We would not recommend this place. It was at a good location to visit the city but the detailed finish of the room was not good. The wifi connection was bad. The light in the hallway would swich on automatically but did not switch off during the whole stay(5 days) . The light comes through the curtains and the closed door, which makes it hard to fall asleep and it woke us up earlier then we wanted to. The water temperature in the shower was not steady and would, during a 10-15 min shower, change to extremely hot or extremely cold multiple times. It was not pleasant at all. If you'd stay a little bit too long in the shower the light would automatically switch off. We only got one pair of fresh towels the 4th day of our stay. We didn't cook but the kitchen would be way too small to cook properly. There was too little space between the bed and the cupboard, which was quite annoying and there was no socket by one side of the bed. There are little notes everywhere with possible charges eg. 'if a tower is missing, charge 10 euros'. The beds weren't very comfortable and the cushions were useless. Nevertheless, the city of Budapest is still worth a visit!

It was the worst choice in my life. Reception is situated in another place. The apartment was uncomfortable with awful view to abandoned building. They have 100 euros fine for almost everything, but they don't take responsibility for guest's stuff. I recommend everyone to find another variant for equal price

There was a smell in the room, also because the (dirty) bathroom was not well ventilated. There was only one fan. Very serious thing and that they do not make the daily change of towels, they do not provide soaps and cleaning of the room if not with a surcharge (I bought the towels and soap). Unfriendly staff

Lovely spacious room, with a fully furnish kitchen. Very nice and friendly staffs. We checked out and forgot an ipad and they took it to the reception and we got it back later that day. 100% Recommend for a place in Budapest. Also very close to the city center

Quite comfortable rooms in a ancient but renivated building. Big spaces inside, although with a very basic furniture. Extras are also optional: no coffee/tea in the kitchen, nor soap for the shower (you have to use the one for the basin, located outside the shower glasses). Very few hangers in the closet, make this hotel mainly indicated for back-packers. Parking is also sort of a trouble, given the central location. Wifi is good working. Heating is not working (april). One thing which can be annoying is the whole lot of mails that the staff is sending you after the reservation. 7

Rooms were ok but heaters were not working. When we complained about it they told it is centralized issue so can't do anything about it. It was really difficult to sleep as nights are cold. They didn't provide any solution even when you paid full price for a room.

Impolite staff! The woman in the reception who meets guests know nothing about hospitality and handling customers! Cause I commented on their services in Expedia, they answered me so rude as if they have a fight in a street. Instead of analyzing customers' reviews and improve their services, they turn so offensive and insult anyone who comment on them. Never had such experience in the world. NOT POLITE! NOT PROFESSIONAL! BAD SERVICE!

We enjoyed our stay at this place (3.ish/5 stars). The reception was smooth and self-check in and check out was very well organized. I really appreciate it. The studio is well equipped for all the needs of two people. One can prepare warm meals and obviously make good coffee. However, there are some downsides. The floor is dusty and cleanliness can be improved. Another important thing was that the room is too bright for summer days. They just have a pink colored roll on. Ideally they should have blackout curtains. We couldn't get good sleep in the afternoon because of that and woke up very early due to the sun. These things are relative and can be improved. Apart from these, the stay is enjoyable.

We were staying six nights. The rooms are equipped with working kitchen with utensils, pots and pans for food. The WiFi in or room was really good. The staff was helpful with the transfer to and from the airport, where we were picked up by a lovely chauffeur in a big car. The price was approx 25 euro. The downsides of the room was that there were water all over the floor in the bathroom. The shower cabin wasn't tightly sealed, which meant water on the floor. There is a motion sensor in the bathroom for the light, but it wasn't working properly and was turning on and off during the night constantly. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door, which made the light go through. The light Infront of the entrance to the room was also flickering all through the night, because of the motion sensor being activated by bugs in the night. This was very disturbing as the blinds couldn't cover the windows properly and the light was very sharp. So for intervals of 3-5 seconds every night the light would turn on and off. The bed is really hard and we had a hard time sleeping and you only get equipped with one pillow per person. The room has Aircon which was an upside. All in all, if you can cope with the abovementioned things, then the room is really great. It's close to the main Street and in walking distance to the Gellert Baths, Central Market Hall and the Jewish Quarters. The staff is friendly and the building and area the room is in is very cozy and beautiful.

Clean rooms. Good value and well located. There is a lift, the check-in and check-out are easy. There is even a dishwasher! Though, it would be better with enough towels and bed sheets for two persons in double rooms.

We had a spacious room in a beautifully renovated building. All modern fittings and huge vaulted ceiling. Staff very helpful. Not very dark at night but thats probably only important to me. Lots of eating spots nearby, short walk to metro.

Lovely studio for our 5 nights in Budapest. The location couldn't have been better. Within walking distance from the centre, restaurants and pubs and coffee shops.

😠 The worst night of my life. The whole time I felt like the photo below from The Shining. Here are the 3 reasons why: 1. Owner was creepy and weird to us upon arrival 2. Large group of people being very loud all night 3. Random people trying to get into our room during the night Do yourself a favour...
