Great place to eat vegetarian or vegan in Budapest. There were a lot of different options on the menu. The goulash soup, burger, and salad were really great. There were a lot of Hungarian food options as well. Service was friendly and fast. There were not many tourist here, more local people. This place is a real gem.

Holy wow! I found this gem while looking for vegan restaurants that actually serve Hungarian food. I find that vegan restaurants often serve some version of 1970s style Californian vegan food that looks something like a veggie burger with thinly sliced tomatoes, and I really want to try the local food veganized. Well, this is the place in Budapest! My husband and and I tried the goulash and nokedlivel, and it was all so wonderful. The star of our dinner was definitely the Napoleon. I cannot and will not ever stop raving about this dessert. The texture, the flavor. It’s better than any non-vegan dessert I’ve ever had. It’s so light, airy, not too sweet, and then grounded from the savory pastry. It’s made in house by the owners recipe, and we had to order a second one to go. I’m currently planning a trip back to Budapest so I can convince the owner to share her recipe! I’m pretty sure it’s made of magic.

This place is AMAZING. A full card of different vegan options from appetizers to desserts and as well the main courses. We've shared a plate of pasta bolognese, a bean goulash soup, vegan gyros plate and in the end a haselnut cake. The stuff is really kind and helpful 10/10!

The only thing it's that I was food poison after eating, looks like something has allergens and other components like preservatives or fake flavors who cause me a severe allergic reaction. I have been vegan for many years (not anymore due to personal issues) so i have been in many vegan restaurants in different countries, in my opinion Budapest is not the best place if you are vegan not only because is difficult to find, the taste of the vegan restaurants aren't good. Probably the best vegetarian and vegan food I have ever tasted. We were there three times and we don’t regret it ! There was plenty of space for lunch but maybe book a reservation for dinner. The four of us think the same : amazing quality and portions for the price. Around 5 to 7€ for a meal. Great service and amazing experience, being able to taste the local specialities as a vegetarian was huge ! I never thought I could prefer Gyros without meat :)

The experience is overshadowed by the poor service of the place. which makes me wonder if vegan food makes you grumpy, the "healthy" option is consumed by the amount of bread in a burger and the tasteless cold fries.
