We came for the water park only, it took about 45 minutes to drive from the area of the Ferris wheel, but it's worth every moment, the place is beautiful, spacious and big, a special and magical atmosphere at a very high level, a good variety of water slides for small children from 2 years old to at least 15 years old will enjoy there Very, the parents can enjoy in the hot jacuzzi pools, the place is very clean and maintained to a high standard, sunbeds are scattered all over the complex, you get a locker with a locker, we were there for a whole day with 2 teenage children and it was a lot of fun. I recommend everyone to come, thank you very much

The Aquaworld is really great. Lots of options for all ages. Impressive indoor waterslides! Hotel is nice but room is noticeably aged with several large stains on carpets and wear on furniture, but it is clean and spacious. Service in restaurant was fine and so was the food.

Really nice place, especially for kids. Plenty of activities to do and cool staff. The hotel is super clean, rooms are comfortable, with contemporary design. Breakfast and dinner buffet were pretty diverse. One minus for the fast food served in the pool area, not very appealing.

Excellent for families, felt very well and not too overcrowded although at the spa there is access from the exterior (non hotel residents). The restaurant offers a large selection of dishes; drinks not included. A minor tip for the staff is charged by default at the end of the stay.

Nice Hotel, awesome aquapark. We enjoyed our stay very much, very welcoming atmosphere, good security standards and a lot of fun! We had an apartment outside of the hotel, but connected by a tunnel. The room is bigger as usual. The food was very delicious and the buffet was refilled until late night. The drinks costs extra, which is okay. The prices are higher, than Hungarian standard but okay. The currency conversion is not that good, you should pay in local currency! It was every penny worth and we will surely revisit soon!

1st. I will talk about the food. The worst food you can have in a hotel. Service is ok nut some employees forgot they are not in a soviet army anymore. The hotel is clean. Some rooms smell bad. But honestly, it's so easy to make better food. So do it.

BE VERY CAREFUL with your spine when using the funnel slide. One section of the slide is very sharp and actually cuts your skin on the areas of the back that are more pronounced. The problem seems to be an old one. At least that's what people say. The location has potential but everything seems unkempt, dirty. With a little effort it could be fixed. I would have expected that the defective slide would not be put into operation for the safety of our children, but it seems this aspect is not the strong point for this location.

It’s a great choice for a vacation in the middle of winter, like we choosed. The kids were thrilled !!! The diversity of activities in water is great . We came from Romania and we stayed right there in the hotel. The rooms were a little dusty….but the space was reasonable. The food area in the hotel’s restaurant is very nice. The staff doesn’t speak English so much…. In the aquapark come a lot of people , most of them from outside, it’s a little bit busy, but during a full day, you can enjoy most of activities Location is very good. You can also visit Budapest and its beautiful places!

Me and my wife stayed at Aquaworld resort for the 1st time (it was also our 1st time in Budapest, and Hungary). This hotel was fantastic in every way; it was well-kept, the staff were great, the room was comfortable, the pool/water facilities were the best we have ever seen by far, and the food was amazing. Some countries that I've travelled to (which I shall not name) I have had to get used to the idea of returning home hungry, due to lack of decent food, but that was not the case during our time in Budapest, including in Aquaworld; literally everything food or drink-wise was excellent. I would definitely recommend Aquaworld to anybody, as well as Budapest in general; the place and the people are positively remarkable.

Awesome! Loved it! We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we purchased the family deal for one day for the water park. It’s great for families with children! Parents can enjoy several sauna/bath options (included) while kids can have their fun. Definitely recommend!

Aquaworld is fun and well maintained. The six of us stayed for an entire day and had lots of fun. The pools are clean and easy to use, the slides are great and there are no long waiting lines. The food is average, but the prices are reasonable. The entire facilities are very easy to understand and use! However, we have experienced very uncomfortable entrance and exit from the facilities of Aquaworld. The receptionist was very rude, unhelpful, did not listen and had elevated tone towards the adults and children. Actually, the entire staff at the reception of Aquaworld was surprisingly indifferent and rude toward us, except the boys controlling the slides which were very polite and helpful. We have taken the name of the receptionist in question and will be sending a separate inquiry directly via email. Regardless of these two uncomfortable events, we do recommend the Aquaworld for a very fun and relaxing day with family!

