The best parts are, it is cheap and located in one of the best places in Budapest. If you get any other place for the same price, please don't take this. No cards. Cash only. We stayed in a room in the basement/ ground floor with attached washroom. The room stank thought out the stay. The mattress was unbelievably thin and uncomfortable. The pillow and duvet were stained and in very bad shape. The covers were fresh. The common area was not well maintained and had broken furniture around. No soap, no towel in the washroom (OK with us. Didn't expect these at this price). The shower curtain was dirty. There were hairs of the previous guest (or some other guy) on the washroom floor. In the last night, when we switched on the lights with the windows open, half a dozen hornets came in to our room. We had to sleep with windows closed in the stinking room not to risk hornet sting. I feel pity for the students who stay there for the whole course or for a semester or two.

Almost comical. Is probably the best way of describing this place. It almost couldn't be worse, more by the fact that clearly zero effort has be put into the accommodation than anything thing else. One bed has a very very thin mattress, the other might as well not. The poor people who have to stay in this place throughout their term time have it rough. Extrusiating heat which couldn't be resolved as opening any form of window would cause bugs of all-sorts to have a better night that you. Bed bugs? Sorted mate. Mosquitoes? All over the shop. The bathroom was beyond a joke and the condition of the hostel itself was shocking. But I suppose it's cheap, and the location isn't awful

Student dorm turns to hostel during summer. Low price, low comfort but if it is for sleeping it is fine.

It's cheap hostel with a great position for walking around city. If you stay in the room for 2 people, it's not that bad - sheets are clean, you can take a warm shower, but don't expect nice furniture or something. However, the room for 4 people was horrible! Bunk beds with so thin mattresses than we were joking about that someone took one and sliced it into four - we put two mattraces on one bed and still could feel the metal construction of the bed. I haven't slept so bad in my whole life.

I think the accomodation in this Hostel was the worst momment during our visit in Budapest. This place still remember previous politicial system, so don't expect high standard. The costs are low, which totaly fits to the accomodation conditions in rooms. It's better to have your own sleeping bag ;)

Its not so bad like i read in reviews, at least internet is working fine, location is fine and not so bad furniture. Looks like school dormitory i have room with shared balcony. Cleanness is poor especially outside room. But overall is not terrible for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful, place clean (in the boundaries of the price category). Ideal for young people, couples possibility, who like to be more outside in the city, than in the hostel. The kitchen and cooler is common, but You have Private toilet and for this price I give them 5 stars. Happy to be there again.

Very nice and polite girls in the reseption. Helpful with providing a parking spot. But the 4 bed room vas terrible. Flees, bugs ants, and absolutely not cleen. We found a used laidies underware under the table. The sement on the wall was moisty and parts fell of, during our 7 hours stay. Mum, a d doughter got several flee-bites on their legs. The ikea-steel-beds was very bad, and imposible to sleep on, because of the frame construction.

Horrible hostel, rooms like the worst prison - broken beds, multicolour floor (by dirt of course), tap was playing some kind of game - was working random moments, when you used toalet all your neighbours knew that - it was so loud. Finally for that money hotel is acceptable but generally it's a drama
