The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly they answered every question I had. Even though there was a big group of students in the house, everything was clean and tidy. You can choose a buffet breakfast which was probably the best part of our stay. We will come back to Goodmo next year for sure! Thanks for the staff for making our trip a very special experience. :)

Very nice stay there in one of the apartment. Clean and quiet place. Well located in Budapest The staff is very helpful, don't hesitate to ask them anything Super breakfast, too good and really cheap

The staff are friendly and helpful. you can ask for your towel at the front desk. the rooms are clean and spacious. its good that every bed has its own lamp and plug. they have a good cheap shuttle to airport and laundry service. ask the front desk about it.

Staff: nice and polite but quite untrained. They do not even know simple details about parking at 1 meter distance.. or on the street. Rooms: decent, with an enormously useless fridge, but no bin for trash (I asked for it but nothing. Quite unusual, I should say. Had to store my litter in a plastic bag). In hot weather you will definitely sweat.. I understand that's no air conditioning, but I would expect at least a ceiling fan, just for ventilation. Windows are old and they won't block noise coming from the nearby parking facility (of course, you will need to leave them open to avoid fainting from heat). Beds are pretty decent. Facilities: Overnight, sweating, I was seeking for water in the ground floor vending machine. They had everything except water...

The GoodMo house was not the best but good enough for the cheap price. The rooms smelled a bit funky and some parts were dirty, such as the shower which did not look like it had been cleaned at all between guests.. wish it was cleaner but it did do the job, is in a pretty good location, and the front desk staff was nice.

Receptionists know basic/intermediate level of English but other than that the accomodation and cleanliness of the place was wonderful. Breakfast was also very filling and decent. However communal space such as dining area and couch gets taken up and is a small for the place and amount of people coming through. I had a double bed in a private room and it was very nice and had a shower and everything but I would say that cleanliness standards are great and has great security as well.

The staff were polite and it is a modern hostel and near all the transportation. Breakfast was okay. We stayed in a double bed room and in our 3 days here the cleaning ladies came once and just put 3 towels on the bed (so no making up the bed, no taking out the dirty towels or trash). Heating does not work in OCTOBER so both me and my boyfriend got a cold here. We complained about heating twice with no results. The bathroom does not have any shelves so you can't actually put anything here, like a toothbrush or a showergel. Also the shower head is weird and can't move so it only splashes in the middle of the shower. In the night some guests are very loud so it seems like there is absolutely no sound isolation, and we were on the first floor. Also I believe that the staff should tell the guests to keep it down because screaming at 4am is unacceptable.

We booked a trip to this hostel in April 2020, but we had to cancel because of travel restrictions due to COVID-19. The hostel promised a part of our money back, but up to today they didn't live up to that promise. I have e-mailed over 10 times and I have called three times, and every time they tell me they will fix it immediately but then don't. A very large disappointment and I would definitely not recommend booking a room here if you like people that live up to their promise....

Quite decent place within budget. Staff at the reception, all three were welcoming. Good breakfast, decent beds. For a hostel, in the price range that they are - you wouldn't find another place like this. 1 star less for washrooms not bad but there is room for improvement.

Location is great and it's very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Accommodation are simple but adequate. Could use a couple of more hooks in the bathroom and a little shelf by the sink, but I would stay here again... And the price is reasonable... Forgot to mention that small Donnie breakfast is included.

I spent in this beautiful hostel 5 days and luckily I can just offer it to everybody. The rooms are quite and clean. The staff is really kind and helpful. You get also free Wi-Fi and lots of other service free. I also met with the boss, who was really friendly and also gave me a ride to get home earlier. If I can go, I would visit it one more time.

The location is really central and easy to travel stuff are nice but there is no elevator and it is difficult if you are travelling with huge luggage. Room and cleanliness is kind of okay but toilet is dirty. The biggest problem is dorm rooms are mixed

Spending there 3 nights, the worst hotel ever. Very noisy,not clean,Cold and without possibility of heating..not possible to get blankets. Not for recomondation.

Room is falsely advertised as air conditioned. It is not. Not even a fan. Don’t stay here in summer

Since the staff is too lazy to be there to give you Keys (even on friday afternoon !) You have to download and app, create an account, register, give your mail etc to open the doors with Bluetooth which is extremely complicated and if your battery is low you're locked outside. Just because they're too lazy to.come to work and do their job in person!

No elevator. No lockers Reception never open. You have to use your Bluetooth phone to open the door, though and app to download, etc! I've never seen such a.complicated procedure
