Small but excellent bar. If you are looking for astonishing cocktails in terms of taste and presentation, this is the place to be. Awesome atmosphere as well as bar keepers. These guys know how to make a cocktail and a show. Definitely highly recommended.

The bar has good selection of alcohol but thats it. They can’t save a cocktail by smoking it. When you come to the bar the smoke from smoking gun hits your face. Cocktails have too much ingredients and are unbalanced… and at the they charged us with service charge, are you for real?! You have to order on the bar there is no service what so ever… you order your cocktail at the bar and you have to bring it to the table yourself that is the service, really? And if you are bigger group you don’t get drinks together you get one by one… it wasn’t pleasant experience

A great find. They have 65+ gins on the menu plus whiskeys, rums and vodka although gin is clearly their specialty! Nice, friendly, knowledgeable service too. Can definitely recommend for anybody who loves gin....or is thirsty! 🤪

Such an awesome bar - Great variety of cocktails with some amazing twists! The bar staff and owner are unbelievably friendly and have a cute dog. The vibe is super chilled and the cocktail presentation is next level! Absolutely worth a visit!

Really good Gin Tonics but quite pricey.

You just have to love these kind of gems in big cities, when the streets are crowded and louded with tourists, then you enter here and feel like its an oasis. The owner is extremely chill and funny guy, who putting his heart and soul in it. Drinks are awesome, atmosphere is laid back. I will definitely visit again. Cheers Martin 🥂

Excellent gin and cocktail bar. Very well versed owner/bartender. Some funky cocktails to try. Make sure to reserve a table on weekends. One of my favourite places in Budapest.

Schrödinger Macskája is a very friendly and cozy spirit bar, well-situated in a nice, happening part of Budapest. Their liquor selection is excellent, having over 150 kinds of spirits. I'll definitely be returning there for a drink or five!

Great place, cool vibes, fun and soothing jazz that fits perfectly to the bar's atmosphere, the mixologist is amazing! Original cocktails, he's making a lot of the ingredients on his own and they are wonderful. we told him what flavores we like and what we don't and he made us the perfect mix to our flavour. Strongly recommended!!

Decent and well balanced cocktails that are not overly sweet. They have some more unique cocktails to try as well as more traditional ones. The staff were friendly and professional. Most of the ingredients are made in-house which is a nice touch.

Amazing gin and cocktail bar in the middle of Budapest. I’ve tried several of the cocktails and each one was better than the last. Flavors are well balanced and unique. They also have a large selection of gin. This is my go-to place when I visit Budapest. The bartender and staff are very friendly and is able to answer any questions you may have. My personal favorites are the rum & spices and the brown butter old fashion cocktails.

Great place to go for a drink it's cosy size but not super busy. It's a cocktail fest in here. You can get regular drinks too but they really make the cocktails super special with the way they prepare them for you. You have to try one. They also have around 42 types of gin if you want to find something for a long drink.

There is only alcohol, and too dark. No soft drink. No food. But the mood is very good. The scent is really nice for me.

Outstanding in every way. The cocktails are brilliant and creative. The only thing it's missing is a selection of finger food or snacks.

Best Bloody Mary that I’ve ever had!!! I usually don’t write reviews but this coctail bar really deserves the appreciation! Definitely a treasure in Budapest.

Meh. Quite a disappointment. Staff member didn't interact with us and you had to go up to order, which felt quite standoffish. One of the members of staff just stood behind the bar doing practically nothing and the drinks werent great. The negroni we had by the other guy were much better mixed. Wouldn't go back or recommend unfortunately as there are better bars close by with better attention to detail

Wonderful cocktails... Lot of différent drinks and the barman is a very nice person.

Far too much smoke, couldn't enjoy the cocktail because of it. Also too many ingredients meaning a very long wait!

Many types of gins available (although not all from the menu are in stock), great place for gin&tonic. Reservation is a must, the place has only few tables.

Mediocre experience. Large, albeit unbalanced selection of spirits, no real atmosphere, distant and aloof staff.
