Love the idea of an unassuming little neighbourhood coffee/brunch spot, with reasonable prices, nice outdoor seating, and professional barista. We got a cortado, and I really liked how the barista showed us the size of the glass to ensure there would be no surprises, and appreciated how he cleaned out the equipment before he steamed our milk. The cortado itself was not as warm or foamy as I had hoped, and was a bit too milky and acidic for my taste. The place seemed quite popular though, with a nice atmosphere on a nice day ☀️

I’ve always really loved this place but the last few times I’ve gone, the espresso have not been fresh. The espresso shot has already been pulled and is just there on the counter instead of being made to order. This has happened 3 times now with different baristas so I’m not sure if something has changed but sadly it’s impacted the quality of the coffee. Hopefully this will be improved.
