Very dissppointed😡😡i came there i was no 62 on The line, she call all those who orded behold me up to no 91, when i Ask her about my food, she wanted a receipt for my order knowing that their system doesn’t print receipts, 😡😡i had to argue until i Ask for my refund, which became an issue, The useless manager came and refunded me my money, there were very rude, and never apologized to me!!! This was on The 27/6/22 at 10:38-23:30!!!!!!

Decent food, but the automatic machines do not print a receipt which means there's no way to use the bathroom and there are no available napkins

Poor quality of food. I ate burgers and fries. The Bun of the burger was a century old, and the chicken strips were fried hours before and cold. Overall it wasn't tasty at all compared to other branches of KFC in Budapest.

Food items we ordered were spicy, in our home country it’s not like that. We got wrong sauce. On the recipe we got from machine, weren’t any code for toilet or at least we didn’t understand because the language is in Hungarian.

The KFC in Budapest delivered a delightful experience with its finger-lickin' good menu. The crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the sides were a tasty complement. Friendly staff and quick service added to the positive vibe. Clean ambiance, but limited seating detracted slightly. Overall, a lip-smacking visit!

I was told of an incident by friends which occured near the end of September 2023 at KFC Deák Tér at night. They were insulted, provoked, shoved and pepper sprayed without provocation by a security guard just because their skin was not white basically. The guard kept repeating "No English, go home" and another security guard who did not even work there also participated. The only one who was not pepper sprayed was the one white guy. Accordingly, I would suggest just to not visit this establishment on principle as there was no proper reaction or even an apology to address this. At the same time, I would like to inquire whether there has been an internal review or investigation in connection with this incident? I believe that would be the very least that should happen in such a situation. Thank you.

Worst ever kfc experience, if you dont believe, just try it. No cashier, 1 person speaking hungarian in the whole restaurant, complete chaos in the kitchen, almost all orders missing something, drink machines out of order or working but only giving you water instead of the drinks. Our order was showing as ready to pick up but still had to wait another 15 minutes, than the drinking glass was missing, also some eings as well. It is the picture in the dictionary next to terrible experience

A branch with fast and polite employees. The coke machine was broken when I ordered my menu. When I finally rebelled, somewhat unhappily, they immediately rushed to fix the problem. Even though it is very busy today, they have really clean and fast services, I thank them.

It was complete chaos. I waited for my food almost 30 minutes. And when I asked them what's wrong they told me just to keep waiting. I thought that fastfood means you get your food really fast, but here doesn't work like that. I will never go there again.

The most disg usting kfc I’ve ever been to. Literally give you leftovers from the back and you have to wait 30min to get your order. Run away go somewhere else

Getting to the rest room using the check only - but the access code is not mentioned on the check, you have to ask specifically. Then you are told the 4-digit code which you have to remember - and then you are in the WC which provides no tissues for you. Let alone the place being dirty

Missing items from the order, incorrectly prepared food items, rude customer service. Not a word of Hungarian spoken by the person handling your order, and though I understand that most people nowadays do speak English, I would expect that a restaurant in Hungary is able to accommodate people who only speak Hungarian. The place was dirty, as well.

DONT EAT HERE. Ordered 30 mins ago. Still waiting here and typing this review. Most unprofessional and worst experience at KFC Ever. Better to go home and eat than waiting here with toddlers. Useless service. I asked can I get shake without ICE they guy at the counter said NO. I mean if I can get same service in Berlin and India why not in Budapest?

We went here as a couple. The ordering menu was a labyrinthine mess, with no human counterman to help with our order. There were only 4 working screens for a legion of customers. They mixed our different meals in one big bucket. The French fries for two were way small for two. Some soft drinks were evidently watered down, with barely any taste, then the dispenser stopped working altogether. Some tables were dirty, disgusting. The computer printed no receipt, so we needed some tricks to get into the toilet, which was dirty, there was no soap, the hand dryer was out of order. All this for a relatively hefty price. An utter disaster throughout.

I ate here often and the food quality is inconsistent. So sometimes everything went right, and sometimes your chicken tastes like pure salt and smell like old oil. Totally depending on your LUCK? lol

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DRINK? ( TAKE AWAY ) Honestly, I didn’t want to mention this problem as a review but we have to pay certain amount as a fee when you want to take away the order. Only because of it, I am sharing my bad experience. So, my order had drink and the straws where empty ( run out ) from the straw box. So, I went to the counter and asked the person ( Indian guy ) but he directed me to the same position it was supposed to be. I told him it’s empty and I think it’s his responsibility to bring the straw pack from inside and put it there but that person doesn’t seems to be helpful. He had a doubt and checked himself that it was empty and simply replied me with “Sorry” and ignored me. He was neither busy in counter as I waited until no one is there so that he can help me by refilling the straw box. Totally, irresponsible person. I later had to wait and ask another person who simply went inside and brought the pack without any hesitation. I took the image of second person filling up the empty box. Also, the order machine on this KFC doesn’t work at all. I guess they have 5 or 6 but most of them doesn’t accept payment. Totally useless. You will select your order by spending some good time and then be disappointed as the payment doesn’t work. Good luck to everyone if they are visiting this place.

Just tried iTwists! Prefer them to the cheeseburger, but they are more snack/kid size, so adults will definitely need two. Wrap is nice and toasted. If you want a more fresh taste, pair with salad~

Never had such rude service. Girls behind the desk (Viktor) just stood on her phone ignoring customer, and when she did have the audacity to serve customers. Her attitude and expressions were appalling. I was given the wrong order and definitely no where near what I paid. Just wanted to get out the place so i took it and left. AWFUL.

Absolute chaos, no invoice for orders (was told it was normal), it's been 20 min, order's still stuck. Should've eaten my cat instead. Edit: when I finally got my order, the workers were very nice, despite being visibly tired from all the running around.

I understand the fact that the KFC was runs up until 3am, but the place was messed up. I even had to clean my table and seat because it was messed up by the last person that used it. The management should try and employ more people to work the late shifts and also pay attention to keeping the place neat.

It was very good food. But people are pigs and don't clean after themselves and staff doesn't have enough time to clean everything. The screens for ordering weren't working.
