👍👍 I love tea, but this was my first time experiencing traditional tea. We had a wonderful time and got a great explanation of how it all works. Friendly people and a very cozy tea house. The tea is of great quality and was bought directly from the farmers in Asia. A must-visit for tea lovers! People often mention teas,

An oasis in Budapest. The owners source the tea all themselves from small farms in China and Japan and can answer literally any question you through at them about the teas. The decor is very new, homely and stylish too. A great place to have a nice, warm cup of tea as the weather gets colder. I had matcha (one from their extensive list) and it came with a cup of hot, green tea and a pistachio and cranberry biscuit. I might have to make another trip to Budapest just to visit this place again!

By far the best matcha and selection of Japanese teas in Budapest. They are certified by Japanese foreign trade ministry (or something like that). Also fantastic Chinese puers, Taiwanese oolongs and other hand picked teas from China. They also sell exquisite selection of ceramic tea ware that’s great as gifts and for your house. And they sell high quality Japanese incense sticks 👍👍👍

Outstanding tea 🍵 and valuable education provided at the shop! Our love for tea is taken to the next level of feeling it, and most importantly learning how to make a perfect pot of tea. Grateful for the tea and the experience from the bottom of my tea cup 🤍

Top tier tea selection and quality. The owners have done all their homework and built many connections/relationships with tea farms all over Asia. There is an extensive list of teas at the front desk. You can buy tea brewing equipment for loose leaf, matcha, and ceremonial brewing sets as well. There are no flavoured teas. I believe there was a new list of herbal teas the last time I went. Delivery is an option as well.

Great place for tea, all hand sourced straight from the origin/producer!

Recommended by a friend and I have no idea why she fancies this place. I got ignored for 10 minutes, and after I asked for some assistance again they treated me like I did something wrong! Rubbish place!

I came in when there were 2 people before me, and only got a nod from the owner in the beginning, which was understandable since he was busy tending to the previous guests. I wanted to try some Japanese incense and bought some based on the smell alone. The owner's tone in asking questions/ explain things kind of make me felt like he was looking down on my inexperience... It did get a bit better in the end, but still left me feel quite unwelcoming, especially since he seemed more warm and welcoming to the other guests. Aside from that, both incense brands are nice. They both have distinct yet not overwhelming aromas. Plus, they emit less smoke than traditional incense (those you use in temples, etc.).
