Very big mall for shopping and fast food. Prices are a bit high compared to other places in Budapest.

Wonderful place to visit on the way to the airport! We decided to spend few hours shopping before flying! Just a few minutes from Eastern Station Arena Mall is home to almost 180 fashion stores, shoe stores, accessory shops, great restaurants and coffee shops and the biggest cinema complex in the country. You’ll find popular fashion brands like Zara, H&M Home, Dorko, Massimo Dutti and Musette plus unique brands like Michael Kors, Karl Lagerfeld, Peek&Cloppenburg, Gant and MAC. Have a coffee at Starbucks & grab a bargain of a firm on offer! Enjoy

Probably the biggest shopping mall in Budapest, with many brands and big variety of stores. Food court is good and many places to seat. Easy to come here by public transportation or Bolt taxi.

Arena mall has many different shops, like Swarovski, Zara, Pupa, H&M, Media market, icenter and... Also it has a big foodcort Also it has Tesco with various daily discounts. I really like this mall and even it has Raiffeisen bank inside.

Modern shopping mall. Great if you are visiting by car but connections with public transport are very poor. The railway station is about 10 minutes but you really don't want to walk there with a load of shopping or on a hot or cold day.

The best mall across Budapest. However, still there were some flaws: no stationary store (how???), and very poor navigation system. The info screens have very poor English, and most of the options in Eniglish menu are still written in Hungarian (why???). In general, the other aspects of the mall were great. Nonetheless, it's never late to develop.

Very swanky and huge mall just near to Budapest Kaleti station. You will find all kinds of brands like Zara, H&M etc here. It has a great space of food court with lots of options to eat like KFC, Burger King, McDonald's etc and some options for juice and ice cream as well. Has multiple floors with many elevators and escalators so you don't feel tired when you are shopping. It's quiet a different shopping experience here in Arena where you can do extensive shopping, take rest at the lounge sofas , have some quick grab to eat and then start your shopping again. It's very well maintained and very easily accessible through taxi, Bus and even walking.

Good selection of shops and restaurants. There should be more escalators. Be careful with your parking ticket, it’s sensitive to magnetic fields. Do not put it even next to your phone!

It is a nice mall, big and lot of known brands, unfortunately the actual mall doesn't have a map or information centers for help, the only information point I found the lady was on the phone and completely ignoring me. The shops I've been in all the staff is friendly, this coffee cup café is a great place to rest your legs. Overall nice but not great.

It's a typical mall. Lots of stores, a large food court, and very clean. There's a place to check your coat and luggage upstairs. It's within walking distance from the train but there is also a bus from the train station that stops off in front of the mall. There's a cinema, a gym, and a VERY large Tesco.

Nice and cozy mall. All well-known brands. Reasonable price at the shops and at food and beverage stores. However, it should have much better public transportation. More lines. Its own metro station and more bus lines. Good place

Tiszta parkoló, volt hely bőven. Belül szélesek, tágasak a terek. A mosdók tisztasága tökéletes, tiszta, rendezett. Nagyobb márkák üzletei megtalálhatóak, ezért is jöttünk ide vásárolni.

(Translated by Google) In mid-January, Sunday afternoon, a relatively large crowd in the mall. The selection in the Media Markt store consisted of 2 types of microwave ovens which is ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣. I understand that in a village shop but not here! Their sonorous big commercials are so empty. Tesco's offer is of medium quality. On the plus side, parking is free at least with this not being pulled down! Overall, a disappointment for the mall. (Original) Január középen vasárnap délután viszonylag nagy tömeg a bevásárló központban. A Média Markt áruházban 2 típusú mikrohullámú sütőből állt a választék ami nevetséges 🤣🤣🤣. Egy falusi boltban ezt megértem de itt nem! Ilyen üresek a hangzatos nagy reklámfilmjeik is. A Tesco kínálata közepes színvonalú. Pozitívum, hogy a parkolás díjmentes legalább ezzel nem húztak le! Összeségében csalódás a bevásárlóközpont .

Good shopping centre. Not so crowded like WestEnd, with less q-ty of shops, but absolutely enough to dress yourself.

Big, bright, clean shopping mall with a range of leading stores and brands. You can go food shopping, choose a place to eat, dress yourself from head to toe, or even, buy yourself some new electronic gadgets. And you can get 2 hours parking free. Start the clock!

Arena Mall is one of the biggest and good organized commercial centers in Budapest. With underground parking on 2 levels, and free of charge for 3 hours, wich is enough for shopping and eating. The Mall has as usual a lot of famous boutiques and global chains for fast food. I didn't see an exchange bureau, but it's not a minus. There is a cinema. The access from the street is easy. I put 4 stars, because I didn't see any exeptional stuff.

Even though the shopping mall is huge and most international brands have a shop in it, the range of products is rather poor and the staff are in general very unprofessional. Three exceptions are Vision Express, Under Armour and Guess, here the staff are friendly, welcoming and know how to fulfil their customers' demand.

