I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The apartment was impeccably clean and spacious, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere. The large, comfy bed, cute balcony, and quiet surroundings made it a perfect retreat. The well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, and friendly, helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. Paid parking was convenient, and the excellent, varied breakfast was a highlight. Its proximity to the city center and major attractions, just a 15-20 minute walk away, makes it an ideal choice. I'll definitely be returning!

Nice hotel with good rooms and friendly receptionists. They give a free drink of your choice when checking in. The rooms are clean and they give free sandals and chocolate (other than the soap and vanity set, which comes in most hotels). The bed is comfortable. There is also a small local convenience store nearby. Close to the reception is a Windows and Macintosh computer that any guest can use as well with a kids corner next to it.

Excellent hotel! Can't say anything bad about them. The room was big and clean. The jacuzzi has also amazing views to the rooftops. I can say that the best part was in the details that they have, like the relaxing lounge area with free lemonade or the playstation 4 in the reception!

Close to the train station and metro. The staff was always nice and helpful. Breakfast had a lots of delicious options. Wellness was quite small, saunas were turned off in the morning and cold so that was kinda disappointing. Otherwise it was one of our favorite hotel experiences and we had so much fun - we will definitely come back. Thank you.

We spent a few days in the capital. The amazing and enthusiastic staff made our stay so special, each of them made us feel that our satisfaction is their main focus. Our room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was delicious and abundant! What else could we wish for? :)

Splurge on a VIP suite. Totally worth it! The staff at the front desk and at breakfast service were really friendly. Upon check-in the front desk staff noticed it was my wife's birthday via her passport. The next day at breakfast she was surprised with a complimentary birthday cake! Chilled champagne was waiting in our room when we arrived. Upon checkout we were noted that our airport taxi was included in the price of the VIP room. Also, since we had a super early flight we were given snack bags with breakfast items to take with us to the airport. And this doesn't even mention the room with the great views, large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, and the clean private sauna on the balcony! I highly recommend upgrading to one of the VIP suites!

Loved our stay at this hotel! We had a family room which was really spacious, super clean, with 2 bathrooms. Breakfast is nice, plenty of different food, nice dinig area. The staff were great. We liked the little spa zone on the rooftop. My son also loved the PlayStation zone.

The hotel is nice, good place in the city, clean rooms. But the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from your neighbours unfortunately. Another minus i saw was the service at the reception, some of the receptionists weren't really nice nor helpful. For example in the check in card, there was a stamp of 'welcome drink'. Nobody told us about it, we had to ask what did it mean and if we can get it, which we did in the end but when another couple went to ask for it, the receptionist didn't want to give them anything and was very shady about it.. which is just weird. If you are giving stamps on the cards for guests to have a welcome drink, tell them about it that it's an option or don't put the stamp there if you are then trying to hide it.. Breakfast was very nice, we enjoyed that one. Also the option for parking was great, but it's paid, just fyi.

Spent a few days in this hotel. The room was great (luminous appart hotel with a spacious bathroom and a kitchenette). Breakfast was generous with a lot of choice. Gluten-free option (bread + pastry) available as well when asked. The staff was really friendly and helpful, willing to go beyond for you. Small improvement area : the sauna (regular one) was a little bit difficult to use. But overall the wellness area was great. Would book again.

Rooms were big for a family with a child (we got both baby cot and even baby bath tub which is really cool and not something you get regularly). Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful. Breakfast was also very good. They have their own garage with big parking spots. Really hotel to recommend!

Watch out for ants! I was really looking forward to staying here. Somewhere to retreat to and have a little spa session between excursions and sightseeing. Reviews were great and so we thought we'd splash out on a 4 star hotel for the luxury. Rather than anywhere to rest our heads at night. First impressions. Walking in the hotel was so nice, clean, friendly atmosphere. I loved the smell that you got just walking through the door. First day we wanted to investigate the spa area. It was nice, cosy and most of the time quiet enough to feel like you were the only ones there. That was a bonus. The only letdown we didn't have robes in our room nor were we told where to get any. So, non the less we just went with towls around us. We thought maybe they don't provide robes or slippers. That was until the days to follow, when other customers were in the spa and they all had robes and slippers on. The general vibe was relaxed. The room itself seemed big and spacious. The bed was 2 single beds together. Mind the gap if you like a cuddle! The floors were black tiles in bathroom and a dark brown patterned carpet in the bedroom. Looked reasonably maintained. Kind of reminded me of a premier Inn. We arrived Thursday. Friday I noticed an ant crawling on the white towel i left on the floor as instructed for housekeeping to take away. I didn't think anything of it. It was just one ant. Overnight I felt really itchy in bed. On Saturday when we had just got ready to go out. We found 4 more ants. All in the bedroom. One on the window frame, carpet, chair and suitcase stand. I videoed 3 of them to show reception and complain. The friendly staff member said he would inform the manager. So, we were left there waiting when we were ready to go out. Just for the manager to arrive half an hour later with ant spray! Are you kidding?! The amount of money we paid to stay here. In a supposed 4 star hotel and this was their solution? I can understand as he put it "these things happen" but for one. When he arrived. His reaction was to ask where the ants were. That annoyed me. That's like looking for a needle in a haystack with all the dark floors. I felt like saying "I tell you what I'll just ask where they ran off to shall I?" I showed him the videos but hence they were no longer where we found them. So without further hesitation and without asking permission he goes around spraying the whole room with toxic ant spray. He didn't ask if we were asthmatic either. I took a coughing and sneezing fit straight after, which lasted about half an hour or so. We never got out when we were ment to. I couldn't breathe. He didn't ask if we'd like another room. He didn't offer a discount or any kind of complimentary offering. This put a real dampener on our last night. I wouldn't stay here again after that experience. Reviews said location was good, but for us, it was too far out the way from what we wanted to do. It was a lot of walking or public transport. The staff were nice and helpful. All but the manager who nearly killed me off. And since that Saturday I've had a really nasty sore throat. Probably from all the coughing and choking.

