As a raw food chef I know a good raw cake when I taste one. I had the pleasure of eating two of them here, accompanied with some oat cappuccino. The cappuccino was oké, but the cakes were really nice! Flavors well balanced and really pretty. I think both of the cakes could've used a pinch of salt in them, but otherwise they were one of the loveliest I've eaten 🤗 Nice structures (gets lost a lot in raw cakes) and playful combinations.. And not to forget, a really sweet young lady with a nice smile and a warm feeling. Would definitely come back, and maybe have a smoothiebowl 👍
