Stayed in studio apartment for 25Days Spacious, had a balcony, washing machine, cooking heater, all basic utensils etc. Well maintained, neat & well cooperative staff. Compared to other hotel breakfast space & options are very small , May be very few people choose to breakfast. otherwise Overall I had a good experience.

This Hotel has lots of great qualities. For someone who has never been to Budapest the location is perfect. It’s near all the places you want to see and near all the good places to eat and drink. The rooms are affordable, very large, two gyms, and spa. Cafe New York is part of the hotels and you have to go at least once for its beautiful! The things I thought could have been better… the room had an odd smell which I later realized might have been smoking in the room for many years and stuck in the walls. There is in room laundry which for some might have been great, but I heard the spin cycle going all night (uff). The breakfast was lackluster

We had a very nice stay here in the middle of May. What made this stay more special was the way the staff helped us with an issue. Our original room had an air conditioning issue and we knew that it was not going to work. The girl at the desk had us in a new upgraded room within minutes. The whole staff mede this a memorable stay. By the way, they have a hidden gem of a spa. We had the place almost to ourselves. Nice perk that you should use. The location is near all public transportation.

Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Europe. Room was very big and spacious with good amenities such as washing machine (and 1 laundry pod included in the room) I understand the front desk tried their best to give a room at short notice as I arrived a little bit earlier. However the bathtub was not at its cleanest. Additionally, staff opened the doors and let themselves in to change a table and deliver a letter in two separate occasions. Maybe this could be done at another time? Otherwise, stay was very good.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and really enjoy our stay. Jonathan welcomed us on our check in, and was great and really helpful. Gave us all the information needed, and asked for our experience every day when he saw us. Other representatives were also great, answering our questions, giving us umbrella when needed, and approving us an extension to check out comfortably. Hotel has great location, lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas and the background music was lovely. Things to improve for us would be the water pressure in bathtub which was quite weak (but usable), and the tv channels which weren't so diverse. Thank you NH Collection.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were large with a washer. However, the rooms were not cleaned well at all and were showing signs of a lot wear. The lamp shades were broken, the mirror cracked and held with what seemed to be duct tape; mold in the shower corners and grout. There was dust on the remote in our first room, and light switches and cabinet doors weren’t clean. Kitchen sink drain was not clean, either. Also, small breakfast, I would advise to skip the additional fee for breakfast and just go to one of the many nearby restaurants or order Wolt breakfast delivery. I would absolutely not consider this hotel to be a 4star, and would have given it 2stars. But, the staff were friendly, and changed us into a larger room(still not that clean-but didn’t want to have to move again), so I added an extra star.

Had a wonderfull month here. Attila from the breakfest restaurant in the NH hotel was a great guy and treated us perfectly. Very recomended.

We came from Canada to see the Rammstein concert at Puskas arena. I literally called down to ask reception if they gave us the right room because it was so immaculate, spacious, clean, with complementary drinks in the fridge. Beautiful comfy beds and great staff. We felt like kings and queens there. It’s directly in the action of Budapest and suggest it to anyone travelling! 10/10

This hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The New York cafe is beautiful and the food is great. The breakfast was exceptional and I recommend their American pancakes.

Central hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Staff is pleasant and always ready to assist. On a rainy day, they had umbrellas for everyone, and this is not a metaphor.

Great hotel directly connected with the New York cafe. Why paying the extra of the other one. When you can have your double bed appartment here for a better price! Overall we were really happy by the location and facilities of the place. Staff was helpful and the hotel was really clean.

Amazing hotel, especially for the families with kids, you will have all you need for your comfortable stay, you will be able to cook in the apartment as well. Great and very kind staff, hotel is always renovating, adding nice decorations on holiday seasons. Great location, you can place for families or people for a long business trips.

Perfect place with big and comfortable rooms. We feel very fine here and we slept very well on those fantastic bads. Also access to New York Cafe was perfect bonus. ❤

The hotel is right in the center, the room was like an appartment and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The staff were really nice and helped in any way they could. Breakfast was poor and i wouldnt pay for it if i come again.

