With one word... HORROR. Breakfast was horrible. You really don't have a lot of choice. The rooms were ok except the fact it smelled like cigarette smoke and the beds were awful. The toilet was LEAKING and so was the water pipe. The window sometimes hit the lamp while being opened. Staff was unkind and barely spoke English. Another "bonus" was the mold in the hallway. Despite the -No smoking signs- some of the guests were smoking and nobody did anything about it. Do yourself a favour and DON'T GO HERE.

We found several bugs in our room. Bathroom is not clean as it should be in 3 star Hotel. One night we didn't have warm water. Breakfast is bad, really bad: one bun, some kind of cheap salami, slices of cheap cheese, fried sausage, and similar. Luckily, there is lot of fast food stores near by (pizzahut, mc Donald's...). The worst 3 star hotel we've ever been to.

Our room was very clean, decent, and beds where very comfortable. There was warm water and heating in our room. This hotel has good connection to the city center, only 20-30minutes away. On the other hand, breakfast could have been a lot better and WiFi connection could be stronger. Other than that, I have no complaints.

At the first glance, you can see how old this hotels is. The green paint is falling of the outside walls. On the inside, furniture is old and in few places you can see the mold on the walls. Rooms are okey, clean, there is a central heating vent and you always have hot water in the showers. But breakfast was very poor choice wise. All and all - to far from the center of Budapest and we are definitely not going back there.

This was so bad. We went there for the New Year's and the hotel was full. There was no hot (or even lukewarm!) water the whole 31st of December, and there was only one old barely working hair drier in the huge hotel! There was supposed to be a pool there too, but it wasn't open..

It's a cheap hotel, and cheap is what you get. 1 elevator between hundreds of guests, no hot water for 2 of the 3 nights, flat and rough mattress. The toilet seat came off after 1 day and there was a lot of rust in the bathroom. We were really disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed during our stay. The TV wasn't working, breakfast was standard, but the staff were very friendly and there was a huge shopping center right next to the hotel. Also there was a bus station just across the street. It really wasn't so bad.

Broken air con, "hot" water was tepid at best, dirty rooms, holes in sheets . The worst hotel I've stayed in. I was booked in for 2 nights and checked out after the first. On a positive note the staff were very polite and the guy on reception spoke great English.

I staied one night in this hotel because it was booked by Christian Adventure travel company. +The bathroom was ok. -Small rooms. -Cleanliness level: 5 out of 10. -Useless TV. -The bed and the pillows are not conforortable. -No slippers. -Horrible, disgusting breakfast! The stuff is rude and don't understand basic english. There were not enough plates and after I struggled to explain them what I need, they offered some greasy plates. My sugestion: go to the nearby McDonald's where you can eat a decent breakfast in a clean environement.

We've been there few days ago. We had a 1 year old child and we wanted baby bed. There was only an uncomfortable and inconvenient folding couch too big for a little baby. The room was really small - I didn't measure it, but I estimate it 3x4m (I don't count the corridor) and it wasn't cleaned - some woman's long hair was in bed and in the bathroom and some dirt on the floor. Threw our baby carriage, we almost couldn't go to the toillet. Two of three electrical sockets were pulled out of the wall. The beds were fallen in. Wifi wasn't in the price of the room (usually 50 E/night but fortunately we had it at lower cost) and couldn't reach to the 2nd floor. In a room there was a small uncoolling fridge. When I said it to the arrogant reception clerk, he told me, that fridge isn't in a price of the room, so he wouldn't do anything about and that they didn't moved that before our comming, so it rests there. The hotel restaurant doesn't cook for those, who don't have full board. Everything in the hotel looks old and dammaged. Air condition was on full day, but doesn't change anything. And on the side of the hotel with the coolers was bloody big noise. The pool was extra chlorinated. In 5 minutes we had itching and pain in noses and eyes. TV had broken buttons, and the remote controller was extra pay. The breakfasts were sufficient. Only when there came 2 buses of Formule 1 fans, there was more of food, more of foodkinds, it was beautified with sallad and vegetables and the staff refilled it immediately. Only advantage is, that its near of zoo, aquaworld and so (I mean under 10 km). This is NOT *** hotel. ** is good enough for it. I'd never go there again. My student years are gone long ago.

ONLY BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION. Otherwise find a different place, because it is not worth it, no matter how cheap it is. Because it is cheap, very cheap and a terrible, horrible value. Food: The breakfast is okay, but barely even okay. It's the B of buffet since all you will have for breakfast is fried buns and sandwich-bread, some very cheap, old and wrinkly fried sausage, milk and some muesli. Staff: Never in my life have I seen staff so unkind, so unprofessional as in this hotel. The staff in the buffet will take away your tray before you even finished you meal or wait next to your table for you to finish it and snap it away from you, meanwhile saying extremely rude things about you such as "this idiot is f*****g with me" to their coworker and assuming that you don't understand Hungarian and what they are saying about you. The Receptionist: Extremely rude, to the extent that one truly wonders what this person is doing working as a receptionist in a hotel. Uses incredibly impolite language, does not want to help you at all, pretends like she does not know the city she lives in, and does not even want to tell you where the nearest tram/bus stop is. Did I mention mean and unprofessional? Cleanliness: We did not have any problems with our rooms, everything was clean. However, on our last day as the cleaning service came to clean, they did not come into our bathroom, like at every other hotel, no, they handed us a black trash bag and we ourselves had to take out the trash from the bin and hand it to the cleaner girl who patiently waited in front of our door. UNHEARD OF! Final words: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
