The food was delicious, although I have had better elsewhere. However, the service left much to be desired. Firstly, the staff were very unfriendly. We initially addressed them in English but then my girlfriend switched to Hungarian. The waitress seemed irritated and stressed, asking us which language we spoke and if we could communicate in English. This abrupt change in attitude was off-putting. Furthermore, even though I gave a tip, the owner was not particularly friendly during the payment process. It seemed as though he was not appreciative of the gesture. In conclusion, while the food at Eur Indiai Restaurant was tasty, the overall experience was marred by the unfriendly service and lack of hospitality. I would recommend considering other options for a more pleasant dining experience.

Súper tiny little hole in the wall restaurant with amazing food. We tried three different chicken dishes and they were all delicious. You can smell the tasty spices from the street and as soon as you come in, a very friendly Indian man greets you with a smile. I loved how nice and helpful he was. The portions are descent which matched the prices. It does take a bit to get the food but it’s probably because they are making it as you order. Everything was fresh and hot! The atmosphere is not the best, but the food makes up for that.

Amazing North Indian food. The staff is super friendly, and will customize your order according to your needs. The place is small but cosy. Prices are reasonable. I had the Madras chicken, rice and a really good mango lassie. Highly recommend this family-vibe Indian restaurant 🙌

The samosa was all right, felt a bit underwhelming in terms of flavour. The garlic naan was delicious, but the cumin rice was also a bit underwhelming. The cumin wasn’t perfuming the rice like id expected, and the amount of cumin seeds sometimes gave a numbing taste in my mouth, and the basmati wasn’t as fragrant as the one im used to eating. The mango curry with chicken was good but a little too sweet and one-dimensional. The other curry we had also felt like a diluted version of what my friend and i were expecting. Great service, though.

Good food for a good price 😍 Their paneer butter masala is one of the best I have ever had. The samosas are also delicious! Highly recommend it

The restaurant has a homey feel to it, it's small but cozy. If you like family owned restaurants then this is the one for you. The guy working there was so nice and really friendly, we chatted with him for a bit and he made us smile and laugh which made the whole experience memorable. The food was so, so good. The naan bread was delicious and we had to get seconds. For 10€ a person we were both full, happy and were talking about how great this restaurant was for days. This is probably the best restaurant we have been to in Budapest.

Very delicious authentic Indian cuisine. The owner is very nice, he offered to make my favourite dish vegan :) There are a few vegan and more vegetarian options on the menu. I recommend to give a try! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic! The food was really good and came in just 5-7 minutes. Spicy level is European but they bring you dried chilli if you want it really hot. We took mild chicken coconut curry, medium paneer curry and a spicy lamb madras. A perfect combination to try many tastes at once.

Excellent Indian food at very reasonable prices. The owner is a really nice guy and the staff seem to enjoy the good atmosphere he's created. It was nice to see some different dishes on the menu, like mango chicken and spinach saag. Mango lassi is 5🌟 as well.

Most authentic Indian culinary experience so far in Budapest. Well priced, not fancy but more like a home environment and the owner/chef is very amicable and welcoming.

We had a great experience here, the food was delicious and the employees also very polite and professional. We had a chance to choose spicyness level of our meals and the employee was not just extremely kind but also a very funny and wise man. When you are in Budapest you must visit this restaurant! 🙏♥️

Just came to EUR Indiai and had the most amazing experience. Not only was the service amazing but the food was even better. Very well priced and great portions. The lady serving us was extremely helpful and had lots of recommendations for us. As we were finishing up our meal the owner came up and checked in on us and was extremely nice and thankful that we were eating his food. He’s extremely passionate about his restaurant and you can tell by the great flavors. 100% recommend this restaurant if you are in Budapest. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious food, I love Indian cuisine. Fast and polite service, moderate prices. The place itself is small simple, modest and clean. The menu assortment is not very wide but enough. Vegetarian dishes available too. Easy approach, parking possibility is on the street nearby. Free parking on Sundays. I recommend highly for low budget guests, tourists as well The portions are substantial.

A cozy, tiny restaurant close to the Nyugati square with a very friendly staff and air, a sensational Indian food from a hand of a born Indian guy with friendly prices as well. I can speak about them only in superlatives, if you like Indian food it's a MUST when you're in town! Yummyyy! 🙂 You can eat there or take away and they are up to net pincér as well yet, which is a good point! 🙏

This restaurant is very cosy! The menu is huge, there's tons of authentic options and the service is amazing. Very good prices. The owner is very nice and he will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The food was very tasty. Me and my friends had a great time trying several things. Delicious indian food. Very fresh and you can taste the richness of ingredients and spices. The portions for nan bread are, big, so for 2 people you only need 1 i would suggest hahah. And with the curries too you're getting a good amount for a meal if you eat it with rice. The only thing is their rice portions are a bit small (if you ask for the small box) but its not too much to ask for a big one or 2 small next time. Had a great meal, look forward to trying more on the menu in upcoming times

Order food after reading good reviews here, one of worse dinner I had, there was no paneer in paneer Paratha and paneer in gravy taste like something else, it's not good quality. Never disappointed like this 😐

Very kind chef and staff. The place looks unspectacular but everything was clean and it had a nice atmosphere. The food was great and low priced. We payed 12€ for two meals and softdrinks. Can't ask for more!

I came here to try it once and immediately was captivated by its flavors. I have not had a bad dish here. The roti was my regular choice, but the Naan is fantastic upgrade. Because of the reasonable price, I visit several times a week.

Out of 3 days in Budapest, we went there twice. Food was delicious, it’s not easy to find authentic indian food outside India. Try the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan!!!!! Try the kulfi as well. Staff is kind and warm.
