I’ve been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for a long time but NOT ANYMORE. I was waiting for my colleague to arrive for a meeting, thus wasn’t ordering things for around 15-20 mins, to do it together. One of the workers approached me with a comment “the places here are only for customers, so order something”. Then 5 mins later - the second worker did the same, with same approach, whenI already explained who/ why am I waiting for. I believe it’s inappropriate to come to a regular customer with the a comment like this. If you are concerned I won’t order things approach me and ask “would you like something to drink/eat” and if my answer is no then “inform me on the rules”. But considering I was a customer here for more than a year - and i definitely know the rules - it was just rude. I’m looking forward for the official reply. Worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. You pay in advance so the waitress asked me if i wanted to tip or not. I said not, given the price is already higher than average and I’m a student as well, and got that light brown, very watery americano in return. I’m not sure if those two are related.
