(Original) Több mint 5 éve járok Anikóhoz pilatesre. Előtte több oktatót is próbáltam, de Anikó profizmusa, hozzáállása, a mozgásról alkotott képe messze kiemelkedik mindenki közül. Amióta rendszeresen járok az órákra, azóta megszűntek a hátfájdalmaim, szebb lett a tartásom és olyan izmokra is szert tettem, amikről nem is tudtam hogy léteznek :) Nem beszélve arról hogy az órák a remek társaságban hamar eltelnek, nagyon jó hangulatban! ;) Mindenkinek bátran ajánlom hogy próbája ki a pilatest Anikónál!

    I first started to come to Anikó because of recurring hip pain that already lasted for a year. It took only about one month until my hip felt much better and I could finally start to go fur runs again. I also realized, that my back was feeling much better, since I visited the classes. Anikó is working very precise and explains the exercises in a depth, so that it starts to make sense to body and soul. She always improves here knowledge to offer a maximum of suitable exercises to her clients. I spent the last two months abroad and am very happy to be back to Budapest now, because my body was crying for Anikó already after a short while and I also missed the jokes we share in the studio. :))

    I have been going to Aniko for more than 8 years. He holds maximally personalized pilates classes, paying attention to every detail, whether it is a group or individual session. That way, there was no question that I would continue to exercise with her during my pregnancy, so I was able to prevent the back and lower back pain that affects many expectant mothers. And after giving birth, Anikó made regeneration easier for me with pilates exercises. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

    Half a year, more than 40 hours with Aniko: Every occasion is a new, positive experience. I've been to Pilates before, so I knew the movement well, but here I'm constantly learning new things about myself and my body through Pilates, and I feel and enjoy the change.     I've been coming to Anikó's for more than 2 years. She's an extremely professional and knowledgeable instructor. She helped me strengthening my core after some bad lumbar pain episodes due to herniated discs. She is amazing at adapting the training to your needs and limitations. She also has a very positive and empathetic attitude that makes all sessions extremely pleasant even when they are exhausting!

    I’ve been doing Pilates here with my friend for more than half an year. Before that I felt very weak and tired all day sitting and studying. I went to the class once a week, and step by step I got to know about being aware of my body and better way to use it in everyday life. Now I feel much better than before as I learned and practiced a lot of exercises during the class. Aniko always knows how my body is and which exercise is needed exactly for me. I always feel relaxed and healthy after the class, so I’m looking forward to the class in next week!!

    I have been going to Animus Pilates Studio for more than two years now and it has been the one date every week I wouldn't miss. Anikó is an amazing teacher because she guides you as great teachers always do rather than just correct you. I started with private sessions and it was fantastic to get more awareness of my own body and how it responded to different movements. Having a herniation in my upper back it was very important to me to learn good habits and for sure I have done that with her. Half a year ago I started with dual lessons and it has also been very insightful as you can check what the other person is doing and reflect on how different we may be feeling the same movement as all bodies are unique! I love that I got much more understanding about my own body and even about my own mind thanks to the guidance and knowledge Anikó has been imparting. I couldn't recommend it more!

    We had a reformer class at Aniko’s beautiful pilates studio with my sister and niece last weekend. Truely enjoyed it,and we liked the expertise we were guided through the hour! Also a nice surprise that it is a few steps away from Deak square s metro station:)

    Few years ago, when I first entered Aniko’s studio, I had already trained Pilates for a while but never knew how satisfying it can be when you have an instructor, who, first of all, is professionally extremely experienced and devoted to educating herself to keep her knowledge fresh, but who also gives you a very personal, and technically fine-tuned learning experience both on the mat and with reformers even if you train in a small group. What I particularly like about Anikó’s teaching style is that she invites you to explore how different exercises feel in your body and how your mind perceives them; one day you might feel like challenging yourself, when on the other a gentler approach is needed, or you might want to try for example how the movements change with different kind of breathing. It has greatly improved my understanding of what are the strengths and weaknesses of my body and how to balance them and strengthened my body-mind awareness. I warmly recommend all private, duo and small group sessions of Animus Pilates depending on what is the most suitable for your situation. However, I strongly recommend taking private sessions occasionally as they are so revealing when it comes to where you are physically and mentally at that moment and what could be the next step in your personal Pilates journey!

    Before coming to Hungary, I used to practice Pilates. I loved the classes I attended and I learnt a lot. However, when I joined Animus Pilates I realized that I was actually not aware of the importance of understanding the exercises. I used to copy/paste the movements without realizing how these could impact my daily activities. A good posture and breathing when sitting, when walking, even in relax mode can make a big difference, especially if you suffer from lower back pain like me. Aniko is a great instructor. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but also kind, patient and able to transmit that confidence needed whenever a new exercise feels like a big challenge. I can only say: Thank you Aniko for a wonderful year of learning. Looking forward to the next class! :)

    I would directly say that Anikó is my life saver. I have hernia in my neck and when I first went to her i was so hopeless and in big pain. We worked out twice a week with her and in 2 weeks I started to see the result, my pain level was decreasing already. Even physiotherapy sessions(in hospital) didn't help that much. Anikó is really competent in her job and constantly learning more about health and body.

    I've been a returning guest at the studio for a long time, and I'm sure it'll stay that way for a long time. :) I love that no two classes are the same, maximum attention, personalized exercises help continuous development. For me, pilates is essential to feel good in my own skin, and here, in addition to gymnastics, the emphasis is on improving awareness and movement during the fun classes.
