If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Best place I’ve ever been to for cocktails. Service was exceptional. Bartenders really know what they are doing, I came here with a bartender and she was impressed by all she saw! The staff made us feel at home (even though we were both from the UK). They all spoke their best English to us and even helped us learn some basic Hungarian such as “thank you”. Made us feel to welcome that we came two nights in a row! Can’t wait to revisit when I come to this amazing city again :)

My favourite cocktail Bar in Budapest. A year ago I could go to their “Old Fashioned Week” and I could taste their Ginger old fashioned cocktail. It was amazing! I adore the interior, such as the London phone booth toilet and the wine barrel wash basin. Huge selection of great cocktails and spirits. 🥃

Clean, neat and very cozy place. No wonder, that this is one of the best cocktail bars in Budapest. The staff is super friendly and skilled to make the best out of the (best) ingredients. We tasted several cocktails and all of them were served in a fantastic way and the taste.. mhmm. Be sure to make a reservation if you want to stay not just for an hour or so! :)

Very cheeky promos, the moment they bring the menu the waiter suggests a very "delicious, smokey, special" old fashioned, which as an old fashioned lover I decided to get a round of. To my surprise I got it served in diminute glasses of around 180ml with half of it with ice. I immediately told the waiter that these were not "the" old fashioned glasses as those usually are 300ml with a thick base. The waiter said, that "those are" the old fashioned glasses despite my explanation, he didn't offer to change it, apologise, or to bring something else, just pushed them onto our table. Clearly they want to serve the less amount possible for the highest price without caring of the client's opinion and their experience. I don't recommend this place.

Wonderful place for spirits and cocktail lovers. The choice is huge, for whisky but also gin and rum. You can get some simple snack food to go with your tastings. Visited this bar with my friend between the dates 12-15/3. We had a reservation for two and were leaded to our table on time by a very kind server. The atmosphere and the service are fabulous: energetic staff that are passionate and knowledgeable about their job. They have an extended list of homemade cocktails , the classics and of course various types of pretty much every alcohol. We had two of their cocktails which were fabulous , one flight of whiskeys and one flight of rums. Definitely recommend it!

Very disappointed in some of the staff there last night and to be met with hostile looks from the server behind the bar was no less than rude. We were sitting and spending lots of money. Apparently we couldn’t squeeze one more of our party in at our table. They turned others from our party away even though there was room at the bar where others were also sitting. Nothing less than rubbish service and attitude. Will not be back.

Visited on a Saturday evening shortly after opening. A group of 4, we didn't made a reservation but they kindly offered us a table which was reserved for somebody else coming later. We were slightly disappointed because it took utterly long time until the waiter came to take our order and then again quite long while the ordered drinks arrived (mind there wasn't many guests at that time). The rest of the experience was ok, we tried bar's signature drinks 🍸 Tchaikovsky - served in a porcelain swan; 🍸 Claude Monet garnished with grape and cheese, 🍸 Matilde Montoya 🍸 Émilie du Châtelet - served under a glass bell filled with wooden smoke. It's a shame that the experience was affected by the slow service. Otherwise we would stay for the second round and tried more drinks. Maybe next time?

Fantastic experience, great service all around from the different staff who tried their best to cater to our needs with our limited Hungarian. They spoke English well and even were so kind as to offer shots on the house (6 of us ordered 2 drinks each). Loved the atmosphere - pretty chill with nice music and ambient lighting. Yesterday, as always, we had an amazing night at Good Spirit Bar!😍 Their new cocktails are incredibly delicious and amazing as well as the bartenders provide a very fun atmosphere. The best bar in Budapest for sure! Also, relating to the previous 2 negative comments, personally I witnessed the situation and I can confidently confirm that it didn’t happen like it was described in the comments. The group didn’t tell the bartenders that they are expecting extra people and therefore despite the strong effort of the bartenders, it was physically impossible to seat the extra 4 people as there were only 5 seats at that table and the bar was fully packed. It’s a shame that they left with such experience from this amazing cocktail bar that only caused me beautiful memories.
