Great guesthouse with good prices. It is clean place. Only thing that it is takes 30-40 minutes to go to the center, but the tram in 2 minutes from guesthouse. You can cook yourself here. Free tea, coffee, cocoa. When there is a good weather you can mike barbeque outside. I love running and this guesthouse is close to nice running area. Also there are board games inside of the 🏠

Very good guest house with some quests to solve when you check in 😉 I'd say it's like top quality mid class hostel. Anyway good value for money.

We've had an incredible time there. You can count on help of hosts if you need it any time, an awesome place to spend time there without a doubt :)

The only advantage was the proximity to the means of transport to the city center. Disadvantages: dirt, shared toilet, musty air, cat hair...

I had work in the area, it was a good place to stay. Everything was there for an evening's rest.