The hotel and Aquaworld are generally great place.. The water temperature in pools and jacuzzis was lower than declares. It was very freezing experience jumping from pool to pool and went to the slides.

Very comfortable hotel, with many great options for spending quality time with your loved ones. Aqua World is filled with all sorts of water slides, swimming- and thermal pools. It can be fun and relaxing at the same time. It is also suitable for families with small children. The hotel also has an Oriental Spa as a wellness option, where you can enjoy the sauna world and some thermal pools. Both Aqua World and Oriental Spa offers outdoor swimming pools as well. The food is also great at Aqua Resort, in their self service restaurant there are a lot of food variations to choose from. The Lobby Bar offers many classic and seasonal drinks and cocktails. The Christmas atmosphere was really pleasant during our visit. All in all, a great place to stay with lots of entertainment and quality food.

I'm sorry to read that this resort discriminates against unvaccinated people. It's not mandatory yet you take side's and exclude almost 40%of the Hungarian population and who knows how many % of tourist just for virtue signalling. PEOPLE GET INFECTED VACCINATED OR NOT !!!

Hotel was fine, suite was lovely, food was typical 4* Hungary but I wish we’d just left on the last day instead of going back into the water park today - you get entry for half price but when we wanted to leave , with our three year old with a bleeding toe they wouldn’t let us use the closest exit and walk up to the hotel reception ….which was the only place we could pay off the wristband in case we did a runner over 15 euros having spent a thousand at the hotel ! Ridiculous, I found the staff at the public gate really disrespectful and completely lacking in customer service skills and the whole inflexible system from another time , probably the 90s

We spent 1,5 days in the hotel, it was really comfortable, the spa was amazing (some of the showers weren't working but that's the only bad thing I can think of) and the dinner was brilliant (delicious food and very enjoyable live music) The hotel is very well desgined and the staff were friendly. We will definitely return!

I think this was our most entertaining activity during our visit to Budapest. My 9-year-old son had a lot of fun. The staff was not trained enough, but as long as you can protect yourself, it was a great investment and we had fun all day. It is a place that has been carefully designed and thought out for children's entertainment.

As usual, we had a great stay in your hotel. It was our 16th stay in this facility since 2011. We appreciated the clean room and perfect services provided by your staff. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the Aquaworld was terrific. We will come back very soon for the next visit.

Amazing place for family. So much fun in the aqua park. It is clean, the rooms are clean too, but some bathrobes are old with holes and torn. Food is good, but not great. The staff are nice and helpful.

We really loved our stay at Aquaworld. Our rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast and dinner were great and water park with slides and pools was amazing. Even though the hotel seemed to be full it did not feel too crowded and we liked how much attention is being paid to safety in this area. Aquaworld Resort Budapest is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. Hope to be back one day.

we are a family of 6 (2 Adults & 4 children) And we visit aquaworld every year ,as always we are very Satisfied, the Overall cleanliness and Service is one of a kind. Definitely coming back again. PS A little improvement or Variation on the food specially the side-dishes would be great.

The hotel offers many good options for a family with delicious restaurants and food from breakfast to dinner. The room(apartment with two rooms) was incredibly clean and enormous. Some suggestions: in the room would be great to have clean products in the kitchen, and only one half-liter water bottle is really not enough for a room where you can accommodate 6 people. All the staff in the hotel was incredible, but the restaurant in the park has very bad staff working there.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a birthday party at Aqua World, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the vibrant and lively atmosphere of the venue, and I knew right away that I was in for a great time. The team truly outdid themselves, of course, the real star of the show at Aqua World is the amazing array of pools and water features. The water is crystal clear and well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and modern, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Aqua World for any kind of celebration, especially a birthday party. Whether you're looking for delicious food and drinks, exciting water features, or simply a fun and festive atmosphere, this venue has it all. Thank you!!!

The hotel is perfect for kids. Adults will find it noisy busy and crowded. The water park next to the hotel is great and very enjoyable despite the long waiting for the slides. Breakfast and dinner are good, could be better. The hotel is located outside the city so a taxi is needed in order to get the the nearby shopping center ( bolt most of the time is busy). I would expect the hotel to provide a shuttle service to the shopping center. We took family room which was large and comfortable. Nice place to spend a day or two while visiting in Budapest.

