We were upgraded upon check-in, room was super spacious. We did have 1 issue with our room not being made up properly, but that was rectified after we rang reception. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Its about a 10 minute walk from the metro station, 3 minute walk to Tesco, 8 minute walk to Lidl and a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre.

Nice and modern hotel in some 7 minutes taxi drive from the city center. Family suite was pretty large and very well equipped with all you may need- coffee machine, tea kettle, safe, wardrobe, iron. We had complimentary fruits, cakes and bottle of local pinot noir. Breakfast is very good, as in all chains hotels- scrumble, bacon, veggies, pastries, cappuccino. Child was happy about the pancakes machine.

We arrived just into long queue which took us 35min. Rooms are fine. First day breakfast were awesome although cleaning service was bit late since there were many not cleaned tables. But the food was good, plenty to choose from and tasty. Second breakfast were better with cleaning, also rich and tasty. Location of this hotel is relatively good as well - you are not in centre but connections are fine. Overall this place is worth standing.

Nice rooms, everything very clean, nice fitness room, nice staff, location a little off the city center but still okay to get there by tube. What I missed most were vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast and dinner. No plant milk/joghurt etc. and especially for dinner, we had a buffet included and for me as a vegetarian I had no real choice but to eat the sides of the meat dishes. So ended up with potatoes and mixed vegetables. Not even a vegetarian soup or anything. Had some salad that was supposed to be “just salad” but had some Tuna in it. Not nice... Needs to be improved.

Loud room on the 3rd floor (street noises and hotel noises. Summary cleaning of the room(no fill up of soap) but the restaurant is great and well price. Room price is about a 1/3 too high

Park In By Radisson Budapest is a Budget 3 Star Hotel. And here is my experience at their property. Plus Points - Speciaus Garage for Parking - 10 EUR / night and if you book a family room you get free parking. Breakfast spread was good and the staff there was also welcoming. They did upgrade my room as I am a Radisson Rewards Premium Member. Rest no plus points for my stay, we stayed there for two nights. Their is a nearby metro and bus stop from the hotel. However the hotel is almost 30-40 mins away from the city centre by bus. Negative Points - There is not even a single bottle of water given as a complimentary service, which is very rare, even 2-star properties give 1-2 complimentary water bottles in the room. I found this very weird for a Park In By Radisson property. No water bottles at all. Since we were 2 persons staying in the room, we requested for some extra bath towels and extra hand towels, first, the reception staff was not willing to give them, but they still gave the same, however, the housekeeping person, who is slightly old, bald, and doesn't speak English, he behaved very rudely with us as he was the one who delivered us the requested amenities. He was, I believe, very unhappy with the fact that how could we ask for extra towels, even if we have them in the room? He argued with us that we already had the towels in the room. I really really did not like that person's attitude and friendliness/professionalism towards me or any general customer. Kindly please train your staff to at least have basic courtesy etiquette. The bed is comfy, but the blanket is not at all enough for two people. It's very small, it's almost the size of the bed from top view. Not even big in length for taller people more than 178 cms. The blanket was very short. Not every room category has bath robes. So if your room doesn't have bathrobes kept in the closet already, then you cannot have them. They are very choosy to give you extra amenities. For me, Park In Radisson Budapest has no hospitality and welcoming skills for any guest. A small smile is much appreciated, but this is too much to expect from your property.

Great experience, clean and nice rooms and all the staff we were in contact with were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast- they have special corner for GLUTEN FREE bread, cereals and muffins and they are very helpful in case you need information about the food and allergies.

The hotel is on a quiet street, but close to a metro stop, so the centre is a short metro ride away. Parking is available for a fee in the spacious garage below the hotel. The room was nice and clean, we were allowed to bring our dog for a fee. The breakfast was fabulous.

Very pleasant employees, rooms are cosy, clean and all that you need for a good relaxing night. Highly recommend staying with breakfast included. Numerous choices for complete breakfast meal from cereals, oatmeal, eggs, cooked meals, pancakes... Hotel also includes garage parking.

