DAYS
INSTEAD
OF
SPECIALISTS,
NURSES
WERE
WORKING
AT
SOTE'S
PULMONOLOGY
DEPARTMENT.
Dear
Everybody.
I
would
like
to
tell
my
sad
story
so
that
you
can
learn
from
it
and
not
fall
into
the
trap
of
the
Fairy
Lamp
Health
Care
Foundation.
From
04.04.2022,
I
worked
within
the
foundation.
In
the
month
of
July,
I
worked
13
shifts
at
Sote's
Pulmonology
Covid
department
as
a
specialist
nurse.
According
to
the
agreement
for
this
period,
my
professional
salary
would
have
been
HUF
536,000,
of
which
I
received
HUF
377,000,
i.e.
assistant
nurse's
salary.
On
the
morning
of
pay
day,
our
liaison
called
me
to
say
that
unfortunately
I
had
been
reclassified
as
an
assistant
nurse
without
saying
a
word.
Upon
admission,
the
operational
card
was
forwarded
to
the
foundation,
and
no
feedback
was
received
that
I
did
not
meet
the
duties
of
a
specialist
nurse.
The
number
of
professional
points
I
have
acquired
in
the
last
5
years
is
187.
OKFŐ
recognized
the
validity
of
my
operating
license.
Despite
this,
the
head
of
the
foundation
won't
talk
to
me.
Of
course,
I
contacted
the
Director
of
Nursing
at
SOTE,
who
told
me
that
the
Clinic
itself
has
no
say
in
the
payment
and
that
no
one
was
downgraded.
The
real
problem
is
what
casts
a
bad
light
on
SOTE,
and
it
is
completely
illegal,
that
if
I
worked
as
an
assistant
nurse
with
another
assistant
colleague
for
3-3
hours
among
the
covid
patients,
then
the
patients
were
cared
for
without
a
specialist
nurse.
Thanks
to
the
Tündérlámpas
Foundation
without
the
knowledge
of
SOTE.
Of
course,
I
will
take
the
legal
steps,
I
hope
that
my

professional
colleagues
at
SOTE
who
have
gone
through
the
same
process
will
help
me.
