Fantastic location in one of the most famous areas in old Budapest, only a few hundred yards from the River and within easy reach of the Castle Buda. Lots to do in the area and an ideal base to explore historic Budapest. The hotel itself is 4* but it really does its best to outperform a lot of 5* hotels I have stayed in some other cities in Europe. The restaurant offers a fine and varied breakfast, and there is a strong WiFi throughout the hotel, including in the rooms and in the lobby on the ground floor. A lot to like here and for the money, certainly among the best value luxury hotels in Budapest. Rooms are a nice size and well appointed, and the architectural delight that is the original building has been carefully adapted and looks fantastic. The fact they only have the one restaurant should not put you off as there are a number of highly rated restaurants within 200m of the hotel anyway. Highly recommended.

I love this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are just amazing: very modern and spacious. The service is very kind and helpful. They try to do everything to help you and create your staying the best. They also serve delicious breakfast. The localisation is very good, the metro station is very close and the most popular landmarks too.

Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Budapest. Good central location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were charming and very helpful. We stayed in a fifth floor superior room which was full of light but because of the angle of the windows the view was not as good as expected. A room on a lower floor may have been as good.

What I loved: a truly beautiful building and room. Spacious with a lot of storage. Dark- can't see your hand in front of your face dark rooms. Quiet- soundproof rooms. Excellent and friendly service. Location is walkable to subway, busses, etc. Lounge area has free cold water and espresso machine. It was nice to use this area to meet guests and wait between check-out and airport departure. Breakfast included offered variety. What could have been better: pillows and mattress were okay but could have been firmer. I have a bad back and I was fine on the mattress but other hotels on Europe had much firmer mattresses. Air conditioning was poor. Cranked it as low as I could and still couldn't cool down. Water pressure in the shower was light but adequate. Laundry prices were prohibitively expensive. Breakfast options were somewhat vast but strange . More fresh fruit would be nice. Overall- a very nice hotel and one that I would highly recommend.

We just recently stayed in Budapest at Hotel Moments! It was a fantastic hotel. It was in the best location; close to everything. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was great, the gym had everything we needed and the staff was wonderful. We had an extra special experience working with Mr. Botond Siko, the front desk manager. He answered all of our questions prior to our trip, and was always available to us during our stay!! We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Budapest and we would most definitely stay there again in the future!! Thank you for making our trip extra special!

I can’t fault this hotel! Superbly located. Quiet. Great variety at breakfast. The Basilica Suite (room 512), where we spent 10 nights, is like a well equipped, luxury apartment! There’s a large living area with TV, dining table, and kitchen area. The bedroom has another TV and a huge bed. The bathroom leads to a smaller dressing room with wardrobe space. There’s also a separate WC. Electrically operated blackout blinds allow you to control light levels, and the aircon works well. The big balcony doesn’t give you a street view, but does give a fantastic view of St Stephen’s Basilica, less than 200m away, and it’s a great way to enjoy some outdoor space, five floors up. Of course, it’s not by any means the cheapest room in the city, but, I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Well, this came with no surprise to us because the reviews are generally great. Great rooms, spacious, clean, comfi bed, big bed! Very important for me... Breakfast was of superb quality, not a lot to choose from, but everything was tasty. Very nice staff.

Bruh! This hotel is heaven on earth! I am not kidding. So much so that I’m coming back and bringing my entire family. The food in their bistro was stellar and the staff need wings because they’re angels😇. This hotel feels like home away from home. I was at peace there. Budapest in general is such a beautiful and magical country.

My wife and I are retired seniors who have shared 50+ years of wonderful international travel. Last September we enjoyed a lovely 5-day first visit to Budapest including staying at the Hotel Moments which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Our room, the Basilica Suite, was one of the most comfortable, well-thought-out accommodations we ever enjoyed with a large living/dining room, lovely outdoor patio overlooking St. Stephen's Basilica, nicely appointed kitchen, electronically controlled window shades, a very comfortable king-size bed, and a range of smaller, personal touches throughout the suite. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet which was also nicely presented and well managed. The hotel is centrally located within an easy walk of many of the sights and locations of interest to first-time visitors, including many restaurants. We highly recommend the Hotel Moments for its welcoming staff, great location and outstanding accommodations. We feel fortunate to have chosen it. Sincere thanks to the management team and hotel staff. Congratulations for creating a great hotel.