We’ve got a room with view to inside court >> very quiet. Better use their underground parking >> safer and you got the car cooled down in summer time. All personnel was warm. Good breakfast on the terrace. 20 min walk to the Center, makes you independent and still away from noise

My husband and I stayed a week at this hotel. The staff was professional, attentive and courteous. We booked an executive room and it had everything we needed. The hotel is clean, modern and well laid out. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of different selections. Public transportation is nearby either by bus, tram or the metro station. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in June.

My aunt, my mother and I stayed there for 4 nights. 2 connected rooms. Large clean rooms, large dresser with mirror, refrigerator. Really comfortable. The staff was kind to all the questions I had every day :) always with a desire to help and advise. I travel a lot and this is one of the 2 hotels I've traveled to,in the world ,that the gluten-free breakfast was exellent. Not bought white bread, but a fresh country bun and chocolate pastries. I had a lot of fun starting every morning like this. Thank you!!

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. It looks exactly the same from their website. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, it's the first time we slept well in a hotel. Hot buffet breakfast is provided, they changed some dishes every day so you won't get bored. I enjoyed their hot tub and leisure area. Although the sauna didn't seem working properly, and the gym is rather small, anyway it's good value. Locatio is very good, close to bus stops, metro stations, and restaurants.

This is a nice hotel! Really good location. I didn’t get a chance to visit the rooftop but according to my partner, it was lovely! We booked the superior so the room was lovely and large and so was the bathroom. Also I let the hotel know beforehand that it’s my partners 30th birthday and they had some sparkling wine waiting for us in the room when we got there, which is so nice of them. The 2 downfalls which I do think is worth mentioning is that there is no iron in the bedrooms. Instead they have a room on the ground floor with an iron. When we got there, the iron was stolen by I’m assuming another guest so we had a to wait a while for the staff to get the iron. It was so time consuming and actually really inconvenient. This is probably the only reason I would not be coming back to the hotel. The 2nd one is also a little annoying, is that they gave us split mattresses and split duvets. We’d often find ourselves in the split in the middle of the night and the split blankets were just not big enough. It was good for the 3 nights we were there and it was mostly a comfy stay so thank you.

I came here for 5 day stay in Budapest and it was really worth it. I got free upgraded room with a kitchen inside it. The staff that checked us in was really friendly and showing us around on tourist place to go in Budapest. The breakfast has a lot of variety and good options available. I enjoy them so much. The facilities provided in the hotel is beyond I expected. The view from the rooftop is amazing!

Stayed for one night, as a stop-over, and it was great: large room, free extra bed for my child, clean and comfortable. There is an underground private parking, which might be a bit expensive. Breakfast with various options, both cooked (eggs, sausages etc) and cold dishes (cheese, meats etc) + pastry, fruits.

It’s not 4 star hotel at all. They don’t have SPA, as they said. 5 recliner, 1 small whirlpool and 1 sauna, that it’s work you need call to reception, but phone in SPA doesn’t work too. And if you go down and ask to switch it on, you will wait 15 minutes but nobody comes The worst service!!! This is 3 star hotel, but not 4 Don’t stay here and spend your money You can find better hotel in Budapest then this one I cannot understand how they have such good reviews

Nice hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet (coming from someone who's rarely satisfied with hotel breakfasts). The rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Reception staff is ready to assist 24/7, be it for advice, issues, anything. The rooms did have some issues, but housekeeping resolved them as soon as they noticed. The area around the hotel is really noisy, especially until 01:00 at night and then again from 07:00 in the morning. Climate control in the rooms in winter period is horrendous, rooms will uncontrollably heat up to 31°C if you don't open the window. This happened in both of our 2 rooms and staff couldn't assist.

