Although the design and equipment of the park are obsolete, it's a perfectly fine place for basic exercise. The neighborhood and people are civilized and friendly.

Nice park, somewhat maintained, so it is suitable for taking a sunbath on sunny days, for jogging on the purpose-built running track, training in the street workout equipment (think of no serious stuff – those are mainly for senior/beginner guests). There are two water fountains, both operational at the time of writing. Also, there are few benches in acceptable condition. Tha name refers to the small heap (3-4 m in height), the top of which is popular among sunbathers. Many visit the park with children. The minus one star is due to the lack of a public toilet in the close vicinity of this park. Oh, it worths mentioning that free parking is available in the nearby.
