I HAVE VISITED PLAYERS ROOM IN WESTEND BUDAPEST MANY TIMES BECAUSE I DO BELIEVE THEY HAVE GOOD SHOES, UNFORTUNATELY EVERY TIME I LEAVE WITH GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. THE WOMEN EMPLOYEES ARE SO BORED TO HELP, SUCH AN INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR... UNBELIEVABLE! VERY DISAPPOINTING! TODAY WAS THE VERY LAST TIME I GAVE THIS SHOP A CHANCE!

The staff was unprepared as well as unfriendly to the costumer. In this case, to me. The products are generally overpriced. I've never bought anything from this company and I never will.

Good shoes selection for running or “hiking” in the city. The sales clerks might speak English. It is a bit of “self-service” unless you don’t find your size. Prices are the same as online, mostly.

Tried to return sneakers never worn. Bought the day before and realised at home it simply fit bad. They refused to do so and advised to select something else. Since there was no suitable option, they do me a favour to make refund with “gift” card of the same amount (dont think I want to buy anything else from them). Not sure this is correct by law and goods cannot be returned just by my wish. Not feel satifsied with this experience. Sellers are not really friendly and looks as doing me a favour just bringing me a box with sneakers; like I’m wasting their presious time.

It distributes disaster quality. You can run with the scrap goods to the forensic experts. It should be revealed within 6 months, because after that, you are not a customer, but Persona non grata! The little darling spent half of it in a box. Well, a week ago this was no problem. But by the time I got there it was. 🙄 I wish you good luck and a satisfied customer.