We are blown away with this hotel. The service was without exception, excellent from all the staff. My wife and I have spent our life working in hospitality and this hotel has it right when it comes to customer service. Rooms are modern, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast which was included, was of a very good standard with excellent coffee. Only a short walk (20 mins) from the centre and plenty of good restaurants and bars very close. We'd highly recommend this hotel and it offers excellent value. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The jacuzzi in the hotel was not available, everyday we were promised that by the next day a new one will be installed. Never happened unfortunately. The WiFi in the apartment room was horrible, not available in all spots of the apartment, and needed to reconnect every few minutes. For three straight days we did not receive clean new towels. Every day we needed to ask for new towels in the reception. Great room and nice breakfast. The hotel has a great terrace to hang at.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was bigger than we expected and very well equipped. Everything was clean and the stuff treated us nicely. The jacuzzi with the view and terrace on the roof was also a thing to enjoy during your stay. Thank you

I had a fantastic stay at Bo33. The location was great, only about a 10-minute walk to bars and restaurants in the Jewish District. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful in guiding us through all aspects of our check in/check out, getting to the airport, etc. Our hotel room had a balcony and was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff did a great job with their daily tidying (upon request). My favorite part is the heated bathroom floors, it was a very nice touch.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and tidy, with enough space. The breakfast was a generous buffet and with good coffee. The hotel also has a rooftop where you can relax in the jacuzzi, or using the saunas, or even working out. The staff were friendly and polite and gave us advice on what to see during our stay. Definitely recommend it!

Clean, nice, great breakfast, nice outdoor garden. Sincere thanks to the receptionist, who kindly and smilingly gave us all the information about Budapest, let the car remain parked even after we returned the room in the morning, until the evening. The next time we go to a concert in Budapest again, we will definitely sleep there again. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes away from the metro. A good starting point.

First visit to Budapest and this hotel capture my eyes when I am planning. Stayed for a total of 10 days extending 2 times. We got the apartment and forgotten to visit the sauna and miss it. But hopefully can visit again to visit my kid studying in Budapest. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, apartment is clean and spacious. 👍👍

Beautiful. Clean. High quality! Soundproofing could be better. Doors and guests on the hallway were very audible. But with that single exception everything was excellent. Staff is very pro. It's also very close to everything relevant for tourists.

The hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and the staff were so helpful and cheerful. There is nothing negative anyone could say about this hotel. Will definitely stay again when in Budapest.

Just stayed here on our family trip to Budapest. Excellent hotel, lovely modern rooms. Tasty breakfast. Super helpful staff. They have a free luggage room for your last day if you have a late flight. Room 304-305 is a family suite. You can walk to the centre in about 20 -30 mins. We used the Bolt Taxi application which was really easy and quick (about £6 to the centre of town).

The hotel itself is well located in the city. You can walk by foot to the metro station. In fact, you can easily walk to everything on the Pest-side. The staff at the reception desk is friendly and tries to help you as much as they can. Our room (an executive suite) was spacious and nice. Breakfast was 'so-so', nothing memorable and more like a regular continental breakfast (eggs, breakfast pastries, some fish and sausages (but no vegetarian sausages), cornflakes, ...). However there were some problems during our stay, kitchen tongs were placed on the freshly baked breakfast biscuits, one of our dinner plates (in our room) was dirty, but the most significant one was the cold water in the shower of our room. The morning we mentioned the problem at the reception desk, they told us that it would be solved within an hour. This happened, so we can not complain about our shower in the following days. We asked for a compensation for that specific morning, since you can expect something from a hotel with four stars. The staff told us that they will discuss this with the management and we would receive a message later. Sadly enough, we did not get any feedback during our stay, so we contacted the hotel again afterwards before writing our review. We discussed the problem of the shower, together with the other problems about the poor hygiene at breakfast and the dirty dinner plate. As a compensation the hotel wants to offer us a discount for our next stay. We urged for a monetary compensation since we are not planning to stay in Budapest again in the next 1 - 5 years, but the hotel ignores this request and keeps repeating the offering with the discount. We think it is a bit sad that they act a bit cheap in their after-service, considering the fact it is a hotel with four stars and the price that you pay. We still hope that they are willing to do another form of compensation. We would gladly adjust our review in case the after service gets better.

I simply loved our stay. Everything was very clean and cozy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, different types of food, variety of pastry and bread, fresh fruit and juice. And my favorite for sure was the chocolate fountain with delicious chocolate. During our stay I had my birthday, and received as a gift a cake and sparkling wine, which was a great tasty surprise, so thanks again for that. The staff was very nice and friendly, we wanted to go the the thermal baths and they helped me with the purchase of the tickets. The city center is about 20 min walking distance. In the neighborhood there are places that you can visit as well. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I don't if I ever had been this satisfied with a hotel. They literally did everything to make my stay worthwhile: 1. They arranged the transport from the airport. There was a guy with a sign(with my name) waiting for me. 2. Even though I arrived at 1am they welcomed me with a smile and understanding. 3. They offered to extend my stay because of my time of arrival. They have an amazing breakfast with many choices. Friendly waiters even early in the morning on a sunday. And it was just a one night stay..... I would give 10 stars if i could.

Writing this review with pleasure! This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was near perfect. From the beginning to the very end. The room was very spacious and neat. The bathroom was also neatly arranged. Shout out to this hotel for thinking of us women with our makeup. Those black make-up towels are everything! Other hotels can learn from this! These little things are what counts. And then the ultimate jackpot....NETFLIX on the menu!!! The breakfast was perfect, so many choices and delicious too. The mini gym was also a plus to the great stay we were already having. I recommend this hotel most definitely!!!
