After paying the full price for a Gin-Tonic plus a "cup-fee" I received a cup halfway filled with sparkling water but instead of getting any money back for the cup I was given a plastic chip. After asking the employee at the cloakroom several times what I'm supposed to do with the chip and him telling me he has no idea I talked to a security guard and he straight up told me that I didn't receive this chip here and he has never seen it before nor does he know what it even is. Trying to explain my point over and over again was pointless as he kept lying into my face. If given the chance those people will scam you as much as they possibly can.