My first and only mall in Budapest and I loved it. They have a great foodcourt but what caught my eye was Nordsee (next to Tesco). They also have good fashion brands and even a Notino store. The highlight was visiting a massive Tesco which stocked everything you could ever ask for as opposed to small express stores in the city. The Mall is very easy to navigate and you needn’t speak Hungarian apart from at the checkout maybe. There is a taxi rank just outside so you don’t have to carry your bags for longer.

  • 5/5 Farhad M. 2 years ago on Google
It’s not a very big mall but most famous brands are there and there is a TESCO grocery store. For me, this is just the right size for a shopping mall. I don’t like walking around for hours to buy something.

  • 5/5 Adam S. 2 years ago on Google
You can find a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping stores from the clothes till the electronics. Parking is usually free for 1-2 hours and I found always a place. Although cars are driving fast....

Bad access from keleti station.. Old 90tties design.. bad design of food court area - splitted to 2 floors without any close connection, you need to go all way around... Especially visible during bank holiday when all shops are closed and people need to walk long way from floor to floor

  • 5/5 Kareem 2 years ago on Google
Arena is one of the best malls in Budapest. It's big and gives you a comfy feeling when shopping there. Bathrooms are clean and free of charge. Parking is free for the first 2 hours. It has a very nice terace where you can just get some fresh air and watch trains in the Keleti station during shopping. The cinema is also good.

Sadly I didn’t take much pics, but this food was amazing thats from wok n’ go. I definitely will go back .

The largest mall in Budapest, new, 2 storey, worth coming for a stroll, but the shops are not very many option. Food court has good variety of option. Easy access from town of Pest, just take bus, 1 station from Keleti!

  • 5/5 Amir L. 1 year ago on Google
.The largest shopping plaza in Budapest at a size of 200,000 m2 It is a huge mall which you can find all you needs. You need more than one day to see it all. Located approximately five minutes walking distance from Keleti Railway Station. The shopping center has approximately 2,800 underground parking spaces.

  • 4/5 Yinon R. 1 year ago on Google
A very modern and clean shopping mall. The prices are a bit on the average to expensive side for a shopping mall parking is easy and ample and to place itself is clean and well maintained. The variety of shops include mainly of fashion as you would expect from a shopping mall although you can find electronic stores as well as toys for kids. There are nice coffee places within the shopping mall and obviously the obligatory food court. It's a very nice place to spend a few hours.

  • 5/5 Meera 1 year ago on Google
Very much everything you need in one place. They good food options too

  • 2/5 Stavrina T. 1 year ago on Google
Nice big mall with many brands. Food and coffee also good. But there weren't any signs in English, hardly no one from the people working there speak English, neither the staff in the shops! I think that is unacceptable in such a tourist city like Budapest. Even the lady at the info desk who was to busy talking on her phone and rudely got rid of us in bad English when we asked for help.

Classic shopping mall. It's not that far from the center and has all brand stores that you need. Also nice thin is that they have very large Tesco on ground floor where for sure you can buy all things that you need.

  • 5/5 Hanadi S. 10 months ago on Google
Most of the brands are available. Great for all-shopping run (clothes/products/grocery). Definitely my favorite in Budapest because with too many people in, it doesn't feel crowded since it is too spacious with high ceilings

  • 1/5 pawel d. 9 months ago on Google
Restaurant area is too small, crowded, laud and DIRTY. It looked like a meeting at a diner for the homeless. Sticky dirty tables, nobody cleaned them. Dirt, garbage, food leftovers on the floor. The people there are also some kind of cattle. They push, they shout, they leave food and garbage behind - where someone ate it - there they left a garbage can.

  • 5/5 Raluca D. 9 months ago on Google
This is a really good place to hangout, good food, lots of brands. Not too luxurious, but chic enough to make you like it, this Mall is perfect.

  • 1/5 Milica B. 8 months ago on Google
The mall is very good, but this one star goes to the parfume shop more particular the staff that works there. Negative experience. They were very rude and watched me like a robber, because their broken anti stealing system alarmed as soon as I entered their store. The girl that works there asked me to look into my bag, even thought I just entered their store. I will never go there again.

  • 5/5 Dianne W. 9 months ago on Google

The Magyar are a trollish people, rather awkward and grunt-like. Stands to reason they served as cannon fodder under the empire and all of Budapest’s iconic monuments were in fact German built. Come to this mall and see for yourself.

Big&Luxury location! We were in transit through Budapest. We needed an hour to spend until our car recharged. @Arena Mall it was close to our station so we made the visit. Very clean, at the front desk they deliver us all the information we need. Great job!

It's a big mall it has everything that you need fortunately it is way less crowded then Westend for example and it has a good emplacement and some very interesting shops more axed towards luxury in my opinion so of all the mall within the city center it's the one I recommend the most
