    There were relatively many people waiting at the surprisingly run-down private clinic, which I only realized later: even if you have an appointment, they take it casually (min. half an hour wait). The staff is not very nice either (with 1-2 exceptions) and they even expect me to make phone calls. Absolutly not! Elsewhere, they also kiss my footprints, and they don't even expect me to drink. I didn't receive information about what to do next, so I asked what I should do if I got the results. They told me to call the front desk, which was weird. Why would I want to discuss my lab results and further treatment at the reception? Or will they call the doctor, who is probably in the middle of an examination and doesn't get to it and doesn't even know who I am? In any case, of course, 2 days later, on Thursday, I called to say that the results had arrived. I was told that the doctor will order next Tuesday, and I will call sometime then. The symptoms did not improve, I was in pain, so I was already very sad. I wrote an email to prevent further slip-ups so that we can try to handle this matter in a more organized manner and when the doctor is in and has time to deal with me, he has reviewed my findings and written down my tasks or they should call me on Tuesday. In the answer, the lady promised that it would be so. I waited in vain on Tuesday, but there was no call. My symptoms have not improved. After 6 in the evening, I wrote a letter of accountability so that we wouldn't steal each other's time. The response I received prompted me to write this review. So Dr. Sepa and his team did a very high-quality job. About the attitude: everyone was nice and polite. Everybody. The procedure was carried out in a completely professional manner, painlessly and problem-free, I would like to single out the nurse who removed the cannula from my hand so professionally that it was instructive, and he even brought snacks after the operation, which, considering that he had to go on an empty stomach, turned out to be a great idea . The institution is supposed to be renovating, but I didn't notice anything about it. I recommend them to everyone.

    I had a minor surgery yesterday. My doctor and the Anesthesiologist were perfect in every way. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The service, on the other hand, is beyond criticism from the Nurse's point of view!!!!! Upon my arrival, the Nurse informed me that this surgery can also be performed on an outpatient basis. ??? I think the Doctor knows better what and how it can be done... No information from the Nurse..... After the operation, I was placed in my room, an infusion was connected. The Nurse came and the infusion was drained and I told her that something had fallen, there was no reaction and she closed the door on me for a post-anesthesia patient. Needless to say, it's strange from a layman's point of view. After all, any problem can occur....I tried to rest and then I noticed that blood was dripping from my hand, so of course the cap fell off.     My husband and I had a complex screening test. I can only say good things about the staff and doctors, they are kind and helpful. The doctors' communication is good, they thoroughly questioned and examined both of us. There are indeed time slips, at one point I also panicked because I had to go here and there, and then I didn't get in line anywhere, but this was temporary, and the entire test series was carried out in the predicted time interval. I left a lot of money for the consultation, for which I received a calorie table available on the Internet with the first click + a detailed list of what is recommended and what is not, including yogurt, which was not indicated, lactose-free, vegan, or sugar-free, perhaps? Or homemade?, dietary advice was not given in this respect. HUF 25,000 was wasted, and the treatment part has not yet produced results. PS: I looked back, yes, it was not HUF 25,000, but HUF 35,000, which is an even bigger shame.