The hotel was great! We are definitely coming back. The breakfast was really really good (best scrambled eggs ever). Zoltán was extremely nice and took care of every detail, he made sure everything was perfect for us. The reception staff was good but some should try to be more caring, one lady told us to book our shuttle to the airport ourselves (even though at the agency they told us that the hotel had to do it). Overall excellent hotel, great location and great room.

Room was good. Staff was helpful. Only 1 pet peeve: The bathroom is poorly designed, there is only half glass enclosing the shower area. When showering water ends up in the floor and pools the whole bathroom (no drain outside the shower area). This is extremely dangerous. As you have to climb out of the bath tub you have to cling for life and make sure you dont slip and break an arm

The hotel is really nice. It has a great location and great public transport connections. It is also very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They really try to make every wish come true. Especially Zoltan and Erika from the breakfast service are very friendly and attentive. They fulfil all requests and are very attentive regarding the completeness of the buffet or the service of the table. I felt very comfortable. It is a very nice hotel with great staff. Thank you :) I would recommend it to everyone.

I got the best brake fast experience in in this hotel, I loved the service the nicest people out there. However, I insist on zoltàn... very nice person, very helpful and always tries his best moreover after all the hardworke you will see him smiling and doing things as fast and fantastic way. He actually deserves all the best and to the others. That's why I loves the restaurant service in here.

Just check the photos… the receptionists are gentle, kind and very patient. The first room that we got was super dirty and stinky… the second room that we got was better but wasn’t professinal for that much money. E.g. We have to clean it the bathtub. It eas annoying after 1.3 thousend km… and the price was high as well….

I love how famous is it however the best thing that I got in this hotel in my one month and a half experience moreover I got friend with one of the workers over there his name is Attila, he is a very nice person very respectful man and after all this hard work you will see him smiling he deserves all the best

The best breakfast experience I got in all the hotels I been in, the food was amazing and very one was very helpful nice and hardworking I got a friend with one of the workers called Judit she was fantastic in doing her job as good as possible I got the best service from her.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Large room incl a living room and separate bedroom and kitchenette. The bathroom has a tub. Service at the reception was outstanding, Jozsef exceptionally friendly and professional Will come here on my next stay and highly recommended for other travelers. The location is only about 8 walking minutes from Keleti and right next to a subway station

Hotel was very welcoming, the rooms were wry large (for the XL one bedroom apartment). I would say the sofas weren’t the most comfortable and tv didn’t have a lot of options. Joseph from the concierge was excellent! Booked everything we needed for our trip when we requested. We enjoyed the option of walking from NH to Anantara and New York cafe (sister hotel) which helped us skip a huge line! Honestly it’s a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again. We didn’t try the breakfast but we tried the room service and food was clean and tasty

Nice and tidy, well organized and functional, I had the privilege to be on a business trip and use on of the best "rooms" available which was a massive duplex big enough for a family of four including everything one needs for a year long stay of needed of which I did stay 18 nights in December, a "Hot" month to say the least. I bumped into some issues with the room that were all solved in a flash by management and rewarded with various bonuses that I will not advertise for privacy reasons, I will, however, advertise the outstanding services of the staff which at the lead includes breakfast All-Star waiter Attila, always willing to go the extra mile with a kind smile to satisfy his guests, giving out a feeling I had made a new friend, followed by his colleagues, Judit and Zoltán. An over the top mention goes to receptionists Lívia, and Emese if I remember correctly, since I must admit I can be quite demanding and confused at times and they managed me with grace and great manners. All that to say that the staff manager, which I did not have the pleasure to meet, is definitely doing his job properly, because he really cares about his job, just like Attila and his colleagues. Respect!

Very Nice hotel with amarzing rooms ! The room service is very considerate and efficient thanks to the helpful staff. Besides you can go directly to the famous New York Cafe without waiting in line.

