The
birds
of
prey
and
the
storks
are
all
injured
on
some
level.
Some
of
them
dont
have
one
wing,
or
their
legs
are
truncated
by
their
previous
accident.
Due
to
this
they
can
not
be
released
into
the
wild,
because
they
wouldnt
last
long,
as
they
are
not
completely
healthy,
and
they
will
never
be
as
"new".
The
birds
of
prey
can't
utilize
bigger
space
as
they
have,
since
they
are
stumbling
all
over
the
place.
The
storks
are
in
breeding
program,
every
year
they
are
raising
nestlings
which
are
later
on
sent
to
Hortobágy
into
the
wild.
None
of
the
birds
are
injured
on
purpose
by
humans!
They
are
rescued
birds!
The
horses
sometimes
fight
over
the
food,
many
would
think
its
because
of
lack
of
space
and
they
go
aggressive.
This
is
not
true.
They
do
this
because
they
have
hierarchy
in
their
herd.
The
alpha
mare
makes
it
clear
that
she's
the
one
reaching
for
food
first.
They
fight
on
daily
basis,
which
is
normal
interaction
between
members
of
the
herd.
If
any
animals
have
health
issue,
its
immediately
sent
to
the
veterinary
for
further
care.
When
they
are
rehabilitated,
they
come
back
to
the
zoo
and
continue
with
their
lives.
If
you
see
any
"not
looking
healthy"
animals,
its
more
likely
that
that
animal
was
already
taken
care
of
and
is
under
veterinary
treatment,
as
in
healing
process.