  • 5/5 Maxim B. 7 months ago on Google
We were surprised for the good. The location is bad if you plan on traveling in Budapest, but if all you plan is to go to the aqua park it's great. We really enjoyed it , both the hotel itself and the water park are very good. The food is OKish (and all the drinks even tap water are extra). The prices of food in the park itself are very reasonable. Lots of slides and activities and the spa area is also great. We would definitely consider it again for this type of vacation.

Nice and clean place, many slides, great dinners, 50 min.by bus to centre. Good place for children, have fun with animators at hotel, every day mini disco. We were there 2nd time.

  • 1/5 Unknown J. 8 months ago on Google
The worst employees with closed minds by NOT letting my son go on any of the slides because he is 129 cm and their policy dont let anybody below 130 cm go on the slides. We've been all over Europe and everybody let him go on all the slides. I even told the hungarian employees that I can sign a piece of paper for having the hole responsibility for my child if anything happens, but they say No. I'll never visit this worst country again! Shame on you!

We went to the Aquapark. Very good day out. Excellent pools and slides, a diving/jump board and very convenient to lock everything away and use wristband for purchasing food and drink. Towels hired were nice and soft. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent food, cleanliness, service at a high level. Twice we had to wait, at breakfast and at dinner, for a maximum of 10 minutes to be released. You have to pay extra for drinks.

It is very easy to travel with a baby, the restaurants have microwave ovens and child-seats available, the breafast and dinner includes canned baby food too. The spa and the pools are also family-friendly, the water temperature is very pleasant.

An amazing resort with loads of possibilities for an active and fun holiday with family. Children's attractions were limitless, it was weather independent (even if raining, it didn't affect usage of the waterpark etc.) the food was amazing, rooms spacious.... overall very pleasant and enjoyable experience, we are looking forward coming back again eventually. One thing we were indeed disappointed was the gym being closed for maintenance, despite us being informed at the reception about the opening times the day of our arrival. We would have loved to use it, as it seemed very well equipped.

  • 4/5 Mohammed A. 11 months ago on Google
The resort has many nice warm pools with jacuzzis. The slides are fun. Only if there was open slides would make my review 5stars. But recommend for one-two night visit.

This hotel is the best hotel in which I have ever been. The rooms were luxurious and so was the food. The rooms were also clean and the bathrooms aswell. The food was holy for my mouth. They have many options for entertainment such as a whole water park with a heated pool that's outside in the winter. The prices are actually very good for what you get. I can only recommend this hotel!!!

  • 5/5 Ivana P. 11 months ago on Google
Overall a wonderful experience. Perfect hotel for families, we knew about the limitations (no drinks included at dinner and all the extra charges) so we weren't surprised and the hotel prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at your hotel and aquaworld second time and we really enjoyed the place. Staff is very friendly, hotel is clean and for kids amazing - so many possibilities. Also the food is nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot again. Only thing during the weekends it gets very crowded and there were too many people.

  • 2/5 Dorin L. 2 years ago on Google
The staff is great but besides that from what I experienced it's all down hill from there, the indoor swimming pools smell very strong of urine and all the pools are always extremely crowded. The bathroom also smells very strong of urine and doesn't feel clean. The dinner is alright there are limited vegetarian or vegan options and breakfast is also extremely packed and difficult to retrieve food. I haven't gone to the spa or the gym but the pool experience which was the main attraction of the place was very uncomfortable and unenjoyable. Teenagers are less likely to enjoy this place and If you have any kind of anxiety I don't recommend you this place.

  • 3/5 Anna S. 8 months ago on Google
First I want to highlight the patience and willingness of your staff. What these people manage with the huge onslaught of crowds that flow towards you is truly respectable. Every morning and every evening, a huge rush of nerves. Not all customers know how to behave. The huge number of customers is the only thing that bothered me a lot when I visited you.

  • 2/5 alexandracimpian 5 months ago on Google
The whole experience was ruined by the unprofessional approach of some employees. We had no heating during the night and we didn’t get at least a proper apology. We were treated with disrespect even if they checked and confirmed that the heating was not working by their fault.

