Hello all, If you have no other option in Budapest then book this. It's very comfortable to sleep on dirty mattress, in a sharing room of 10. There is one more room of 8 sharing and we all 18 share one toilet and 2 bathroom. There is no reception for this hostel which is in a haunted place. You may find it hard to find this place. P.S: Bring your own toilet paper, as there is no one to replace or assist.

Nice hotel to stay. Only the concern is Bathroom.. Out 6 or 7 one toilet is available. But, very spaces place. You will get a kitchen for cooking. Very near to the walk able distances.

Nice, budget hostel with a friendly receptionist and nice dorms. Downside is no security in the rooms (no lockers) and there is only one shared bathroom. But it's nice for a short stay on a lean budget

This was a very bad experience! No recommend at all. Dirty bed sheets, bad environment, no security, rude treatment from the staff specially the owners, we ask for clean bed sheets and they refused. We left the hostel and booked another place

Very laid back with a nice area & everything you need, & the black dog is very cute, tho I wish there was actually a black dog.

I’ll give them 2 and half stars, the place is not so so bad, two bathrooms and two large bed rooms, each room can fit about 10 people. Rooms are quite spatial, and reception...ummm very very free just like there are no people in charge. The only one thing that really worth to know is: they don’t change sheets. You can smell sweat on sheets, quilt, bed sheet and pillow case, all dirty and smelly.. kitchen not clean but it’s still ok. Anyway if you can bear the dirt sheets and smell on the sheet then it’s a nice place to stay. The location is very nice!!

Good hostel. No lockers but bed was nice and two showers were decent. Kitchen was small however overall hostel was good value for £7 a night.

Excellent Location next to Oktogon in A building the composer Gustav Mahler stayed in for 3 years

Hostel is on the 3th floor of historical building. In a historical part of the city. Very nice, very quiet, very kind stuff, and absolutely amazing black small dog 🐕. It was my first time in Budapest, but I will come back soon and definitely will stop in this place.

For me, as a student and young person, this place was perfect! Perfect location, really nice people, great vibe. I felt really nice, you can also use washing machine. But it’s older building and it could use some renovation. For this price and location perfect! But there wasnt any black dog :(( 10/10 would recommend!

There was no black dog. Beds/mattresses were horrible and the whole place could use a lot of renovation. It's clean as it can be but feels dirty because it should be renovated. Also I had to sit on the floor in my room because there is no descent place where you can sit while charging your phone. The volunteers who worked here were friendly and helpful

The worst hostel ever. Very negative environment. The hostel's employee, as well as the owner, is steadily nervous. They move you to another room, as well as your things without asking you. Very dirty, the kitchen did not wash for months as well as the toilet. there is only one toilet on 20 people and two shower stalls. if you come at three in the morning after you leave, you are reproached of making noise because you are entering and leaving the room. (You can not believe people have to brush their teeth, they can not go through the closed door. We do not blame the creak as well as the beds.)

Interesting place. Not ideal in terms of amenities and cleanness. Rather suitable for young people. But after all, it was funny and cheerful.

Great location and a nice, old building which is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds aren't bad either. Good value overall.

Really good for much much I paid, the location is amazing, closed to all the places you need to go. There are many shops and restaurants around which is nice.

Charming building amongst a vibrant location. The staff are excellent, accommodating and very friendly. The interiors are fun and creatively stimulating. A beautiful laid-back and pleasant vibe. I'd recommend to book, you will be satisfied!

Awful hostel, the staff could be friendlier, the room is noisy and the bathroom is simply atrocious. However, I payed 6€ for a night so this isn't a complaint, just a heads up so you know where you're getting into.

Price good for the quality. Really good location! The owner was really nice and helpful. I recommend for anyone staying just for the weekend !

Good location hard to find without instructions. Only one toilet and two showers for 18 bunker users. Fast internet. There's a kitchen. Good value as its not too pricey.