Had the most incredible stay here. What a fantastic hotel and location is ideal close to fashion street close to westend shopping centre close to the pubs and live entertainment street & the Staff are welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying Budapest. The sauna and gym are very clean to blow away the calories or sweat out the alcohol

Best value for money! normally the accommodation is just our base to get out and experience around. But this hotel was definitely one of Budapest highlights for us. Location - perfect near all main attractions, nightlife and restaurants. central but super quiet. Staff- are service and smile oriented 24/7 (extra towel for thermal bath, packing our breakfast for last morning). Room was relatively big, very clean every day, new facilities, pamper shower room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was rich, full of options to meet almost everyone needs (for example we prefer fresh vegetables salad). You have free coffee and tea spots to relax and enjoy. We will definitely come back!

Stayed here for one week while in Budapest. The hotel was lovely and mostly clean (there were some black spots on the bedding). The location was also good and the front desk staff was very helpful. That said there was no true concierge, and the front desk just had a pamphlet of very touristy restaurants to give as suggestions. For a four star hotel I expected restaurants that were also 4 star

Fabulous hotel in a great central location. Five minutes walk away from St Stephen's Basilica. Surrounded by designer shops so perfect for a bit of retail therapy. Just a little surprised that they charge you for water from the mini-bar!

A perfectly appointed hotel extremely well located, we walked to every key site and it was easy to stop back throughout the day if needed. Hotel Moments is such a treasure, right in the heart of Budapest. Inside it's a beautiful, calm oasis with spacious rooms - ours was an entry level superior and was still roomy with plenty of storage and incredibly quiet. Staff were super helpful and friendly before and during our stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge downstairs. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices - cooked breakfast items, continental breakfast choices, cereals, a bakery section and a juice press to make your own juice. There was also still and sparkling bottled water and even Hungarian sparkling wine. Breakfast does get busy the later you go but the staff work very hard to replenish items. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Budapest.

Wonderful. Everything as it was described on booking.com. But by check out nobody mentioned or anywhere was placed a notion, that payment using a credit card in other currency excl. HUF, you will pay additional operational costs of 2% of the whole sum, so it's better to pay using cash or hungarian CC. I think, hotel should be fair and open to the customers. 2% it's a lot! If you summarize it on the 99 rooms and if 1/2 of them during one year would be booked for 100€/day. 49x365x100x0.02 = 35770€...

The hotel located in really nice area of Budapest – on a street of all high end brad shops. It was easy to find a street parking in front of the hotel The room was clean and very stylish and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs, it was very good and gives good variety. We had dinner at Bistro Fine restaurant at downstairs – the food were excellent and it offers good variety of wines.

Wonderful hotel in the centre! Staff are really kind, helpful & aim to ensure satisfaction. Always happy to answer any touristic questions and recommend some best options. The beautiful lobby has a grand piano which can be used by the guests and spreads some lovely sounds all across the place. There are teas/coffee machines available to guests 24/7. The location puts you a mere 3minutes walk from the Cathedral.

A splendid hotel located on one of the best streets in Budapest. The location is super convenient as it is within walking distance to many of the major attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay there again when we return to Budapest.

This hotel is amazing, it is in the designer store area, so very high end in terms of quality. Rooms are very quiet, the whole building is amazing. Staff also great. Tips, the hotel is five minutes walk from st Stephen’s basilica, the food and drinks are inexpensive there compared to the hotel and is 5 minutes walk, also you Experian the evening atmosphere. Cant go wrong booking here.

Beautiful hotel, well placed for all attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and spacious- deluxe double. Breakfast was buffet style but adequate Downsides - breakfast sitting would have like it until at least 10.30. Drinks expensive in the hotel bar when food and drink in super bars and restaurants all over Budapest could be had and substantially cheaper. Would have liked a smart TV in room and kind of expected it from this standard of hotel. All in all would recommend and would go back to this hotel again.

First of all, when just arriving after a full day's travel, the very friendly receptionist accommodated our need to quickly get settled and sleep like grizzlies... Also, the even friendlier catering staff lead - Gabor - provided an extraordinary service satisfying our complicated - vegan - needs. We truly felt at home here, good job!