  • 5/5 Marija J. 5 months ago on Google
Rooms are beautiful, nice and spacious. We got a standard room with twin beds and sofa for the family of rour, it was the cheapest room option, but still, surprisingly big room, very comfortable beds with big and small pillows, bathroom with shower and bath, lots of storage room, huge window. They give you slippers and bathrobes. The staff is kind and helpful. Food is delicios and there is enough variety for breakfast and dinner. Aqua world is big, beautiful, with lots of pools and fun slides, and very clean (never been to water park this big that is this clean, so I'm very pleased). I knew that this resort is in the suburbs, a little too far from the city's main attraction, but that's why is so big and good. There is a free open parking and we travelled here by car, so we opted for choosing a shopping mall near city center, park there and then explore the city by public transport which is really good (we bouth group day ticket online). I would recommend this hotel to couples, families and business people, and would really like to come back and stay here again in the future.

Room not ready when we arrived - was supposed to be ready by 3pm - we arrived at 3.30 - still not ready. Two dirty bathrobes in the room - needed to wait till 5.15 pm to get clean ones, so we could finally get to the spa. Last day. Keys were supposed to work till 6pm - stopped working at 12 noon. had them recharged at reception - stopped working again at 5pm while loading the car.

We visited Aqua World more than a few times. Our kids love all the slides and the activities. Price is ok. There is a restaurant and a bar, there is a nice spa, so everything you might need for a good day of fun. The only thing we didn't like was the last time we visited in October both air and water temperature were quite low, so we were all cold and had to leave much soner than we expected.

  • 3/5 Milena R. 5 months ago on Google
Rooms were fine, stuff also very nice, everything was very clean. What we didn't like is that it is cold around pools, there is no floor heating so after first time, we didnt use pools at all. Sauna world is very nice and has a lot of saunas, but the noise in there is just too much. We understand that guests are making noise and not you but please try to make from sauna world quiet and pleasant area as it should be. Also, there is no Wi-Fi at all in Aquaworld area.

  • 3/5 Nagy Gergő G. 5 months ago on Google
It's not the cheapest (as a Hungarian) but it has great slides and great sauna selection. However, the food is overpriced and most of the time its not worth the price(fries is a great example, they look and taste like a 3 day leftover). When visiting the aquapark, in winter, calculate with low temperature through the whole building, jakuzzi and outside waters are cold. I got cold after going up the tower to slide down. Got 3* cos the food and the low temperature

In Aquaworld we are for several times and always maximally satisfied, The attitude of the staff is exemplary and very resoluting, very professional, both at the reception and in the restaurant and throughout the aquapark. Great and very good food The grandson began to ride with us and he was here for the third time and he asks when we will go again and that he liked it very much, this year he was intrigued by the Bongo monkeys that we had to buy one home on the road

It's a real gem for families with kids. Indoor play area, lots of kid-oriented amenities and events, a separate kid-serving area in the dining room with foods kids like, as well as formulas for babies and a microwave, then also lots of swimming pools with attractions, slides for all ages, etc... Our children were in 7th heaven and didn't want to leave! And the parents have a lot to look forward to as well, it's a very upscale hotel, the rooms looked fancy, as well as the main lobby and the hallways you pass on your way to your room. The food was great and plentiful, live music accompanied the dinner and the overall atmosphere really made us enjoy every moment.