The hotel itself was nice, but the room was not that clean and it was damaged in many places. The shower must have been designed by somebody who never used a shower before... baffling.

Very nice apartments and the breakfast is a small buffet with all the necessities, not fancy, but tasty. The placement is perfect with busses, trams and metro within 2min walk, and local shopping also close by. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel based on the recommendation of a friend .it was nothing short of amazing! We were upgraded to a suite apartment and that made the stay even more special. This is a highly recommended hotel and it will not disappoint!

I stayed here for 4 nights, and I only had 2 good nights. I had to switch rooms because the dishwasher was constantly beeping. I was put in a room where the airco was turned off. So i complained about it for 2 nights before they finally switched it on. The gym has old broken equipment and rusty weights, no mats or any other gym accessories. Funny that the airco is on here but not in my room. Breakfast is ok, but also not that special. I expected a lot from this hotel, but it didn't really meet my expectations during this visit.

Central location, next to the Metro station, bars/clubs are 12 minutes walk. Rooms are nice and big. Stayed there for 5 days, overall experience is 8 of 10!

I stayed at the NH Collection for 4 days in Budapest for a holiday the location is great near the metro connected to the New York Palace which gives you entry to the New York Cafe without having to go in line. The Breakfast was great and the staff were amazing and helpful. I will go back again

Its impossible to live in the street of the hotel. This hotel is organising trucks’ unloading by midnight or 1am in a narrow street so that people living in Osvat street are deprived from sleep both on weekdays and weekends. Note many rooms are facing Osvat street. No heads up are given about truck unloading… This hotel shows 0 respect for its micro environment. Consider what attitude you support by spending any nights there…. Shameful it can happen

Just landed Budapest for first time with family , had great stay and its well located at the heart of the capital. It's just beside renowned cafe.

NH hotel Budapest is really good located, you can go easyly by walking where are you want. The employees are smiling, but Mr Constantin is my best, he work too much to feel you in your home. The hotel is clean and Breakfast is so rich. I recommend everybody.

My wife and I have been regular guests for many years, because the hotel is perfectly located to explore the Jewish quarter with its countless bars and restaurants in the evening on foot, but also by bus you can be in the absolute center of vaci utca in just 3 stops. The apartments are also superior to most hotel rooms in terms of their size and equipment. Likewise, you should not miss the breakfast in the New York cafe. It has its price but you will be hard pressed to find a nicer breakfast room anywhere in the world. The selection, presentation, variety and quality are of course top class. However, the warmth and hospitality of the staff should also be emphasised. Starting with the particularly friendly and warm-hearted reception by Mr. Robert, this continues in all areas. All extra wishes are immediately implemented, saved for the next visit and then fulfilled upon arrival. In any case, we always enjoy coming back with great pleasure.

This was my second stay and have now had nearly 4 months of nights staying here. It really became my home away from home - from the small touches in the room to make my stay more comfortable to the friendly staff. Being able to use amenities at the NH and Anantara also made the stay special.

Perfect location, friendly staff and all you need. I only stayed for a short time, but the rooms are equipped for longer staying guests, which made my stay very relaxed. Breakfast is a small selection, but good quality and tasty food and drinks. The employees were very friendly and helpful at all times. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Location is ok, not very far from attractions but still need taxi to go anywhere. Rooms ok, we took 2 room apartment but found only two small bottles of water. When we asked for additional bottles next day, they asked for so high charges (over 10 euro for half ltr bottle). Otherwise it ok, nice clean property. We had to pay very high prices because of Formula one weekend.

This hotel outwardly appears very put together and modern, but was unfortunately experiencing some severe infrastructure issues during my stay. I moved rooms because of an all day water shutoff only to find in my new room, the water was not flowing for an entire night and day either. The staff tried to make the situation right, but I’d really suggest before staying here to let them figure out what are clearly some underlying basic issues with functionality.
