before they released me since there were no evidence of me committing any crime other then sleeping in one of the open areas which was accessible, I was never charged with anything, the hotel never apologized to me it is over 14 or 15 years but since I am visiting back my home country I remembered this place as I was looking around booking a hotel and the memories came back. I am a successful man now living overseas have a good job, recently got married, have a daughter.. and I am living a good life... just how small the world is that my new wife tried to book a room in this very same hotel where my life took a wrong turn.. its just remarkable. But I won't be visiting this part of town :))) I booked a better place.

The air conditioning simply does not work! First I thought it was my room but the new room they gave me is exactly the same and I’ve since checked two other rooms - all the same! Even the hallway is hot. My family and I are up all night sweating and having cold showers. This needs to be fixed immediately as it is not at all acceptable

Quiet location and great room with a super kingsized bed. Couldn't see your face and use hair dryer at the same time. Very nice breakfast with all you would need. Fruit juice not really fruit juice - more like squash. The staff were excellent from reception, in the bar and restaurant.