  • 4/5 Miss O L. 4 months ago on Google
We have only been here for 1 day, and I'm impressed. I am an Independent Travel Agent, and I'm writing this review on the basis that this is a 4* establishment. So far, I can say they have a system that works, and the staff we have encountered have been helpful and polite (Natalie - room cleaner). On arrival, I asked if we could get a room with a pool view. Adam kindly told explained to us that we had paid for a standard room, but they found us a room with a partial pool view (I think he managed our expectations by first explaining). We received a WhatsApp message before arrival, and I had a few questions/requests about slippers and bathrobe for kids. They were quick to respond and provide us with the things that were missing. Day 1 dinner: This was our first meal. It was buffet style, and I don't rate their food. I tried a variety of the food trying to find one or two that would be my go-to, but I wasn't impressed at all. They were edible, but lukewarm temperature and not a lot of care in the preparation, e.g, the chicken leg has lots of fat dangling off it, this could have been trimmed. The spaghetti was not hot, and neither was the beef in sauce. I also tried the chocolate cake, which seemed to have orange jam or marmalades, but the jam tasted like too much orange extract was used. I may be wrong, but you get the gist. Aqua World was fab this morning, and it is free for guests. Remember to take your room key and towel from the room as you don't get towels by the pool. Also wear your swimsuits from your room and just put a bathrobe over. They provide bathrobes, and they are changed every 3 days. Their is a heated towel rail in the bathroom to dry your bathrobe and swim suits. We went half board, missed breakfast, but had some decent chips and chicken wings from a restaurant near the kids' pool at about 12 pm. Drinks are not included as part of half board. We paid £5.65 for 0.25 litre of Sprite and 750ml of water. I'm here alone with my 4 years old, so it's okay for us. We are popping to town tomorrow, we will get some bottles of water, soft drinks, biscuits, crisps, and chocolates as we normally do on holiday. I'll come back and update if anyone goes beyond and above or if they fall short. However, IMO, they have delivered on their promises so far. If you are looking for Dubai or Turkish 5* hotel kind of hospitality, this is not for you.

unfortunately I don't think we will ever come back. The aquapark area is very beautiful, I wouldn't have anything to complain about, maybe just the fact that it was super crowded. But the heat problem in the apartment made the whole experience one to forget about. The radiator in the bathroom was still very cold when we left after 3 days. we were a family with 2 children, I slept in the living room wrapped in a duvet and a robe and I'm not a cold person. On the first evening I don't think we had more than 16-17 degrees in the room, and the hot water came around 11pm when we managed to take a shower. after two discussions at the reception, a gentleman from the technical department came at 9pm and told us that everything was ok, and the next day a second team came and repaired something on the radiators. The thermostat in the room was permanently set to the highest temperature and it barely warmed up a few degrees after working continuously during the day. I would also mention the very long distance from the apartments area to the spa area. Ask for a “carafa” if you want to receive water ar the restaurant for free. Or else they won’t ask you which kind of water to bring you and you will have to pay for it. The food was good, nothing to comment here.

Concept perfect. Cleanliness perfect. Personal very good. But i do not think that the policy of your hotel is in favor for foreign tourists. In my case where i am dépendant of taxi and air flight, i was not in a confortable situation on my checkout. You propose late checkout and i was ready to pay but not possible for this option on this day. You propose me a 50% discount only for a full day (i needed only 3h of comfort until my taxi to arrive) ticket, no discount for the 3h ticket. I was found to wait in the lounge for 3h. The manager proposed me a free entry but i didnt use it because i do not wanted to have free entrance. My goal was to make the management realise to facilitate those tourists who come from very far. I will maybe come back again.

Good aqupark in Budapest the was fare for the 3 hours but i like hot watter like 38-39 celcius but there max like 34-35 in sauna you don't have to be naked can with shotrs t-shirt what total not nice for your safety the rest was ok.

The aquaworld area is great, it has a lot of slides for all ages, good food for an pool resort. Definitely worth to visit it. The rooms were large enough and clean with some minor defects: like the noisy AC or the bathroom door which couldn't be closed. The restaurant it's pretty decent, you may find always something you like but I would recommend to go out to a real restaurant for dinner. The lounge are it's ok, the service it's a bit too slow when crowded.

Great place for families, lot of attractions, very good ratio between price / service. Area for improvement: cleanness around pools & in shower baths and behavior of lifeguards. I found their communication as arogant in some situations.

The slides are awesome but the lines for them is waaay too long, and it was not on a weekend day. We purchased a 3 hour pass but more than half of it was just staying in queue and the red/green lights were not working correctly. I gave up and tried the pools and the jacuzzi, they were fine, but we went there for the slides and waiting 20 minutes for a slide was not a good deal. The design of the whole place is wonderful, looks like on photographs.

The swimming ticket is great in the morning. I can swim some lengths then go to the sauna.

