Cold, rude receptionist. Disrespect of Patients rights. Receptionist told me i will get my test result by email if its negative, but will NOT GIVE me the test result if its positive & I MUST make an appointment with the doctor to get the positive result. <Patients should have the rights to have their test results regardless of what the result outcome is!> Bad System. They asked me to fill in a form that also asked the name & contact info of my MOTHER. fyi I am several decades old & not an underaged teenager. Extortion. No doctors were available and I just want a standart testing which involve taking blood sample which is done by a NURSE & DOES NOT NEED ANY CONVERSATION in the 5 second procedure but they will add extra bill charges for ENGLISH SERVICE just because im am a foreigner, their excuse? because they give me a piece of form printed in English. Disrespect of Privacy. When i CANCELLED because of the absurd system, the receptionist demands to have the registration form from me that I have filled which has my & my mother personal information. Its PRIVATE & they dont have the right to demand for my information especially since i dont want their service! Recommendation. Try other Clinics. This ‘Downtown medical center’ clinic is apparently run by the Mafia.

Few weeks ago I had proctology examination in this place. The doctor asked me to undress and when I asked for single use examination underwear, because I felt little bit uncomfortable, I heard that there is no reason to be shy and the young assistant lady is very experienced... WTF? I paid 20k HUF in the private clinic and was handled in soo obstruktive way? Annoying place and service. Strictly not recommended!!!

I don't really recommend this clinic pretty expensive for getting HPV vaccine. The call center assistant told me that I need to pay for a consultation as well, which is 25,000 Ft, and there is an additional fee of English services, which is 10,000 Ft. The price of the HPV (Gardasil) vaccine is 52,500 Ft in total 87500Ft. I would suggest another clinic! This clinic really will rip you off especially for foreigners!

I have to mention that the doctors here are very professional doctors sometimes the best in their field in Hungary. Why 3 stars? The facility and the organization is making you feel that you are having a governmental free service but you are paying for it. The waiting list is enormous and when you arrive to your scheduled time they make you wait 10-30 minutes minimum. Who have time for that on a working day? They try to give you opportunity but something always make them loosing that schedule they did set up. Look into the schedule and change something because this is going on a very wrong truck. Honestly there are places with decent service where you see where does your money going but this is not like that. It would be 1 ⭐ 2 additional for the doctor's quality only. About the answer: If 15 minutes are not enough for a patient try to organize for 20. The quality of the doctor's and the quality of the service are equally important.

I received professional and kind treatment anytime I needed a doctor’s help. It happened that I had to wait a while more than I was supposed to, but in turn I received all the attention I needed, without having an impression of a fast, hasty work, like at an assembly line. Thank you.

As an English-speaking foreigner visiting Budapest, I could not rate this service higher. - Correspondence through email is fast and they answer your questions without hassle. - Making an appointment was easy and I was seen to without delay. - The reception staff are super friendly and welcoming and helpful. And speak great English. - The doctor was so helpful and professional, answered all my questions and put me at ease. - My results arrived without complication and faster than expected. All-in-all, a super professional and friendly service. No need to go anywhere else in Budapest. Would definitely go back again! Köszönöm!

I had a great experience at the clinic throughout , especially under the care of endocrinologist Dr. Boglárka Szabó. She is professional, knowledgeable and very empathetic and kind with patients. She was very thorough in her examination and I felt like she really paid attention to my explanation, not only my medical records as is usual from other doctors. Also excellent experience with the receptionists and nurses! The place looks minimal (but this is not a cocktail bar so I don't expect the latest interior design :D) and it is extremely clean like it should be. Can only recommend!

Visited BOC several times (prenatal care, mole analysis and other dermatological issues) and was always fully satisfied with the service.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I have left hundreds of thousands Huf here for no good. The receptionists are OK kind & useful but you always have to ring for long minutes till they pick it up. The gynaecologist that I visited tried to test me for things that are pretty much unrelated to my issues, despite the fact I got no problem now pushed the birth control pill agenda. I waited 40 mins... Paid 70k. Unprofessional.

Very horrible service. How terrible is having to pay for your interpretation and break down of your test results after paying for the test as well ? And also the doctor was not helpful she was just hasty and trying to get on with her day.

I had one of the best doctor experiences here. Yes - it is very expensive compared to a general-doctor but I was taken care of the most warm, kind, proffessional and understanding Dr. Diczig. She spoke perfect english, really listened, I think I was with her for 45min so no in-and-out-rush. The receptionist was also extremely warm, perfect english. As well as the nurse who drew my blood. Enviroment looks like you’d expect, very strictly clean and minimalistic.

They made wrong appointment twice.. What is wrong with your receptionists ? Is it so hard to write down right date and time ?

I had good experience with only one doctor. I changed assigned to me doctor and was happy. Sometimes injections are very painful, it depends on the nurse performing the medical procedure

The worst experience ever. They gave me an antibiotics before getting the results of the screenings. I had diarrhea for 10 days and the results of the screeninfngs turned out to be negative. Every contact with the doctors must be paid and you will never have the possibility just to have an online prescription.

My review is for my experience today. I walked in this morning and the receptionist spoke perfect English. She was very helpful and caring. She gave me all information and answered my questions. I came at 5pm to see Dr Szandenyi Reka. I was very happy how knowledgeable she was with my case and she did an examination/ tests. I worry very much about my health but found this doctor to be very helpful and explained everything to me. I felt very safe here and highly recommend this clinic. Location is very central.

Scam, don't go if you're an expat. they wanted to charge me extra 10 000 huf because I don't speak hungarian this what they wrote in the emails: "There is also a 10,000 Ft additional fee of English services."