Completely thrilled! Minimalistic design, comfortable hotel and practical approach to all the details inside the room. From shoe shine sponge that saved me ;)) to survivor kit - coffee, tea, cacao powder. Bright room, you have a little fridge too. In the wardrobe your clothes have ventilation because of the hole in the wardrobe that serves to open the wardrobe and ventilate your clothes. Just perfect! Cesar salad 🥗 at the reception is fresh, tasteful, with very affordable price if you are on a run and need to grab something quickly but healthy at the same time. The area is further from the center, metro line was not working to the city center, that was a bit tricky. But you have 2 buses to the city center.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, bathroom is quite old, there is no isolation between rooms, when other irrespectfull guests talks in the aisle they can make you up in the morning! There was no water in the hotel (we wanted to buy water from the recepcion, they told us all waters finished, so we had to buy another beverage), we payed more than 240 usd and , this hotel does not deverse this amount of money!!

Amazing place! The receptionist was very sweet and the room was just awesome. I totally recommend. Even though the location wasnt quite close to the centre, it was good.

I stayed here for 3 nights for business. Very comfortable stay. Pleasant staff and experience at check-in and check-out. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Hotel is a bit far away from city. One can walk to nearby metro station, it takes 8-10 min. Convenient for those who have offices nearby.

We spent new years here. Their beds are nice and soft. You can choose the room lighting which is a feature I've never tried before. In my room there is no shower door which is odd but okay. The sink had a big place to put all your stuff in. I'm a girl so I have a lot of makeup and skincare so the space was much appreciated The food in the hotel was really good. For the new years they had a free photo booth which you can post online to get free drink coupons! I really like that because the choices were beer, wine, and softdrinks. The staff was nice, friendly, and professional. I do recommend staying in this hotel

They say it is a 4 star hotel. No way. Bed is stiff like rock. One small blanket for 2 people. Room never gets warm enough, because the room is on the corner, has a lot of windows, and some of the windows are sealed with duck tape! One can not get extra pillows ore blankets. There is a coffe machine in the room. Uppon arrival we got 2 pods for the coffe machine. The next day we asked for more pods, and they told us they were out. Drinks at the bar are overpriced. They serve them in huge glasses with a lot of ice. Breakfast is ok.

A nice hotel located in the north of Budapest. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The colors give them an interesting look. The hardest problem is a shower cabin. You have to stand close to the wall so as not to flood the rest of the bathroom - the shower has no doors and half is exposed.

The Service was Upsetting. The Lady at the Counter. 31 August 2019 at night time was very rude. They should hire more number of staff and more respectful staff. I have stayed in different Radisson Hotels across the world. This has been the worst experience. I think Radisson should look through their Park inn By Radisson in Budapest and Improve the problem. It is a bad image for the rest of the Radisson’ Hotels. Local hotels provide better respectful services then a International Brand.

Room were too hot during the night and when asked for help from the reception, they told me that the central air conditioning is not yet operated due to the season.

The interior of the hotel and the rooms are fine but I didn't like the fact that cleanliness wasn't priority and breakfast wasn't fresh.

Very good hotel. They serve great breakfast with so many good choices, even for the health conscious like I am! Interestingly, they also serve ramen noodles for breakfast for those that are not self conscious. The room is clean, quiet, has large windows. We were very happy with our stay!

We have stayed 3 night, the rooms were clean, employees were helpfull. Basicly it was standard Radisson quality! Also Rooms Division Manager , Regina made a lovely gesture for us with cookies and fruits which was lovely way to start our vacation!

First of all, as others have said, this hotel is located well outside of the city centre. But, if you book a hotel without first checking where it is, you're a special kind of stupid. The location is perfectly fine if you're visiting local offices, and the old town is a 5 euro taxi away (or 30 minutes on public transport if you're more adventurous than me!). The rooms are nothing special, but they have everything you expect/need. My only real complaint is that the mattress was INCREDIBLY hard, and not very comfortable at all. Breakfast was reasonable, although one morning the Spanish omelette suddenly included chorizo whereas it hadn't on previous mornings, causing an unpleasant surprise for my Muslim partner. The pancake machine was a nice touch, and there was tonnes of fresh fruit and cereals alongside the cooked food.

Too much noise they transform the reception area as a dancefloor in the evening. Impossible to sleep. Receptionist don't know how to manage the situation or to call the on duty manager. Rooms are good and the restaurant is nice. But the purpose of an hotel is to sleep not to party

Next time i will order also the lunch and the dinner. The stuff were amazing too ! So much kind! They let us keep our car in garage after we check out.Thats the way how people should be feel in hotel. Staff very friendly but hotel is falling down. Have to ask for shower gel, hall have been drawed by kids in the room and if you arrive with kids it’s not the best feeling for your check out. Strange smell in the room, room cleaning at the minimum. Food is very good, bravo to the chef!!!