  • 4/5 Sanja S. 2 years ago on Google
The food was good but average for a four star hotel. I resent unnecessarily very strict conditions (130cm) for using some slides, I don't think it's necessary. Much more "dangerous" slides near by (Croatia; Slovenia) can be used by children from 110 -120 cm. I have no objections to everything else, it was in line with expectations.

Very nice hotel if you're planning to stay a few days at the water park. Our reservation included breakfast and dinner. What they forgot to mention is that during meals, beverages are not included, and are extra charged. Water park facilities are good, and heated during winter.

We had a great experience at Aquaworld Resort Budapest. The room was nice and clean, great amenities. The breakfast and dinner had a vast variety of dishes and options to choose from, very tasty. We felt welcomed and staff members were happy to help with any requests. The pools were great, The Bongo Club was great and our daughter liked it so much.

Good water park experience overall, especially for start winter time. Almost all the amenities can be experienced inside, regardless of the weather, the water is hot, clean and inviting. Food was good and cheap, sauna is included in the price of entry, and good selection is available. I liked that accessing everything with the wristbands was quick and easy, no queues or fiddling with cash inside. Not quite 5 stars, as the water slides were mediocre, the aquapark at Mogyoród had much better slides.

It's a lovely place to stay with the family. The air was a bit dry in the rooms, and we had a bit of trouble sleeping, but otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Aquaworld Dunakeszi has a lot to offer and the cost is reasonable. We loved the view of the park and mountains, and the variety of water activity options available. Management would do well to focus a little more on maintenance and upkeep as there were some repairs and renovations that should have been done -- for example, the drain cover in the bathtub was broken and the Mandala Pool needed cleaning. We shared what we noticed with the front desk staff who expressed interest. We would stay at Aquaworld again.

A very good stay for families with a good quality/price ratio. Some things could ve improved, such the apartments. The facilities are very good, the kids are happy.

We have been there twice. First time was fine. At the second time, the room was not ready, we had to wait 2 hours. No Problem, because we could go to the aquaworld instead. When we came back, there were 3 receptionists and we had to wait 40 minutes (!) to get our keycards. They needed 15-20 minutes per guest. Seriously? They should improve their Check-in system or hurry up. I worked as a receptionist and can't understand, why this took so long. The two stars are for the room. They are nice and clean. The breakfast is quite good.

Excellent indoor water park next to an upper class hotel. Pools, water slides, saunas, programs. Prices are high, quality and the facilities are excellent.

Not really safe. I was riding down a slide with my son on the double boat. The boat suddenly turned over at high speed, we bumped painfully and had to get off the slide. The personnel saw us exiting from the slide without a boat but ignored that. The slide name was Ufo

Always great adult fun swimming here or being in two of the Jacuzzis or outside in steamy water during winter. Many types of saunas, that you don’t find anywhere around, and a great buffet.

This place was the best! We stayed while exploring Budapest and honestly could have spent like a week in the hotel alone. It's a little out of the way but totally worth it.

Stayed for 3 nights in a family suite. Overall a pleasant stay, we'll be back in the future for sure. positive: easily accessible from the RIng by car, multiple public transportation options within 10min walking distance to get to the city center, pool area is large with many slides which is great for kids (but gets crowded on the weekend), helpful staff, spacious rooms and large dining area negative: rooms should be maintained better (broken shower head and clogged drain in ours), room cleaning was skipped on one of the days, food options are average and for a hotel with a lot of children as guests, it surprised me that there is no free water available for dinner (it is stated that beverages for dinner must be paid, so this is more of a proposal)

The tubes were a lot of fun and the little one appreciated the dedicated area for him. However some things were not really at their best: nobody told us the bracelet has a number for the associated locker, there was no number on it and after we found from other clients that we should find our number - the bracelet reader was not working…; the directions sign were totally random and misleading, we had to go back to entrance to ask for towels when they could have asked us about them when paying, some areas/pools were not that interesting and not used resulting in others being too crowded, and at the end we could not take a shower as the water temperature was too hot and didn’t have a mixer to adjust it… (not to mention about soap and others) Was a fund day overall but some things could be very easily improved.

Great hotel with one of the best closed aqua park in the region. Food is excellent with wide selection of everything (more like selection in 5 star hotels). It is quiet at night and they have some additional entertainment for children of all ages.

