perfect hotel in terms of location, very clean rooms and bathroom. it also offers a fitness room. I give four stars to the service for the coffee machine in the room with two welcome pods, a very nice idea, the breakfast however was mediocre, from a 4-star I would have expected more. maybe a more varied sweet corner (croissants, cakes or brioches) instead there were only spreadable creams and yoghurt.

One of the best places to stay in Budapest. Prime location, next to the Elisabeth bridge, easily accessible from the most scenic places in the city. The staff is very supportive and always available for the service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite good. Location is great, right in the center and close to the riverside. Staff is friendly, the rooms are good. I appreciate the coffee machine in the room, not an instant coffee. Only I wish the fitnesses room was a bit bigger with more space and equipment.

They kicked me and my family out without any warning and without any reason at all ! Not to mention that the reception were extremely rude as well , didn’t give us much time to take our luggage out, the service was mediocre at best, the location is quite annoying to find for it is in a small corner that can be easily missed, the “supervisor” ( who is wearing glass ) was rushing us to leave with no apparent reason at all in an EXTREMELY rude way

We stayed in the Business Suite for a week and unfortunately the room was very far from a 4 star hotel standards. The main issue is how it was cleaned - there were plenty spiders, everything dirty and dusty. From the first look you can’t see it but when you stay there, you realize that there was no proper cleaning of the room for weeks. There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain, we asked to clean it for 3 times, but instead of cleaning, stuff used just an air freshener to hide the smell. No sure if our floor was cleaned during the whole stay. It was very very dusty inside and AC was just spreading it, so after the couple days I started to have an allergy sneezing. Reception staff is very helpful, but they don’t change the experience much, when the room was very dirty.

Nice hotel good restaurant, my home for 7 nights in downtown Budapest. On the Pest side of the Danube River. Small showers but, was nice. Get a room above the first floor or the noise from the restaurant will probably keep you up till it ends. Breakfast is great in hotel.

We booked this hotel as part of a British Airways Holiday. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Pest just by Elizabeth Bridge. Excellent location for seeing all the sights. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are lovely with a coffee machine, but we asked for a kettle to make tea with, we Brits love our tea !! The beds are super comfortable, and the TV in the mirror is genius. The buffet breakfast was superb and had loads of fruit pastries, eggs, sausage cereal, etc. Got very busy at times, but staff were on hand to clear tables quickly and replenish food. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for location and comfort. Would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel. The basic rooms are a little small and dark but clean. The suite we stayed in was fantastic. Breakfast is excellent. Location is about as perfect as it gets for the price.

Only the location is good at this hotel. And if you are not with a car, as parking is 6-7 minutes away. No comfort at all in the hotel and in the rooms. Everything old. The hotel won some awards back in 2011 and 2013 and since then it remained untouched.

The hotel is in a very convenient location accessible easily to transport, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Room is clean but may need better prepared - I mean all facilities such as lights and shower drainage should be in order before the next quests move in.

The rooms were dirty (human hair under the pillows) and we didn’t receive the keys because of some Computer malfunction. The staff told us to replace our sheets by ourselves because they don’t have enough manpower. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. When we complained about the hair in on the sheets the manager told us:Those .Israelis always complain

We were in a fake photo shooting for our kid which looked like a scam for ripping off parents. The hotel is located in a great spot, looks fancy, bur they should pay more attention to who and for what to rent their rooms.

Goulash and cappuccino were served quickly. The coffee is delicious and strong. It's a pity, the pizza was waited for 35 minutes. This is the only negative.

Rooms were decent, breakfast was too. Definitely got a fork that the dishwasher skipped. Darn. Location was great though and the staff was lovely.

Great hotel , very central ,near the shops street.

Hotel is clean and nice. We had room orientated to street, I can't recommend this room for family with children because we heard the noise from the street. In our room (207)fridge cooling very weak. Breakfast I can review as standard Hotel breakfast as you can have everywhere. Left to the Hotel you can find Millenium parking. I can recommend this parking only as short term parking because price is 2 Eur per Hour, calculated is every started hour. For long term parking you can use Varasmarty garage, price is maximum 20 eur per Day. You can pay for parking on reception in hotel.

Amazing hotel. Spotless and very quite even. We had little balcony looking over the high street. The dark sun blocking curtains helped us to have nice sleep. The gentleman who check us in on the reception late in the evening helped us to set up extra bed for our daughter. Breakfast was also amazing no words and so many options. Not to mention Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms. They kept our luggage for a bit while we went around the city. Well worth and much better than any other 4 star hotels. Thank you Ellie Zsombor and Zagi UK

The personnel was kind, the room of a decent dimension, but the bed and pillows were highly uncomfortable... I didn't sleep properly for 5 nights. That made me tired for the whole stay and also the week after. Breakfast was abundant and tasty, served from 7 to 10am. Reception was always open, there was a room for the luggages. The location was superbe, just 100m from the ferry platform and in the core of Budapest. And only 10-15walk from the parliament building.

We had to change our booking several times due to covid, and Zsolt Murvai and the team at La Prima could not have been more accommodating and understanding, much appreciated in difficult times. Once we finally made it there we had a fantastic stay, very clean and comfortable room, great breakfast with everything you could wish for, and an excellent central location for sightseeing, perfect!!

Great location with good facilities and staff that are so helpful and friendly. Very welcoming place with good access to local attractions, we went as a couple mainly for the Christmas markets and weren’t disappointed. If you want to be very central it’s perfect. Good choice of Covid testing centres nearby too. The breakfast was a nice touch.

This is the hotel you want to stay in! Near everything!! We spent 4 days without using any transportation. The breakfast is nice and tasty. The rooms are okay but you need to clean the floor more often:)

Very nice hotel. Good service. Be aware that they don’t have king size bed nor blankets. The heat takes some time to work.

great location, next to the Vaci street. the rooms are a bit small but the bed is big. we had to request for towels in the afternoon and we had to wait a long time to get them. the breakfast is nice and sufficient but we only ate there once since we wanted to explore the city food. wifi speeds in the room was around 50mbps. there is a scooter parking spot pretty near the entrance.
