4/5 Miss O L. 4 months ago on Google
We
have
only
been
here
for
1
day,
and
I'm
impressed.
I
am
an
Independent
Travel
Agent,
and
I'm
writing
this
review
on
the
basis
that
this
is
a
4*
establishment.
So
far,
I
can
say
they
have
a
system
that
works,
and
the
staff
we
have
encountered
have
been
helpful
and
polite
(Natalie
-
room
cleaner).
On
arrival,
I
asked
if
we
could
get
a
room
with
a
pool
view.
Adam
kindly
told
explained
to
us
that
we
had
paid
for
a
standard
room,
but
they
found
us
a
room
with
a
partial
pool
view
(I
think
he
managed
our
expectations
by
first
explaining).
We
received
a
WhatsApp
message
before
arrival,
and
I
had
a
few
questions/requests
about
slippers
and
bathrobe
for
kids.
They
were
quick
to
respond
and
provide
us
with
the
things
that
were
missing.
Day
1
dinner:
This
was
our
first
meal.
It
was
buffet
style,
and
I
don't
rate
their
food.
I
tried
a
variety
of
the
food
trying
to
find
one
or
two
that
would
be
my
go-to,
but
I
wasn't
impressed
at
all.
They
were
edible,
but
lukewarm
temperature
and
not
a
lot
of
care
in
the
preparation,
e.g,
the
chicken
leg
has
lots
of
fat
dangling
off
it,
this
could
have
been
trimmed.
The
spaghetti
was
not
hot,
and
neither
was
the
beef
in
sauce.
I
also
tried
the
chocolate
cake,
which
seemed
to
have
orange
jam
or
marmalades,
but
the
jam
tasted
like
too
much
orange
extract
was
used.
I
may
be
wrong,
but
you
get
the
gist.
Aqua
World
was
fab
this
morning,
and
it
is
free
for
guests.
Remember
to
take
your
room
key
and
towel
from
the
room
as
you
don't
get
towels
by
the
pool.
Also
wear
your
swimsuits
from
your
room
and
just
put
a
bathrobe
over.
They
provide
bathrobes,
and
they
are
changed
every
3
days.
Their
is
a
heated
towel
rail
in
the
bathroom
to
dry
your
bathrobe
and
swim
suits.
We
went
half
board,
missed
breakfast,
but
had
some
decent
chips
and
chicken
wings
from
a
restaurant
near
the
kids'
pool
at
about
12
pm.
Drinks
are
not
included
as
part
of
half
board.
We
paid
£5.65
for
0.25
litre
of
Sprite
and
750ml
of
water.
I'm
here
alone
with
my
4
years
old,
so
it's
okay
for
us.
We
are
popping
to
town
tomorrow,
we
will
get
some
bottles
of
water,
soft
drinks,
biscuits,
crisps,
and
chocolates
as
we
normally
do
on
holiday.
I'll
come
back
and
update
if
anyone
goes
beyond
and
above
or
if
they
fall
short.
However,
IMO,
they
have
delivered
on
their
promises
so
far.
If
you
are
looking
for
Dubai
or
Turkish
5*
hotel
kind
of
hospitality,
this
is
not
for
you.