Stayed in end of November/start of December due to dental surgery, traveling alone. Overall my stay was quite nice. I did not use the spa services but the spa area looks quite nice. Nice clean rooms.

The general impression is that the whole hotel needs renovation. Hinges are loose, scratches/cuts on furniture/floor and chairs are shaking. Also, the already crowded dinner-hall (almost no space between the tables to walk) gets stuffed with people during events, when the hotel is sold out. But the greatest disadvantage is a so-called spa. On Monday there are only Thai-Massages available but even more ridiculous is the fact that from Monday to Wednesday no beautician is available! But don’t choose the possibility to extend your stay until Thursday! Because then there of course is no appointment available! That’s why we spent additional money for NOTHING!! Additionally, the hygienic situation of the Aqua World is in doubt when both teens get skin irritations and itchy areas after two days of being in the water. The best part to mention is the staff (beside the ones in the spa) who are friendly and very helpful. It seems to be as almost everywhere today that the management is incompetent and the goal s to maximize the earnings. Therefore the employees to their very best but of course they cannot compensate for poor infrastructure and the spa disaster. Sorry to say but the stay wasn’t worth the money!

Fantastic! We decided after visiting the thermal baths that we would take our baby to aqua world so she could enjoy too! It was great, very quiet when we went midweek in the afternoon. It was a fair price around £15 per adult and under 3 years are free. We were allowed 3 hours and free access to the spa. There were so many pools, the baby pool was HUGE. There was also a warm indoor and outdoor pool we could take our baby, as well as a cooler wave pool. The adults got to use the flumes, lazy river and spa as well as paying extra for a massage! It was great finishing the evening off with having a snack and drink at the poolside cafe without having to leave the pool area. Highly recommend on a rainy day or just in general.

A nice place to stay for a night. We also had massages in the spa, which were fine as well. Breakfest is good, and the cafe in the park is great to get children full till dinner :). There is some issue with the towels, you should bring those from your room. It is a bit less convenient, since you are limited both with the number of towels, an I could not find a way to replace those for dry ones. Not a big deal, but inconvenience. Saunas of the park are larger and more versatile than the spa comlex in the hotel, open only for adults, so be aware not to bring your kids in. We felt (our 12 yo kids ) that one day in the park is enough, and you get to try all the slides and pools. Absolutely a place to visit, but no reason to stay for more than one night.

Great resort that's easier and close to Vienna. We had half board and buffet is superb with great variety. Great staff and service. Our balcony view was amazing too form the 7th floor. Perfect for family and summer time would have been perfect. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in aquaworld resort! We started there for two nights with our kids (age 11, 13) and they loved it and enjoyed every minute. The facilities are great and the staff was very friendly starting from the reception and check in (the room - junior suite was ready before time and the kindly and graciously upgraded us) and the park/spa. Great value for money . No question we’ll be back!

We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience, especially with the kids. Great hotel for couples and families. Amazing food, super clean and safe facilities, impeccably maintained pools and saunas, nice and friendly staff. A shuttle service to Budapest and the mall nearby would be highly appreciated. I strongly recommend Aquaworld Budapest to everyone!

An excellent hotel for families with children. Aqua Park has a large number of pools, as well as open and closed water slides suitable for all ages. Everything is clean and well organized, the hotel is big, the rooms are very nice and tidy, and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly. I have no complaints.

We had 3 nights with 3 little kids there. Room was spacious, 2 connected bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which we adored. Very clean, comfortable. There is big in-door playground for kids, which our kids loved so much. In-door pools are amazing, water is so warm and nice. Also perfectly clean. Suggestions would be to remove part of the sunbeds during the slow season, since most of them are empty all day, but they are positioned too close one to another, so you don' have that comfortable and luxurious feeling which is notable in the rest of the complex. Water slides are nice, and they work enough time during the day so you can actually enjoy them. Our kids were fascinated with in-and- out pools, and we enjoyed with them. Everything is well organized, so we enjoyed very much. One thing they could maybe change is that pool towels maybe can be changed somewhere near the pool, and not in the room by the mades, because you usually go to the pool before the made visits your room in the morning, so you can't start your day with clean towel. We will definitely come again to this hotel.
