I
have
been
attending
the
Aerial
Sport
Academy
for
10
months.
They
hold
training
sessions
at
two
locations,
and
the
repertoire
is
particularly
rich
-
there
is
nothing
like
it
anywhere
else,
even
though
I
looked
carefully
-
so
with
a
little
experimentation,
everyone
can
find
the
type
of
class
that
suits
them.
I
myself
tried
aerial
yoga,
fitness,
pilates,
spinal
yoga,
yoga
wheels,
couples
class
and
I
was
also
in
a
bungee
workout
class,
but
in
the
end
silk
became
my
favorite.
The
spectacular,
feminine,
light
movements
and
poses
performed
in
the
air
certainly
require
masculine
strength,
which
is
why
the
classes
include
stretching
and
strengthening,
which
results
in
our
body
quickly
shaping
up
(getting
slimmer,
more
muscular).
You
can
develop
and
become
skilled
quickly,
there
is
always
a
challenge,
there
is
always
a
feeling
of
success
-
even
in
the
demo
classes
-
but
at
the
same
time,
I
can
see
that
I
will
still
be
learning
new
things
years
from
now.
The
environment,
the
coaches,
and
the
group
itself
are
inspiring
from
the
first
minute.
Every
class
is
spent
in
a
good
mood,
we
laugh
a
lot
and
are
happy
about
each
other's
success.
All
trainers
are
very
professional,
very
kind
and
attentive.
Even
though
there
are
10-12
people
present
in
each
class,
they
are
still
able
to
pay
attention
to
everyone,
help,
improve
and
differentiate
if
necessary.
I
appreciate
that,
if
necessary,
they
show
me
the
given
pose
a
third,
fourth,
or
even
many
times,
so
that
we
can
execute
it
exactly.
If
needed,
they
stand
by
me
and
instruct
and
encourage
me.
I
also
really
like
the
fact
that,
in
addition
to
the
classes,
there
are
often
special
programs,
special
photo
shoots,
training
sessions
held
at
special
locations,
challenges,
and
camps.
Lara's
creativity
is
endless,
she
always
comes
up
with
something
new
to
inspire
us,
she
puts
her
heart
and
soul
into
making
us
feel
good,
but
I
can
say
the
same
about
Nelli
and
Kata.
I
really
like
going
here,
and
I
plan
to
climb
the
silk
even
when
I'm
90
years
old,
and
damn
it,
damn
it,
but
I'm
going
to
do
that
freaky
legged
scorpion
and
the
straddle
flip!
:)
This
type
of
exercise
is
not
just
a
sport,
but
an
art,
a
hobby,
a
recreation,
a
kind
of
feeling
of
life
that
once
you
get
a
taste
of
it,
you
won't
want
to
give
it
up
again,
so
be
careful,
it's
addictive!
